Republished: When you are sick, your job is to be sick...

This article is from 2013... but it seems that a lot of people have influenza, especially in Europe, and therefore I am re-publishing this article...

The last few days have been extraordinary. Not good, not very bad, simply not my ordinary days.

I have had a heart-to-heart with my ego that didn"t want to allow me to grow business-wise. It was very interesting... you should watch the replay if you don"t know what I am talking about.

I have had a lot done, mostly stuff that was stressful, scary, new, and there was a lot of emotions around it.

The energy attacks resumed last Thursday, so I experience frequent debilitating pain.

I am tired. My eyes are hurting, my body is hurting, but the mind screams: "Soldier on..."

The missing science so you can start mastering your beingness: the Real Kabbalah

Today"s "What"s the truth about you?" workshop is the first experiment to get to beingness through feelings.

The challenge, for the participant, is to accurately feel their feelings, and maybe even what the feeling wants them to do, the inner dynamics.

My experience is that despite what everyone teaches, you cannot get to what you want through words. But you can get to what you want through the feelings level and the through feelings level to the beingness level: the creative plane.

If the "Law of Attraction" or the "Law of Similars" has any water to hold, if being in energetic alignment with what you want does actually allow you to go for it, having, use it, keep it, then this is the most important skill you want to develop.

On the other side of pain, on the other side of unpleasant... How firewalking is an analogy to life...

Firewalking is the act of walking barefoot over a bed of hot embers or stones.
Firewalking has been practiced by many people and cultures in all parts of the world, with the earliest known reference dating back to Iron Age India – c. 1200 BC. It is often used as a rite of passage, as a test of an individual"s strength and courage, or in religion as a test of one"s faith.
One of the buzz-words Tai uses in several of his steps is "innovate yourself out of" the trouble you are in... the stuck states, the problem, etc. It"s Jeff Bezos" favorite method of growth... Jeff Bezos of Amazon.com fame...

I have never met a person, I have never met a student who even remotely could imagine this accurately, including Tai.
Our feeling machine and our thought machine, combined and individually, try to get us out of situations that are unpleasant.
This is why your TLB score is so low... because the machines combined with a faulty map of reality, narrow and short cone of vision result in a knee jerk reactions machine... aka low TLB score.

So when I say: innovate yourself out of a problem, you, in your knee jerk way, know that it is moving away from the problem, it is moving backwards or sideways, but definitely away from the problem.

Aikido teaches the opposite: move in and with the problem, instead of resisting it, instead of trying to fight it, move with it.

Ignorance is not bliss. Knowledge is not power. But you can be happy on a sinking ship of a humanity that is annihilating itself

The paradigm we live it has no access to happiness... no bridge, no path, no door... We are locked into unhappiness
I just hung up with my friend from university. ((Budapest Technical University, Architecture School, Class of 1971.)) Frenzied gossiping about Trump and the hopelessness of the future... Just like we would have done during the Second World War... An activity (gossiping, complaining, blaming, etc.) that will make no difference. But what will? What could?

I have to admit, this conversation lead to a turning point for me... and if and when I turn about-face, I can lead you to do the same... The turning wasn"t instant. But it is done. I am happy again.
This is what I learned in the conversation and after... when I reflected on it:
The United States government is not the only group of people who now suppresses other groups of people.

Many of the Earth"s real and shadow governments are celebrating Trumps"s presidency and his new decrees moving back the world decades, maybe even centuries of achievements in the area of human rights.

Nationalism was on the flag of Hitler... because people go bonkers when they think something threatens their country: they take that personally. (That their own behavior threatens their country: they are not aware of that.))

The groups "governing" many countries is of the opinion that some people are more people than others, and some people are more entitled to be heard, more entitled to live, than others.

Oppression of the opposition, oppression and exploitation of women, oppression and exploitation of people different than that group...

People with money, people who are the movers and shakers behind the visible figurehead...

Trump is a puppet... I am re-reading the 1996 book by Neal Stephenson, Interface. It"s a novel. It"s well written. And it"s prophetic... and Neal Stephenson is prophetic most of the time.

