How would you describe your life? Are you achieving what you desire? Are you accomplishing the things that are important to you? Do you consider yourself a success? How do your prospects look for the future?

If I could come to your house and spend just one day with you, I would be able to tell whether or not you will be successful. You could pick the day. If I got up with you in the morning and went through the day with you, watching you for 24 hours, I could tell in what direction your life is headed.

How to doubly benefit from my articles?




I love writing articles. I can do audios. But unless I can have a one-on-one conversation with you, I can"t dispell the myths, the "already always" cognitive biases, what you think you know, your prejudices about yourself or about the world...

So, with that said, I"ll like to start something, that will most likely be a flop, but at least I want to test it... maybe it can be a success... who can predict?!

When I write an instructive article, like two of them this week, I can feel that you are left with not enough instruction to help you. I am very sorry about that... by the way.

The biggest reason you are stuck... on a plateau or in a ditch, but stuck nevertheless


Regardless of what you do, how you do it, how good or bad your life is... you are always stuck... Stuck in some deep bad place, or stuck on a plateau... stuck is stuck.

So learning what keeps you stuck and how to unstuck yourself, at will, is one of the most important things you can do... and the sooner the better. Because being stuck is not fun.

Cognitive biases, those knee jerk reaction tiny pieces of automatic responses, are at the root of your misery.

When you decide to do something for yourself... to grow...

I don"t know if you can recognize this situation, but my hunch is: you should.

Your attention is divided. Your intentions are divided. And NOTHING gets done.

It should be a daily concern... if it is not, you are probably in a rut.

What is a rut? A trench... you can either go forward or you can go backwards... Or stand still, hoping that it will give you a sense of being alive.

Whenever you add a new task, you have to go through this state: if you don"t, then you didn"t mean to add the task.

If you are human, you are hungry for stories -- the power of reading


It seems that to be human is to crave stories. So, if you are reading this, you crave stories.

The question is: where are you get your stories from?

Most of you get it in gossip.

Many get it in soap operas as well... not much better than gossip.

I recommend that you read. Quality novels or short stories... It enriches, while gossips or gossipy TV shows don"t.

Neither do romance novels...

You need to satisfy the hunger, but just like with food, some foods nurture, others fill you up with crap.

Diet cults vs. how life intends that you eat


I just finished reading the book "Diet Cults".

I mostly hated it, especially when he is elaborating on his non-cult cult"s rules... ugh.

What is most striking in all the diet-cults, to me, is their ignorance of the fact that food, unless it is prepared in a tasty, mouth-watering way, isn"t nourishing for most people.

I had two health calls in the past two days, and both people ate in a cultish way, for health. What they shared are these:


Their essential nutrients were not fully supplied to the body, even though the foods they ate had them.

They ate according to someone"s idea of healthy eating.

Both had a family member with serious health issues.




I came away from both calls with the same feeling: unless I teach them how to cook delicious meals with the few ingredients that agree with them, they will not get better.

And even more important: they won"t get happier.

Self trust... a linchpin capacity... or how do you develop yourself to be able to move forward?


Many of my coaching students are at a crucial point in their lives where unless something happens, they probably won"t move forward.

Fear, unclarity, self-centeredness, belligerence...

The main attitude is different. Not one person resembles another in what seems to block their path.

It"s the coach"s brilliance, creativity, insight that will either make a difference or not. What is clear is this: unless someone or something helps them through... they will stay this side of the great barrier.

Great responsibility, but I am up for it.

What is the capacity I need to be OK with this responsibility? It is self-trust. Self trust says: I can deal with it however it goes. I am a match to the twists of life.

More health knowledge... I"ve learned the hard way



You eat what you are, you crave what you are
Every plant, every animal contains toxins that it developed to protect itself from being eaten and extinguished... The selfish gene makes sure of that.

Your body, ancestrally, developed a liking and a tolerance to certain foods... that allowed it to survive.

It takes a long time for a group of people to create an ess with certain foods.

What makes the Japanese thrive may kill you... What an Irish can subsist on will kill you... What a Kenyan runner thrives on is murder for you... or can be.

With grocery stores carrying foods from so many continents you are not safe and you don"t thrive.

How many individuals do you know that thrive? I don"t know any. The closest person to thriving has a health number of 20%

Stuck in an ess? Not a good place? how to create a new ess that is more conducive to health, wealth, and fulfillment?


OK, let"s start at the beginning. What is an ess... right? lol. Evolutionary Stable Strategy... ess.

