Are you tired or are you weak? Revealing the root cause of inaccurate vocabulary...

I am starting to see why my students loved me, rallied for me back in 2012-2013-2014...

It"d been puzzling me... what did I do differently then?

Today I saw it.

I had a private call with a brand new client from Australia, and it was a video call on zoom (don"t ask... first time zoom user myself!) so I could see her, and the changes the conversation was creating in her.

Sense signals fight for dominance all the time, and humans allow visual signals to dominate most of the time... so I wasn"t consciously feeling her... I actually saw her.

And that was a different guidance in many ways... I could SEE what was missing for her, and guide her through that.

Like everyone, she has put all her eggs in the fitting-in basket as a child... If I can fit it, I will be loved like others... delusion.

And gradually she lost touch with her "real" self, the self who could have guided her to be herself, regardless of what fitting in would mean.

But luckily for us, I saw a short video of her dancing in a class... and felt that her real self is still there, expressing herself in dancing... however short that video was.

So I could suggest that she dances every occasion she can create... so she can learn how the real self expresses itself, how it uses her limbs, and organs, and shoulders for guidance. To love, to rejoice, to feel.

Her eyes lit up, and suddenly there was a real sparkle there... so I knew I was on the right track...

So I went deeper: can you feel your love for your child? I asked... and of course she didn"t... So I kissed my fingers a few times, neshikot, I call it, and I was in the space of yearning and pure love... but she wasn"t moved...

The dance will help you get in touch with love... your love... Dance is love...

And the third thing: stand in front of the mirror until you can only see the person in the mirror, the innocent, beautiful person, and you can fall in love with them...

I loved her, and I loved myself as I was teaching her to get back to the inner guidance of her real self.

And this is what has been missing, what has been almost gone from my teaching "style" of late.

For that I apologize.

Do I have an explanation? Justification? Reasons?

Of course... of course I do. But when you really look, no explanation will have undone the damage I may have caused.

Surprisingly, my teaching got more effective, probably because it has been more in line with your outward directed attention.

My "job", if I want to fulfill on my life"s purpose, is to have my cake and eat it too...

Be effective in teaching, and teach you to get guidance from the inside.

The innate guidance. Innate literally means: inborn...

100% of today"s humans have lost touch with their innate guidance, their "real" self, through the tyranny of having to conform to expectations to fit in.

Fit in, through inner guidance, is one thing... it is healthy, using the innate intelligence to adapt behavior.

But humans, unfortunately, have changed their behavior through meaning, interpretation, through unreality.

Through the concept, through the idea that there is something wrong with you, therefore you must do things differently to make you appear right.

And now that is the "floor" your life is built on... there is something wrong with you, and whatever you have been DOING, and BEING, either worked or didn"t work... so you are either OK, or you need to CHANGE some more.

What isn"t being said is that there was never anything wrong with you, other than somebody said so...

You said so, or somebody else said it, and you took it as a gospel.

Certain soul corrections have more layers of wrong and "correction" or adjustment than others.

The more peeling it takes to get to the "there is nothing wrong with me" original self, the harder it is... and the more likely that the person will settle for some learned behavior that is still cut off from their self.

One of my students has been trying, working real hard, to peel of the adaptive behavior, for about two months now.

No one has done more work than him.

The illusory feeling is the every new revealed self is the real self... but if it is not innocent, then no... it isn"t. So he is continuing to peel away. All I can do is hold the dirt as he is digging for gold, help him look through more filters, more distinctions, to be able to identify the next level of adaptive conditioning, so he can go beyond.

That is one way to get to your innate guidance, to your real self.

The other way is what I suggested to the Australian client this morning: connect to the real self directly.

I, personally, have done both. I found the mortifying adaptive behaviors, and then asked the innate self (is it consciousness?) to help me with it.

And when I was honest about asking for help, I got it. The behavior melted away without my need to force it, or create a rule about it.

This double edged sword method is the fastest... but it requires you to have skills and a level of integrity that is rare among humans that have been only concerned with surviving and looking good.

You come to me with a certain worldly desire to accomplish, health, wealth, happiness... and I have been reluctant to tell you that you have to build a new self from your real self for yourself, to become the innate you, for you to feel that your life is not empty.

And you have to face the ugly about your learned behaviors, owned that you have been that way, and ask for guidance to be differently.