I don"t expect my readers to agree, or even understand what I am talking about. If you do: I am happy. But I don"t expect you to. Why? Because you can"t.
History is repeating itself... because in the past 200,000 years humanity hasn"t evolved... You are on the same level of consciousness as your Savannah living ancestor... maybe lower.
What makes people act in predictable ways, even if it is against their well-being, is a sign that we don"t understand what makes us do what we do. That our knowledge about ourselves is sadly lagging behind other sciences... and is on the level of rune reading, tea leaf reading, not a science at all.

Having elevated thinking and thinking about thinking has been the problem. It is like observing a moving vehicle and trying to intuit, from the way the driver drives it, from how it moves, what moves it... without ever learning anything about engines, carburetors, and gear-shifts. You watch the visible and make up stories about what"s under the hood... Pitifully inaccurate.

Underestimating your feelings and forgetting to notice your

The secret to happiness is wanting what you have

When I look back at my life, I find that the way to get ahead in life, the way to amass knowledge, the way to grow is through wanting what you have... and more of it.

Curiosity, the word, means something different for different people.

The low vibration person looks outside of themselves for something pleasant to titillate them.

The high vibration person looks inside of themselves for something pleasant they already have experienced and they can have more of if they want to.

The game has changed, and I cannot speak my mind as I used to

I have been doing, for the past 4-5 hours, what I haven"t done, ever, since I"ve been writing articles.

The game has changed, and I cannot speak my mind as I used to: Free Speech, the First Amendment, hasn"t been officially lifted, but it will be... all signs point to a police state... a racist country... fascism.

So it is dangerous to speak... already. Articles on the internet are there for the duration...

The other reason I have been thinking is this: a strategy is needed to turn around the unfortunate coming to power of the Rich and uncaring.

And it seems to me that strategy is the weak point of humanity... people can only think one or maybe two steps ahead... no chess masters outside of chess...

Strategy is not my strong suit... I am a Quickstart, remember? I like to “figure it out as I go.”

How WANTING and DESIRE put you squarely into the mindset of scarcity

It"s January, and a good large percentage of the searches on my site are for the mindset of money... People"s mind is on abundance this month... and it will stay there till April...

I have been observing people and businesses for decades. If you made it through March, then you probably made it another year... but the sense of impending doom begins in January.
I read a story about a woman who gave away ALL her money.
She was, a millionaire (or close to it) at the time. In any case, she came from money.

Her grandfather was a famous industrialist. Her parents had owned houses and property all over the world.

Thing is, this woman (who had been born into all this money and the lifestyle it afforded) didn"t feel right about it.

She felt she hadn"t earned it.
So she gave it away, ALL her entire inheritance. Lock. Stock. And Barrel.
Then she began doing workshops on contributing to the greater good of society.

Persistence is one of the top five character traits of successful people... Why is it so rare?

I did something today I had never done: I listened to the same 67-step the second time. Step 66 on persistence... (The Persistent Widow...)

And I heard something differently this time.

The rapper, @50cent says that people don"t stick with anything, because they get bored easily. He calls going beyond boredom devotion. ((
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JLSsLp_UCBo
))

This is what today"s article is about. The phenomenon of getting bored... or getting devoted.

Bored is the result of an attitude... the attitude of being aloof, being separate, not giving oneself fully over.

In the beginning, if we are lucky, right after we are born we are reunited with our mother and there is a bonding.

Where do you look to answer the question: "how are you feeling?"

I love learning. Even if the learning is preceded, or a result of some bad experience... even if it is pain...

You learn nothing from pleasant, or good, or happy.

You can only learn from bad, mistakes, wrong steps, screw-ups, or failures.

If you are willing. If you are not willing, then you"ll never learn. And if the glove doesn"t fit... don"t wear it.

I talked to two clients yesterday.

I asked one how he was feeling. I already knew because I had run his numbers, but I was curious how he felt about how he felt.

What does gluten have to do with fat? Going deeper...

Why Am I Getting Fat on My Gluten Free Diet? or a better question: Is my diet really gluten free? And an even better question: what does gluten do to my metabolism?
Ever since puberty, meaning the past 60 years of my life, I have had problems with my weight.

Until puberty I was thin as a rail, a picky eater.

Once puberty hit, I became a whole new person. I ate everything in sight, rounded out, really.

Given that we, humanity, have no idea how this weight thing works, I tried everything THEY suggested, and, of course, it didn"t work, or didn"t last.