Unless you are my student, or you"ve read about the selfish gene, you don"t know what I am talking about.

It"s about evolution. It"s about the genes that use life-forms as vehicles for their own purposes.

A pigeon is a life form, and it is a vehicle for its selfish genes.
A worm is also a life form, and so is an elephant.
Human is also a life-form, the only one, so far, that is in conflict with the selfish gene.

With the new phenomenon: consciousness, humans are at odds with their own genes... the "vehicle" is revolting against the drivers, the genes" hegemony.

Sounds simple, right? self-image means: how you see yourself... but nothing internal is as simple and as straight as that?

How do you see yourself? how accurate is your self-image?


The inner view and the outer view of who you are are vastly different. Your chances for success, love, happiness depend on the accuracy of your self-image. ((self-im·age

Do you know that people see you differently than you see yourself? And both you and other people see you differently than you actually are.

You may see yourself worse or better or just plain different than you really are... and so do others.

Your life would work better if the two views were closer. You"d have less surprises, less upsets, less fragmentation in your life...

Your actions depend on your self-image combined with your world-image. Altering either, will alter your actions. Bringing both closer to reality will make you a winner.

Soul Correction: How do you do it?


Soul correction is the pivoting point, the fulcrum around which a person can go from gene driven to someone who can become, potentially, an expanding human being.

Said in another way, each person has a particular and typical to their soul correction way that is stuck in a lower way of being.

The most frequent question I hear: how do you fix it? or as one my students said it: "this whole thing turns a lot of corners. I’m not sure i can even recognize all the ways i use it. Nor how to climb out of it."

The answer will surprise you: The moment you are trying to "climb out of it" or "fix it"... you enter a world of pretense.

Both climbing out and fixing are the genes" way of pulling the wool over your eyes. To push back the hidden deeper into the invisible.

Delusions, Lies, Pretenses, Obesity -- what is the common chemical cause?




Most people think that they are honest people. Some others know that they lie about this and that.

What they don"t know is that they live on the top of a huge iceberg of lies, delusions, pretenses, but they can only see the tip of the iceberg... unless.

This week was a line of demarcation for me, in more ways than one.

As I wrote in my last blog post, I got suckered into making some stupid self-serving changes on my site. I was lucky, I caught it before it went totally dead.
Finally, after 65 years, I learned why I don"t feel well, why certain foods effect me the way they do.I already had the book ((Gut and Psychology Syndrome: Natural Treatment for Autism, Dyspraxia, A.D.D., Dyslexia, A.D.H.D., Depression, Schizophrenia)) that enlightened me, for about 3 weeks, but finally I got to reading it.I found that I have had, since birth, a condition, called GAPS. ((The Gut and Psychology Syndrome)) It can be fixed, and it may take two years, but it will be done. And it will be worth it. I"ll talk about it more later...
In the same book I finally found out what makes milk addictive for me, but not heavy cream or butter.Milk protein, casein, in people with GAPS, are turned into opiates in their guts.Imagine, I"ve been addicted to opiates for 65 years... and didn"t know it.I know that drinking milk, half and half, sour cream, yoghurt soothed my jangled nerves, and whenever I stopped I had withdrawal symptoms, especially nastiness and extreme anxiety. (Update 8/15/2006: This assessment about milk was inaccurate. In fact it is the gluten in the milk that I was addicted to. Gluten that my body is intolerant to...)
I did a test this past Friday: I bought two of those quart sized organic yogurts and ate them. Slowly, but without stopping.

The conspiracy to keep you miserable, wretched, and limited


How everything you know, everything you ever learned from others, everything is being taught makes you miserable, and unable to become an Expanding Human Being
I woke up this morning with crystal clear upsight: if you have a because then you are wretched or you are heading to being wretched.

In the book, Snow Crash, there are two main characters, Hiro and Y.T. ((SnowCrash is a Neal Stephenson novel))

They win the war that is waged against humanity.

Hiro is a hacker, and a master sword fighter. He fights to win the affections of a girl.

Y.T. fights because what else is there to do.

Some people won"t adhere to a diet that would make them healthy.

Stupidity? Yes, stupidity on a very deep selfish gene level.

It"s not that they don"t understand the price they are paying.

It"s that they make choices that the genes are making: not making waves, not bringing attention to themselves, not being different, fitting in is more important than being healthy, having energy, feeling good, calm, intelligent.