The standard behavior is to explain the behavior away... and be stuck with it. Blaming it, hating it, disowning it will make it stuck. Acting to compensate for it... ditto.

Here is an example I got conscious of it yesterday.

I got a phone call from the driver of the community van, inquiring about my well being. I appreciated the concern... honestly I am not used to it, so it moved me.

He suggested that I rest a lot.

I countered that I am not tired... I am weak. Rest is for the tired... The weak needs to get stronger.

And then I suddenly saw that the common parlance, the common usage of those two words is inaccurate, imprecise.

Tired is the result of sustained effort. When you rest, the tiredness melts away, it is a pleasant feeling, and then you are able to do more sustained effort.

While the fake tired doesn"t get resolved by resting... no energy gets returned. And this reveals the real nature of this fake tired: it is an excuse... an excuse to cover up some weakness... weakness of character, weakness of thinking, that needs a completely different resolution, if desired, than tiredness.

One of the moves the new adjusted self does is pretend that it"s better, smarter, kinder, stronger than the real self.

And later this pretense exacts a very high price: you are asked to do more than what you are prepared to do.

You resent the implications of your pretense... because it has become an uncatchable ball... because it has become an expectation of you, and you are not willing... Never was, by the way.

So unless you cut yourself down to size... to your original size, you"ll suffer till the end.

You can"t be all you can be, because you have set up the game to be more than you can be, more than you are willing to be... so what you can be either seems too puny, or it is simply not available to you, you simply can"t see your way to becoming enough.

We each have some of it...

I, for example, have set myself up to everybody"s nurturer "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

And just like America, I resent the implications... working for free, never appreciated, favoring the needy to the productive...

So yeah, you are not alone in this work... I am right there with you... catering to the desires of the takers, the unappreciative, the "it"s all about me, for me... bug off"

My innate self says: you should trust that when you do your soul"s work, when you say no to the takers, when you charge for the value you give, you"ll be noticed, appreciated, and be fulfilled.

I have never quite trusted that it would be so... And, of course, most people are bottomless pits, the more you shovel into them, the more they want.

Now you see why my integrity is not 100%...

I even stopped talking about, teaching, how to be true to yourself... And my teaching"s effectiveness doubled, tripled, quadrupled. WTF, right?

I now have scarcely two students who exclaim: I love you, to me...

What was I trying to say in this post?

That there is a you, who is innocent, and who knows how to be happy, fulfilled, and even how to fit in without giving up what is important to you.

And that you can return to it, or not, and it"s up to you, and up to how much work you are willing to do, and how much fear you are willing to take with you.

I am adding this "bit" to the Playground, as a counterpoint. This is also part of the invisible dynamics that corrupt, bastardize, and destroys life... Life.

As soon as I get a breathing moment, I"ll schedule the next two Playgrounds... If you want to be in it, please apply asap.

I will, from now on, only sell the course module by module, given how much new stuff I put in, how much effort, how much more results you can accomplish with each added element.

So here is the link to register into the first module

If you want to know more about the program, here is the link to the page where I talk about it

https://www.yourvibration.com/playground

A one on one session, like I had with the woman from Australia, is an upsell... an option, after you sign up to the Playground.

PS: As I am preparing this article for publishing, I am aware of an inner weeping. Regret. Sadness. Loss. Grief. Quiet, in the background.

I have a lot to grieve... so I do. And I have some work to do... get guidance from the discarded, ignored, invalidated self... that wants me to fully express what I was born to express... even if it is not as popular as the Lady Liberty"s "drivel" I have adopted as my life"s full expression.

How about becoming popular with those who deserve me? Now, that is a new and scary idea.

How To Stay Broke Forever

If you ever wondered where guidance comes from, here is a great example, from about 10 minutes ago.

In an email conversation, one of my "interns" was commiserating with me... because the refrigerator died again, and this time there is no excuse: it needs to be replaced.

But... in order to bring in a new one, I have to push stuff aside, clean the old one from now rotting stuff... and I feel very weak to even contemplate doing it.

So she says (my intern): "and everything feels heavy when you"re weak."

Lucky formulation of a sentence... because it woke me up. This, what she says, is true across the board. It is true in the physical realm, and it is even more true in the "psychological" realm: if you feel weak you"ll do little.