A few years ago I read about making your body a fat burning furnace, and I liked the idea.

I did everything by the book: and I put on 30 lbs, 13-14 kg, in two weeks.

Obviously my body didn"t confirm the theory of the book. My body became a fat storing machine.

If your life feels like a roller coaster ride... If all your attempts at improving your life make it worse...

Cone vision can be wide and narrow, or Short and long... This distinction was driven up today by a student question: He watched the movie "The Founder" about Ray Kroc of MacDonald"s fame.

I haven"t watched the movie, but in it, according to the student, Ray Kroc was offered the chance to sell franchises to the MacDonald method of making and selling food. To the student"s sensibilities: Ray Kroc was shortchanged: the deal was not a win-win. And having to always be in an obvious win-win is one of his preferences... and therein lies his no success... Let me talk about what is happening in a long article.

If you have a smart phone... What is it doing to your Twitchy Little Bastard Score?

If you have a smart phone... What is it doing to your Twitchy Little Bastard Score?
Warning: this article is half teaching half ranting... Consider yourself warned!
As you know the most reliable indicator whether you"ll have a good life or not is your TLB score.
We could say that your worth a damn factor is very close to your TLB score... And whether you are worth a damn, is clearly indicative of the quality of life you"ll live, the kind of friends you"ll have, the kind of money your can make, consistently, and the kind of intimate relationships you can form and maintain.

Tai Lopez says... one of the high achievers said it... that it is awareness.

But this was said before the age of the smart phones.
Today the amount of time you are willing to spend without your phone is a better indicator than your education, your IQ, all you could do if you had time... almost anything.
Why?

Many of you have not managed to distinguish and build a Self, a core

According to Kabbalistic wisdom, the soul is not active in any of us until a certain age. 12 for girls and 13 for boys.

The soul"s job is to cause character, the soul"s job is to help you find out who you are. The Self.

Many of you have not managed to distinguish and build a Self.

A Self is your "I" that is independent and defensible from other people"s opinion, and from even your own opinion of you when you make mistakes.
I know this is a mouthful, so let me elaborate:

Food allergies... does Source know all the answers?

There are good days, there are bad days, and there are days when I am hit with stuff I consider bad. Blech.

Today is one of those.

And days like this are a great test if in fact my TLD is as high as I claim as it is. TLD is your Twitchy Little Bastards" score: how much pain you are willing to take for a delayed benefit.

Where TLD comes in? I find myself already running. I want to take a nap. I want to eat. I want to go unconscious.

Why? Because bad news is not pleasant. And more than that: I need to say it publicly.

I am scared, and I want to hide.

But I am going to swallow the frog (or was it kissing it?) and tell you what"s going on.

My 67 step coaching program was inspired by a Neal Stephenson novel

The inspiration to coach using Tai Lopez"s 67 steps came from one of my all time favorite books, the Neal Stephenson novel, Diamond Age.

In that novel, science fiction, far in the future, a scientist puts together an interactive book, a primer, for a rich and influential client"s grand daughter. And then he steals it... meaning: duplicates it without permission.

He means to give it to his daughter, but accidentally it goes to a very young, very poor, very disadvantaged girl, Nell.

Nell grows into a veritable person and a hero as a result of interacting with the book.
Not READING the book, but interacting with the book... doing what the book says to do, answering the book"s questions, etc.
It is not what she learned from the book that made her a person, by the way. It is the constant redirecting the book provided. Getting to know herself. Minding her job as a person... not worrying about others" opinion of her, or what she is doing, of what one is supposed to do.

To put the spring back into the old mattress

"To put the spring back into the old mattress" ((A woman said that in the movie The Dressmaker, as she ordered a new dress... if you can"t figure out what she meant... I am sorry for you.))

I heard that expression yesterday in a movie, and loved it. I wrote it down. Because that is what our work is about. Putting the spring back into the old mattress...

It could be said about you.
Most of you were happy little children once, even if life was tough. Even if bad things happened to you or around you. You jumped out of bed looking forward to the day ahead!
I remember I was, even though I had bad things happen to me.

And then, slowly, gradually, the inner turmoil, the inner misery set in, and now the misery is there, most of the time.

You may even have periods when it feels like someone or something is trying to annihilate you. You think it"s a psychic attach. And it is... except that it isn"t coming from the outside.