Almost everything "social" is gene directed. I say "almost" because I am humble. I don"t know any social that is NOT gene directed, but there could be, maybe.

So what do the genes want?

Asperger"s Syndrome: the many ways to be different


Asperger"s is named after an Austrian pediatrician, and is not a disease. People with Asperger"s will not go around murdering people out of anger: when people do that, it has more to do with suppressed anger than with any alphabet syndrome...

Here is a video made by the mother of a child with Asperger"s syndrome, syndrome meaning a group of symptoms characteristic of a "diagnosis", in this case most of the symptoms deal with where the person is above and where they are below the "normal."

Asperger"s is part of the autistic spectrum, just as dyslexia is. I have dyslexia but demonstrate symptoms of Asperger"s in my inability to care, in my focused attention to what interests me, and on being the rule-police... lol.

People like me don"t fit in. We are outsiders. I spent a lot of my time craving closeness, but never really achieving it.

The desire to fit in, to run with the herd is not as much the desire of the person who is different, more it"s the desire of their family: misery loves company: they don"t want the person be left out of the "fun."

In 1981 I got a letter from a man from Israel. He claimed to be a second cousin on my father"s side to me. He was coming to an educational conference in Hungary. He came with his wife.

We spent time together, they were staying with me, in my one-bedroom high-rise apartment in Budapest. He visited with every member of my family, and witnessed their contempt for me first hand.

He promised to be family to me if I decided to go to Israel.

One year later I packed a suitcase and left Hungary. illegally. It was winter in Hungary when I left, in fact it was below 15 minus, very cold. It was about 80 degrees in Israel when I arrived, penniless. I knew one word in Hebrew: shalom.

You are stupid and nothing and no one can help you, unless you get it



If this article doesn"t apply to you, then I hope you are intelligent enough to know... Just please know, that 90% of the people it applies to will also think: "This doesn"t apply to me". lol... not funny.

For context, you need to know that the first big breakthrough that set my life to a higher ground was, when I realized that I was stupid... and still am. So with that said: please read the article.

And if you can see that you ARE stupid... then heed it. ((My methodology is Ruthless Compassion. Waking someone up from their comfortable ignorance so they can be all they can be... is ruthless compassion... what I practice. Here is an article that explains from here:

Ruthless Compassion is a philosophy which brings together two seemingly-contradictory concepts. It combines the loving-kindness of compassion with the fierceness of the warrior, and this is exactly why it works.

Many of us today misunderstand compassion as an attitude of “niceness,” where we feel obliged to take care of others at our own expense; tolerate disrespect and even collude with another person’s bad behavior. We believe that we can’t be “mean” or “rude” to others by setting limits on their hurtfulness, even if this means abandoning our own needs and feelings. We forgive the unforgivable and believe that all of this is being a “good person.”

In reality, true compassion has nothing to do with being nice and everything to do with doing the right thing for ourselves and others. It’s about being loving but empowered, as opposed to overly tolerant and forgiving, and this is where the ruthless aspect comes in.

Ruthless Compassion makes it possible for us to care for ourselves while also caring about others. It’s about not enabling someone to get away with their hurtful or disrespectful behavior but rather, allowing them to experience the consequences of their choices and in this way, have an opportunity to learn. This is far kinder than allowing them to continuously repeat their mistakes.

Rather than us believing that it’s “mean” to be assertive, this philosophy encourages us to do so, because the best way to learn about the people in our lives is to observe their reactions when we express our needs and feelings.

Ruthless Compassion supports us in developing self-love and self-confidence and in not protecting others from the natural consequences of their choices. For example, if we clean up our alcoholic spouse and tuck them into bed every time they binge, they’ll never learn that their drinking has consequences, or be motivated to change.

Our misunderstanding of compassion benefits no-one, while Ruthless Compassion is ultimately far more loving, even when the other person isn’t thrilled with the consequences they’re facing. In reality, it’s misguided niceness that promotes cruelty, while a philosophy of loving empowerment decreases it.

We mistakenly believe that forgiveness is essential in life but I think that this is not always possible or necessary. What is necessary is the ability to let go. When someone has harmed or betrayed us their actions may not be forgivable, but we can release our anger and pain after we’ve acknowledged the validity of our experience. Forcing ourselves to forgive when we can’t (and shouldn’t) only causes us further pain.

If the other person apologizes, makes amends and promises to do better we could choose to forgive, but it’s not essential. It might be that our not forgiving them is just what they need to motivate them to truly change. As long as we let go of any anger, bitterness, resentment or vengeance in our hearts, we don’t need to forgive them for their sake or for our own.