And most people feel weak all the time. Their intellectual and physical exercise is from the car to the grocery store, or from the couch to the refrigerator.

It doesn"t include reading. It doesn"t include learning a skill. It doesn"t include having hard conversations about who you are being. They are "too heavy" for a weakling.

It is time for me to suck it up and bring my high TLB to this area of life: to test how much energy is hidden and unused in this weakened state of mine. I bet there is a lot there... a lot of reserves... sissy girl.

Guidance comes when you are ready to hear it... which is not always. But when you hear it: act on it...

Here is an article that is a guidance:

How To Stay Broke Forever

Real entrepreneurs vs. those who are fooling everyone (including themselves).

I’ve noticed a pattern (in myself and other people). Most people who aspire (aspiring: directing one"s hopes or ambitions toward becoming a specified type of person) to be entrepreneurs are not actually doing what entrepreneurs need to do.

They are acting like entrepreneurs.

But they are not putting in the work to build a real business.
  • Instead of solving a real problem, live in a dreamland.

  • Instead of building a real product, they are building a pretty website and business cards.

  • Instead of trying to get real clients, they are establishing their LinkedIn profile while making sure that there is "CEO” written everywhere.

  • Instead of providing value to people, they focus on building pointless social media accounts.

In short, they do lots of things that ‘look like’ the kinds of things we imagine entrepreneurs to be doing. But they are really just pointless busy-work.

Other people might actually believe that they are running this awesome business. In reality, however, this person is only losing money, not making it.

Because of their great acting skills, the most fitting name for people like that is "actor-preneur".

Here are some typical behaviors of actor-preneurs:
  • Learn how to code

  • Build a website

  • "Research” and compare better technology solutions to problem X

  • Print business cards

  • Hire a designer to create … [insert anything here: logo, business card, flyer, website etc.]

  • Write fantastic copy for the LinkedIn Profile

  • Give themselves the title: "CEO” and make sure it’s written on any marketing material you get your hands on

  • Going to all sorts of ‘hot’ networking events

  • Hire an accountant (despite having zero revenue)
pitch hundreds of different ideas to different investors and send out business proposals

  • Buy all different kinds of online courses for hundreds/thousands of dollars

While most of these activities are a part of what businesses do, in themselves they actually don’t constitute a business.

An ‘incorporated entity’ with a pretty website isn’t a business.
If it is not making any money.
If it doesn’t have any customers.
If it doesn’t have a product to sell.

You see, all of these activities are just ‘consumption’ if they don’t contribute to the generation of cash-flow.

One could say that you are an incorporated consumer of services and other stuff.

You’re giving plenty of business to other people. So yeah, in a way you’re doing some good in the world. But you yourself have no business at all. You’re just losing money.

Ask yourself:

* For how long can you keep this up?
* What’s the point of doing so? To impress other people? To be proud of yourself for being such a great "CEO”?
* Is this really the most effective use of your time?

What is an entrepreneur?

An entrepreneur is a person who is building a business. A business is an automated system that generates cash profit for its owner.
So, what is the task of an entrepreneur?

The task of an entrepreneur is to envision a working system that generates cash flow and turn it into reality. A system grounded in reality.

Realities like:

* market realities (i.e. do customers really want this? Are they really willing to pay for this? Am I solving a real problem? Can I realistically compete with existing competitors?)
* feasibility realities (i.e. Is this scalable? Can this make enough money to be a viable business? Does the infrastructure exist to turn this into reality?)
* personal realities (i.e. can I really build this considering my budget? Do I have the skills, energy and the time to execute on this business? Can I build this before going broke?)
You can come up with great ideas all you want, you can dream up all you want, if it is not possible to turn this idea into a business that generates a reliable (and sufficient) amount of profit, then it’s worthless. Worse than worthless.

After all, there is only one logical reason to be in business:

To set up a system that automatically generates cash-flow for you without you necessarily having to be involved in it very much. To free up your time so that you can use it in the most useful way possible.

If you then want to use that time to do more work on your business and scale it, then that’s fine.

A business is not a business unless it is:

* scale-able (i.e. has the potential to either serve a lot of customers or provide extremely deep value for a selected few)
* automated (i.e. doesn’t require substantial amounts of time from the owner’s side and can sustain itself in the owners absence)
* profitable (i.e. makes more money than it costs to maintain AND is financially worthwhile for the owner)

What to do to make the shift from actor-preneur to real entrepreneur?