It is a part of you that attacks another part of you.

Without trust there cannot be humility... Without humility there is no growth

As we saw, the two capacities, humility: (saying: I don"t know), and seeing the big picture/looking at the thing inside the big picture, are the most predictive of people who can and will correct their faulty mental picture of reality.

Of these humility is primary.

Humility is what gets us out of our head, and makes us look again.

The mood of this: maybe I didn"t see it right!

We all know people who didn"t look twice, and walked into a trap, walked into disaster with their heads high, no idea that the trap is there.

Bits and pieces - Five shorter articles on your map of reality

Curiosity... Hunger... appetite... sexual desire...are you killing them all?
Your parents, your teachers told you: don"t eat candy, don"t eat cookies before dinner: it will kill your appetite.

The five "hardware-type" needs, the needs for energy supply, information, safety, reproduction and group are guided by feelings... all a lot like hunger.

Hunger can be fulfilled with empty calories or good, nourishing food.

The need, the second most vital need is the hunger for information. We also call that curiosity. You can fulfill it, just like the first one, with junk.
Curiosity is one of the main factors when one wants to know how far someone can rise in anything... job, knowing, vibration.
If you fill your curiosity with junk... you won"t have any left for the stuff that you need to grow, to set your internal map right.

Raising your vibration? Are you sure that is what you want? Or do you just want to feel good about yourself?

Are you sure that what you want is Raising your vibration? Or do you just want feel good about yourself? When people come to my site, buy a product or sign up to my mailing list, I ask them what they expect to find, what they expect to get.

Ultimately I find out that they don"t know what vibration is, but they want to feel better. Feel better physically, feel better about their lives, feel better about themselves, without doing anything, changing anything.

They want it to done for them.

They may be willing to pop some pills, listen to some audios, drink some magical potions, but that"s it.
99% of my site"s visitors are not willing to inconvenience themselves in any way.
They want the same life, do the same things, the exact same way, but have a different result: feel better.

When I get a person to ask me to measure their vibration, 50% of them know that their vibration is low, and agree with the number I send their way.
The other half argues: "But I am such a nice person. Kind, caring, volunteer saving cats, blah blah blah"

To my surprise he listened to me. (This is the phenomenon, when it is NOT pushing on a string... rare) I didn"t know why and how I knew that the woman just wanted to marry a Jewish boy... that it wasn"t for love, or for mutual support. I didn"t know I was an empath.

The pain of being devalued...

We all have a need to fulfill others expectations of us, and also some of us have the need to fulfill our own expectations of ourselves.

Now, what if someone says something about you, or something that you like, find important, says something that conflicts with what you think about yourself, your self-image? Your "I" you consider your Self. (it isn"t... by the way)

Your experience is that you are devalued. ((devaluation. means The decrease in value of one currency in relation to another, usually by action of the government. When a currency is devalued, it buys less in foreign markets.))

The lower your vibration, the more it hurts.

And when someone puts down a thing or a person we have liked, then we feel devalued by association.

This can happen quite frequently if you hang out with me...

Your personal reality and reality... misaligned, misconstrued, faulty, no wonder you are miserable

We could safely say that your vibration number faithfully expresses the degree of alignment between your personal reality and actual reality.
Your personal reality is your map of reality.

You built your map of reality, what you think is out there, what you see out there, what you hear, taste, touch... filtered through your map of reality... you built that map through what you were told, and what you took from what you were told.

The average vibration on the planet, at this time, is 128. That is a 1% truth value, a 1% match between your personal reality and reality. It means that you don"t see 70% of what is out there. And what you see, the remaining 30%, you see it 70% wrong.

It"s sad but true in every area of your life. Emotional, spiritual, physical. Health, wealth, love and happiness.

But what is even worse, your heroes, your teachers, your scientists, your politicians have only a slightly higher vibration, and a slightly more accurate map of reality.

Heroism vs. incremental process: choosing will choose your life for you

I just read an article on our mindset, collective mindset, where you wait until something goes really wrong and then you seek out help. It"s here in pdf form... for your convenience. incremental-medicine

This is the mindset in every area of your life, health, wealth, love, and happiness.