Ruthless Compassion is about taking a position of strength in our lives. It’s saying “No more!” to exploitation, disrespect and cruelty. To practice it means to feel safer in the world, and with this sense of security it’s much easier to be happy and peaceful, knowing that we’ll handle whatever comes along.))
I woke up angry.

I stayed a few more minutes in bed to fully get what I am angry about.

Why those giants became giants and not you?


You are Stuck...

Stuck without a solution, stuck in a tight spot, stuck in a relationship, stuck with an irrevocable promise, stuck in a job, stuck.

This is the landscape of our life. NORMAL.

Whether we verbalize it or not, we feel stuck... life seems against us, and we feel, to ourselves a poor match to deal with what we need to deal with.

Please, to enjoy this article, look at your life for a moment or two and see how in many different aspects of your life you feel stuck.

I am doing the same thing, now that I have redefined what it means to be stuck.

The two types of "getting things done" systems... and what people really do


I have always liked getting things done. Why? Because everything that doesn"t get done is like an energetic attachment, like a ball and chain on your ankle, slows you down, and prevents you from soaring... having a good time, feeling free and unencumbered.

I don"t like those feelings, so I learn, test, experiment with methods that allow me to be free.

I even like to be lighter in weight because I don"t like to be heavy in any way, including physically.

I handle problems, issues, doubts, the same way... handle them so the weights can disappear.

There is laziness and then there is lazy-ness. Is lazy learned helplessness?


This laziness thing came up again today.

During shopping. Is a fruit bowl worth the extra $3? It was 9.95, and it"s now 12.95... she says, and I have no idea how to answer. She has no idea what the weight of the fruit is, what the fruit would cost if you bought it and chopped it up yourself.

Just the question, out of context... is it worth it?

So what the heck is really this phenomenon: lazy, that is not lazy at all... but what is it really, if it is not actually lazy?

Do empaths have empathy?


Empathy... and empaths. Is the empathy we talk about in the world as a good thing and what empaths have the same?

Empathy ((Empathy is the capacity to understand or feel what another person is experiencing from within the other being"s frame of reference, i.e., the capacity to place oneself in another"s position.[1] There are many definitions for empathy which encompass a broad range of emotional states. Types of empathy include cognitive empathy, emotional empathy, and somatic empathy.[2] In the development of human empathy, individual differences appear, ranging from no apparent empathic ability, or empathy which is harmful to self or others, to well-balanced empathy, including the ability to distinguish between self and other.[3] Various theories and aspects of empathy have been researched, including empathy within nonhuman animals.)) as psychologists have it, is not the capacity to feel another"s feeling as your own. That is the "extrasensory" ability of an empath: more a nuisance than a good thing.

Empathy, as psychologists have it, as evolution has, probably, intended, is the ability to recognize another"s feeling and have mercy for them, sympathy for them, want to help them.

People want to become the person they are in their dreams...

They are not that way... obviously.

Becoming that person is like being a Michelangelo at the stone quarry looking at a block of marble and seeing if the sculpture they see with their mind"s eye fits it.

If it doesn"t fit, you need a bigger block of marble.

But no matter how big a block you choose, it will take two kinds of work to get to the David of your imagination: the work of awareness and the work of chiseling.

Chiseling is the easy part... honestly. I bet you thought that was the hard part.

Live like a White Peacock... do things for the love of doing things...


I love reading. My favorite books tear down the proverbial curtain of the Wizard of Oz.

And my favorite activities... you could guess, are when I can tear down the curtain... and actually show the naked reality of things...

I find delight in it.

I used to be a dreamer, an escape artist, an avoider.

I saw reality so distasteful, myself so unattractive and unbecoming, that I went into daydreaming, and fantasizing, and imagery to find solace.

Force your thinking brain to work


I had an insight into how our education system fosters only first brain thinking and how to force the thinking brain to work...

I am reading a book, Stumbling on happiness... so far it"s excellent, funny, witty, and very enlightening. ((I am not looking for happiness... I may be the only person on the planet, but most of my students do... so I am interested in what is happiness and what stupid things we do to attain happiness.))

I am learning that the difference between animals and humans is their capacity to plan, their capacity to do computations for a future, imagine a future, their capacity for "if... then" statements: (If I do this, then that happens...), i.e. foresight and preparation for the future.