Again, the real work of an entrepreneur is to envision a business and to take the necessary steps in order to turn that vision into reality. So, the first step is the vision itself.

Not some dream-like la la land kind of vision.

But one that can be scaled, automated and made profitable.

So, the first thing to do is to come up with a proper business model. Not some 150-page long theoretical business plan, but an actual working model (can be shared in a sentence or on bar-napkin) that is grounded in reality.

You have a working business model only AFTER you’ve already tested your assumptions in the market and made your first profitable sale. Until then, you only have an idea.

Your first priorities in this stage should be:

* discovering a feasible target market
* discovering a real problem for which your target market is willing to pay if solved
* coming up with a product idea that can be automated, scaled and made profitable (the product doesn’t necessarily need to be actually created just yet — a landing page will suffice)
* testing your assumptions about the target market by making test offers to your customers
* make iterations of your product until people respond to it
* making your first profitable sale (that you know is realistically replicatable and can be sold to enough people)
For most of these things you won’t need a business card, a website, a social media channel, coding skills, beautifully designed fliers or even landing pages, and especially no accountant.

Oh, and you probably don’t even need a corporate entity (just yet).

The second stage begins once you have validated your assumptions, come up with a product idea that people are actually willing to pay for and made your first few sales.

It is at this stage that you go all-in on the process.

But STILL, you might not need a website, business cards or whatever.

What you need to do is to invest your time into developing an awesome product, slowly building up your customer base and trying to make your existing customers happy.

Only build ‘unnecessary stuff’ when you really need it.

Only build ‘unnecessary stuff’ when your business makes you money to pay for that stuff.

Only build ‘unnecessary stuff’ when it makes your life much easier.

For example, a functioning website and a great sales funnel are fantastic ways to automate part of your business processes. But do you urgently need them if you have zero- or even a handful of sales?

Probably not

Using a free e-mail autoresponder account to build a landing page might suffice at this stage. It is probably enough for your customers to see what you are offering, make a decision about whether they want it or not, and make a purchase.

Now, if you know me, you already know that how you do anything is how you do everything... meaning: you can learn from the path of the entrepreneur even if you have no intention to become an entrepreneur.

You could be doing the same "actor-preneur" moves in the area of self-actualization: watching videos, doing aimless practices, reading books that don"t give you anything, come to all my webinars pretending that you are in the business of growing... but who you are kidding is yourself.

How to grow anything, yourself, a business, a skill, money have the same rules...

The universe is based on fractals: as above as below, as in the big as in the small... In my experience, 99.99% of people are pretenders...
  • Actor-preneurs are deeply offended when their starting point measurements show their pretense.

  • Deeply offended when they find out that they didn"t fool me... lol.

And then there are some who got the message, and are now growing...

They will certainly reach their sissy-girl stage, and they will need my help or some guidance to get them unstuck. Who said that at any point it is smooth sailing... I haven"t.

PS: I have been planning to coach people through the Certain Way of thinking and doing... and planning: the part Wallace D. Wattles didn"t think to teach. Once you learn the Certain Way... it will be operational in every area of your life, including your health and your relationships. Or in falling asleep. Or getting things done even when you are sick. Or too weak... lol... to get anything done.

NEW: Humans didn"t become the peak of evolution because they are weaklings, they had to be made weaklings

http://images.yourvibration.com/uploads/full/528f9575c09c7.png
Humans didn"t become the peak of evolution because they are weaklings, they had to be made weaklings. They are highly adaptable, so they were highly changeable. That is humans strongest point, and that is also what makes them vulnerable.

Each and every human alive today, regardless of their ethnicity, whether they can accept the DNA upgrade or not, are able to be with a lot of adversity, that you, my dear reader, are not finding yourself capable of.

Everything seems to threaten your ordered little world, and it feels that if you can"t fix that threat, it will crack your world and you with it.

When I ask a student about this, either they say they are weak, or they say that they are strong, but their behavior belies a fundamental belief that they are weak.

This could not come from experience, because most of you never experienced much that requires courage, or strength, or the capacity to make it through and out of adverse circumstances. Beliefs are this are implanted, through centuries long conditioning.