Anything that doesn"t require drama, heroism, anything that is not over the top is ignored, poopooed, looked down upon. In every area of life. By you, and by "them". You dream of being a billionaire while your bills aren"t paid. You dream of a private jet while your credit cards are maxed out. You dream of being a rock star while you haven"t been able to play one song well.

You don"t know, or you ignore the cause of your misery, and then you need rescuing.

Let me explain this from the inner dynamic, the inner motivating, pro or con, feelings point of view.

You experience (feel) something. It is a feeling that indicates something. It is unpleasant. A pain, a buzz, a discomfort.
You quickly override its instruction: "Pay attention to me! Trouble is brewing!" by quickly doing something that overrides its unpleasantness... eat, sex, sleep.
Or worry about it. The worry is a good suppressor: you now feel the unpleasantness of worry... and don"t have to do anything, you are safe. (Can you see how ridiculous this is?)

Some time later, on the operation table, you can recall that it began years earlier, with that slight discomfort.

Now, because doctors make more money attending to real or created emergency procedures, they don"t care.

And even if they did: their education lacks teaching the causes. There is no money in prevention.
The internet is flooded with partial or wrong information... and you get no help. Most of it is disseminated by phD"s in popular books

One of my students invented a mission statement yesterday:
I humbly and scrupulously compile, assimilate, clarify and illuminate data and written materials for the benefit of others.
I suggested that without discernment she re-distributes potentially harmful information. So I asked her to put discernment into the sentence.

She wrote:
Exercising discernment, I compile, assimilate, clarify and illuminate data and written materials for the benefit of others.
That is beautiful. But can she? Does she have the seeing big picture capacity? Because only in the big picture can you see that something is out of whack.

Imagine a huge box of jigsaw puzzle pieces. Thousands of pieces. Like life... Like health... Like happiness...
By shape they can be put together in thousands of ways, ok, maybe hundreds.

By color they can be put together in hundreds of ways.

But, listen up! only one way is correct.

Unless you can see the finished puzzle on the cover of the box, you can"t call yourself discerning, you can call yourself guessing, or clueless.

When I measure your Starting Point Measurements, I tell you also how many spiritual capacities you have open. Many people ask what

Every human is moved by their emotions and feelings plus thoughts: words, ideas, concepts. In this order.

The motive power, the stimulus to act comes from the feelings.

The words, ideas, concepts only modify them, or direct the actions.

It shows how decision-making, direction, guidance, are not a straight-forward matter: not at all. ((If you look closely, I got to the "right" path for me through a seeming misdirection, a step, had I seen it for what it was, I would have never taken: falling for a money scheme.

This wasn"t the first time I had Source guide me this way. It seems that "disassembling" or getting you out of complacency, comfort, is the first step for any growth to take place.

Just like in my story about the lightening that hit my kayak... there is no going up until you went all the way down, emotionally.

I see this on the people who ask me to guide them to become healthy. If they are just curious, or have a fleeting desire to get healthy, they will never rearrange their lives for health, or maybe a little bit.

The closer they are to be at their wits" end, the more willing they are, the more able they are, and the healthier they become.

The more you are able to manage yourself to withstand discomfort, the higher you can go. In health, and in anything.))

OK, here is the story:

It was November 2015, and I was still licking my wounds from having lost paradise... i.e. Amazon decided that my energy products cannot be sold on Amazon.

How the whole science of humanities is standing on its head because...

I am continuing the "fire in the belly" concept from the previous article

I am what you would call a "quickstart"...

Although conation (Kathy Kolbe"s testing method, most interested in how you do things) measures something innate, like it"s your nature, it can also give you indication about where you are leaking fire. When I look at people and their conation chart, the Kolbe index, I can see how they stay the same, how they avoid discomfort, how they dampen their fire.

If I want to be truthful, grrr, all that jumping in with both feet is the result of wanting to reduce the discomfort. It"s a release of the tension, and a dampening of the fire.

I am noticing that I want to play Freecell to get a little pleasure to take away my discomfort, from whatever I did right before...

It is not comfortable to have committed to increase the fire in my belly. Just the opposite.

It is not comfortable, it is literally painful to observe the many (countless) ways I reduce the tension, and make my life comfortable.

So I jump to Freecell... and, of course play Freecell as a typical Quickstart: jump without looking.