The part of the brain that does that is the frontal cortex. People with frontal cortex lobotomy cannot plan, and don"t have anxiety. Because anxiety always deals with the future... albeit in a very primitive way.

Now, unless you had lobotomy, or a frontal cortex injury, you have the capacity of a human, for thinking.

The third thinking brain... immersion: the secret to mastery of life and growth


The first thinking brain, the genes driven brain creates a life of reactivity, full of fear, full of anxiety, full of sharp turns and devastating jerks. I"ve lived there... and I hated it.

The second thinking brain, the one that evaluates, reasons, figures stuff out, is slow and plodding, and hard work. Creates real solutions, keeps you out of trouble... but not really fun.

And then there is the third thinking brain... the work of thinking is done in the background, on the back burner, while the foreground is silent, resting, or busy learning something new..

That is where I live now.

I am getting a few questions about that, and I decided to tell you as much as I can see... the mechanism is largely hidden from my view... It is in the background...

I"ll use myself, and clients" and students" stuff as illustrations...

In the past month I saw more maturing, more "going to the next level" than I had seen in all my career as a coach.

first off: you need to be able to connect to Source and try without trying, think without thinking, and be totally without ego.

Then energetically connect to the person whose vibration you want to measure and then muscle test.

All these phases are terribly difficult and takes years or decades to master.

But the last one, connecting, is near impossible unless you are a True Empath... meaning you can direct your empathic connection.

I have not met anyone like that.

So it is not so much "teaching", but innate ability.

I have students who are empaths, but they can only connect reliably to something they touch.

I am 69 years old, and was born this way... plus have moved all my abilities to feeling...

More on the Energizer® and on what else you can do with it other than energize water...


The Energizer audio, when used on vegetables and fruits that have been treated with toxic pesticide, can reduce the toxicity of the pesticide to the level that is a tolerable level.

But: the cell water of all living things is coherent... i.e. 650 on the vibrational scale. The Energizer does nothing for that.

A student of mine asked if it would be useful, and then did some experiments. She sent me her muscle testing results.

According to her muscle testing the vibration of vegetables slowly grew, as a result to being exposed to the Energizer, grew to 650...

My results don"t show that. You can"t raise the vibration of something that is already on that level... but...

So why would it be worth putting an audio source into your refrigerator... what would it do to your food?

Trying without trying... thinking without thinking... how to activate the third brain


Unless you learn reasoning, and thinking with your reasoning mind, you are locked into the reactive mind to make decisions for you.

But real accomplishments, being a leader, and inventing something cannot be done with the reactive mind... but real big things cannot be done with the plodding, reasoning mind either.

The job of individual growth is to make the thinking instinctual, that it flows out of you like water.

In the seventh year of my career as an architect and structural designer, I had enough practice and thinking and calculations under my belt that I could "guess" the dimensions of most weight bearing elements of a building, accurately.

Your self-esteem and your self-control: what is the connection?


People, all people are puzzled and disturbed by their dual nature. You love and hate, drip with envy, at times taken over by desire... while you consider yourself sane, and nice, and compassionate and goal-driven.

It is natural to be dual in nature, and it is natural to be puzzled about it, be disturbed about it. If you pay attention, this is the main reason humans invented religion... to make sense of this duality.

The drive to suppress one side of this duality, to declare it bad, or a sin is part of human nature. Human nature is to strive for simple, obvious, and clear... to strive for certainty. A sense of control or a sense that you can control your world.

When I ask a person about their self-image, they have a different image of themselves consciously than on the first brain unconscious level.

Here are a few examples:Back in 1987 my conscious self-image, the one I promoted, was that I was very smart. My unconscious, automatic self-image was that I was a failure, or more precisely, a failure waiting to happen.

Your two brains... have you been trying to be a creator with the first?


Yesterday I got a request to review Kelli in the raw (Kelli Coffee Sessions - Kelli In The Raw TV)

She is quite charismatic, and looks and acts different than most of the people who are duping people. I went and experienced one of her youtube sessions... an "activation" session.

She generates and moves energy around with her hands, and talks. The energies felt very strong, very unpleasant, in the upper chest and the throat (greed).

Not Source energy. She taps into a "plane", a reservoir of human imagination created energies. I have heard this plane called the Fourth Plane... gods, angels, spirits belong there. And evil.

Her, Kelli"s vibration is 170. She uses the 18 spiritual capacities she was born with. (World average is between five and six spiritual capacities).