I have been training myself to look before I start to play... for 3-4-5 years... I can"t remember. But if the amount of attention, humility, and effort I have needed to control my quickstart tendencies, at least some of the time, if the amount of effort is any indication, this increasing the fire in your belly is a lot of work.

Is it worth it? You get to say.

I say yes. You"ll probably say: Hell no.

Or will say "yes" but only to release the discomfort of looking at all the ways you are a no or a "no way".

Suspect yourself to return to "infantile will to power" at each and every opportunity. It"s reasonable. You can survive, maybe even make a living that way. But you are not a person when you do that. Not really... Politicians will love you, your PTA will love you, your church will love you, because those institutions depend on you not becoming, not being a person.

"The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man."

It is not comfortable to be an unreasonable man.

You also stand out like a sore thumb. Ouch.

It is not reasonable, it doesn"t make sense to endure pain for something as elusive as the next evolutionary level of your self and of humanity.

You see, 200,000 years ago the humanoids left the forest: as a group. There was no individual action, no need for individual courage there.

The 100th monkey fable is a fable... It was created to reduce the tension you feel at being comfortable at doing things in the same old same old way. (All myths, all fables, all religions were created to reduce your inner tension. To lure you into feeling that all is well, you know everything, you have all the answers, and there is nothing for you to do. All designed to kill the fire in your

Infantile will to power... or how you dampen the fire that motivates you to grow

I came up with the expression "top 10% of your mind" many years ago, when I was teaching the What Color of Your Parachute workshop.

It is said that you only use 5% of your brain. But, of course, you use all of your brain most of the time, but not for something worth using a precision instrument even the stupidest person possesses.

The truth is that 99% of your usage, what you see, what you say about what you feel, what you think is not new, and not accurate and not worth thinking, because it leads to no benefit.

I have students that make this phenomenon very easy to observe.

The most frequent energy leak that holds you back

I just realized that I left out one of the most frequent energy leaks, need leaks from the last article.

And that is the minuscule pleasure you gain when you feel clever, when you feel you got one over someone, when you are told you are clever.

Or maybe that you are pretty. Or maybe some other compliment, that you are put together. Or that you do a good job.

Any compliment that you find important.

You are the guy/gal who, when you do the five questions exercise, you pay attention to the positive feedback. When you listen to me: you are waiting for the positive feedback... and hear none of the negative, or if you do, you grieve about it, but won"t change a thing.

Why do you have uncomfortable feelings? The answer will surprise you...

Meeting others" expectation of you: the need and the controversy: how it has lead you to be the way you are

This is a very important article. If you just read one article, this is it. Without getting this, what I am showing here, you can"t and won"t be able to fulfill your destiny as a human.

This morning I looked up the expression "eager beaver" in Hungarian. And cried again. This time without tears. This time, not for myself. This time for humanity. This article is what you can get when you cry with your eyes open...

To belong to the cool guys, you needed to, at least, pretend, that work, school work, reading, learning, achieving are not important to you.

It is pretending that you don"t care.

The cool guys are losers. In life. But they look good.

Being eager in response to an inner or outer need, is considered uncool.

If I asked you: how many percentage of what I say or write in my articles actually lands accurately in you? Books? Lectures?

If I asked you: how many percentage of what I say or write in my articles actually lands, accurately in you?

Experiments and tests show that if you have the right attitude, high level of interest, and you are coherent: you can receive as much as 7% of what is being said. Word based communication.

Re-listening or re-reading the same thing won"t improve the percentage much. Why? Because what you think is there replaces, effectively, what you hear or read the second time.

This is what is normal.

What is also normal is to believe that you got 100%. And for the speaker to think that you can get more than 7%.

Out of sight, out of mind... the death of all intentions

A lot of years ago a guy, another participant stood up in a Landmark Education seminar and shared something that has impacted my life to this day.

Here is what he said:
"The other day I was lying on the couch, working on a report for my workplace.

I didn"t like what I wrote, so I crumpled the paper and pitched it to the waste basket that was on the other side of the room. After missing it several times, my wife picked up the waste basket and put it right next to me."
That was all he said. I was shaken to the core. Move the things you need close to where you need them... Hah.

Because we don"t live that way. We hope to get everything done. We make to-do lists, but something always falls to the wayside.

If and when you add a new thing to do, which happens all the time, something else falls off, or you forget to do it.

You live a life that is set up to remain the same. No matter what you want... no matter what you say.

How to Win BIG if You"re a Millennial. Or a human... for that matter, whenever you were born.

This is famed ad writer, Roy William"s article, but I know you should read it... You don"t feel you need it, but if you can turn around and actually need it, and follow what it teaches, it will make you a winner. A rarity.

An it is not only about jobs, it is also about anything that involves other people. Whether you are a college student struggling to write your dissertation in Poland, or a doorman in New York dreaming of stage success. You may be an accountant in Sweden, or a policy writer in Virginia.

Maybe an earth moving company owner in Minnesota? A recent graduate of Chinese descent? Or me.

We all need to learn what he says, or else...

What is it that doesn"t allow you to learn that you have been wrong?

The biggest issue is not what you have. The biggest issue is how you use it.

I get a lot of emails. People want better health. People want more money. People want to make a difference. People want to have a higher vibration.

What no one has said to me: I want to know more. I want to see more. I want to grow.

One of my students wrote to me this morning: How must it be to see so clearly the truth of things invisible to others? I wonder.

If I took you on the top of the Empire State building, you would be able to recognize a few landmarks, more if you are from New York.

Vibration, the number, is like the number of floors you are above street level.

But it is not enough to be higher, it is important to see things for what they are.

Actually: what raises your vibration is seeing things for what they are. The more precisely and accurately you see things for what they are, the higher your vibration. Astute is the common name for it.

How your past self is creating your future and what you can do about it

There is a Landmark Education distinction that no one gets...

It has a huge overlap with the distinction "you live in a world of your own design".

This, the "you live in a world of your own design" is somewhat like the Law of Attraction: you attract what you are... but much deeper. It is BEING that, not feeling, or thinking only, though you may feel and think it as well.

But thinking and feeling don"t create being... the reverse, the opposite is true. The thinking and the feeling come from the being.

The overlapping distinction, "you are a clearing for" is almost the same, but has a funnel like feeling to it.

Cynicism, resignation, feeling your feelings... turn your resistance into flow

Somebody said that being in the 900s, I must be in the flow.

I felt that what she meant and what it means are very different.

Most of what is termed "flow" is a feeling that everything is OK... That there is nothing to resist, because god is on your side.

But from that definition to get to flow, the real flow, you first have to make bad feelings wrong.

As if feelings were responsible and at fault...

But feelings are there for a reason, and resisting them is the stupidest thing you can do.

If we looked what prevents you from entering the flow state, I can promise we would find that you don"t want all the feelings, you only want the good ones.

But most, maybe all gold is in the unpleasant feelings.

I finally got response to my private message to the author of the book "Feelings."

Love is not a feeling. Love is generosity. Allowing the other to fulfill their needs while you are fulfilling your own

This article is not about the "love" you, or Wikipedia call love... it"s about another love... What we customarily call love is a "hardware-based need", the need to make our genes to survive in some offspring. And some of us may call the need for pleasure, the need to get rid of the unpleasant guiding feeling of "horniness" love. Those are misnomers, dressing something as something else... prettier.

Most people have plenty of sex, no love. Some people have no sex, and plenty of love.

The two needs are not connected.

The need for love is a group of needs really. The need for a group, the need to belong. The need for someone who is on your side. But more importantly the need for someone who helps you fulfill, satisfy the "software-based needs" of the need to meet others" expectation, and the need to fulfill your own expectation.

Those needs not fulfilled cause an overall unhappiness and hopelessness. The state Thoreau called "quiet desperation". No one who fulfills those needs is in quiet desperation. We all need help... this is what this article is about. It"s about how love IS the fourth pillar of the good life, without which the other three don"t matter. It"s about how to have love be the source of power, courage, so you can go for all the good stuff you want.

How Visualization Can Help You Attain Results... and Why It Probably Won"t?

Visualization is a tool to accomplish what you want, but it can also be the tool to diagnose what you are not resonating with. Or a tool to get trapped in the desire trap.

The ultimate clue as to what you can have and hold onto, is to what degree you can visualize, what detail, what variety of images you can have in your "movie".

This is what vision boards and vision movies use.

As with any other singular method, the results are a mixed bag: about 6% of the users see their vision materialize, some sees some result, most see no result.

Why is that? why is it that a Frank Kern, millionaire marketer, can envision in one afternoon a whole life, with a lot of details, like the tiles of the bathroom, and a few years later get exactly that, while another person can"t imagine a coherent image, and can"t get results...

Gatekeepers To Attaining The Good Life You Could Renegotiate With?

This article reveals the tip of a significant iceberg.

Icebergs are huge chunks of ice, shaped like a pyramid.  The tip of that pyramid shows above the water level, the rest of the iceberg is underwater wreaking havoc. ((The other way to illustrate this is by looking at a duck... calm, collected, smooth... but under the water level the legs of the duck work feverishly. ))

With most things in life, the invisible part, what is under the water level is what works against you, unless you bring awareness to it.

Accomplishing any meaningful purpose, including money goals, is blocked by these gatekeepers. These are beliefs, your own, your inherited beliefs, societal agreements, parental suggestions, stuff that isn"t spelled out anywhere, and yet it seems binding, it seems how the world works...
One type of these hidden blockages is agreements that were never made.
This distinction was, for me, half of what I paid the $2400 tuition for, when I did the Landmark Partnership Program. ((The other was the distinction that you live in a world of your own design.)) It has since cleared up 50% of what kept me stuck, miserable, and a victim. So please pay attention and allow this distinction to make as much or more difference for you as it made for me. Without having to pay the $2400 and shuffle off to Los Angeles six times, and the expense of that trip, hotels, hotel meals... arrrgh. Please!?

My personal, tragic example is this: I had something bad happen to me at the age of 3 and a half.

How the left brain blocks all your attempts to evolve as a person...

I am reading a book ((Return to the brain of Eden by Tony Wright and Graham Gynn. Truth value: 7%. Careful, that means 93% b.s. If it is such low truth value: why am I reading it? Because, as you"ll see later in this article, I can tell truth from falsehood, because I read with my right brain, I can get from the book what I need, and none of the b.s. You can"t... yet.

I just started the book, but my hunch, at this early on is that what they say about food is what"s off... )) that says that humans used to be able to live from their right-brain, meaning they were a lot more intelligent.

The book says that people with damage to their left brain can become savants, exceptional in one or two abilities, or vegetables... lol, maybe not so funny.

Then the book doesn"t talk about me, who did have damage to my left brain hemisphere, and when the brain was knocked self-conscious, the two hemispheres connected and became one.

The good news: I only have some troubles with my left-brain capacities, adding numbers wrong, confusing left and right, and dyslexia: reading what isn"t there, or when it"s bad: not being able to read at all.

The bad news: Your left brain works well, and it suppresses your right brain, the abilities that are beyond words... like being, feeling, knowing, seeing, patterns... all the things I am trying to teach you. My hunch that everything gurus, religions etc. say about the heart, it is really the right brain... And what they call the subconscious is also the right brain. Suppressed, of course, showing itself only occasionally on for a brief second...
Your left brain gets the words, filters out everything it considers garbage, and you are left with what you already knew.
That is the bad news.

If you don"t take feedback well, you need to grow up and get cracking.

You need to get better, maybe even good at it. ((Unless you are a cat person and willing to risk that only people who can"t connect to anyone else will connect to you.

By the way, this may not be true for cats... Cats are a lot smarter than that.))

So here are a few "memes" I picked today.

When you distinguish something, the whole world seems to rotate around the thing you just distinguished, so feedback showed up everywhere.

And I got acknowledged by two people on the trip to the grocery store... so I am getting better too... lol.

OK, here are the pictures.... almost...

Why is the "need to meet others" expectation" so important, and why it"s a mistake to not honor it?

And how it doesn"t mean to please everybody, or even one person. You"ll see...

Our language is so corrupt, it is hard to find a person who means what they say... I mean the words. You"ll see what meeting others" expectation is... Not what"s on the illustrations... :-(

The most willfully ignored need, in my experience, is the need to meet others" expectation.

What prevents you from honoring that need is a misunderstanding. Or we could say: the mis-weighing bias. All biases are misunderstanding how things work, shortcuts that give you a different result than what you expected.

In not honoring but ignoring this need, your chances for success, your chances for love, for self-expression, for happiness are so greatly diminished, it"s not even funny.
