You hope to be rescued, but you would die before you would ask for help... go figure

As I am observing my students they belong to two very distinguishable camps.
People who ask for help, and people who don"t.
I myself belong to the second camp. But my reasons for not asking help is different from yours... lol. Maybe.

When I look back at my childhood, I must have decided really early on that asking for help is useless. At best they say "go away", or who do you think you are... At the worst they beat you up.

And I could use a lot of help. Especially in learning. Especially since by brain damage almost 20 years ago.

How reliable is your judgment? Are you judgmental or astute? but is he worth a damn?

To judge something accurately, you need a lot of skills, spiritual capacities, including seeing the big picture, etc. You need to be able to tell similar things apart. You need to be astute. You need to be able to answer the question "But is he worth a damn?" ((The originator of that question, But is he worth a damn? Tai Lopez looks for credentials, because they are easy to check. But when I go and check the truth value of the books he recommends, I find anything from 3% to 9%... and that is not worth a damn.

Treating Tai"s steps, or what his teachers say, or what the books say as the truth will trap you on the Tree of Knowledge... and yet. And yet I recommend that you do the 67 steps... But do it the way you take a shower. You take a shower, you get wet, you towel off, and you move on. But getting wet has a lot to do with a good life...

What? It is hard to say, but being exposed to a lot more of the world than you would sitting on your ass, doing the same things day in and day out, will slowly and surely allow you to be more, see more, and be a lot more astute... because you can see a whole lot more. Will it make you astute? No... by itself: no.

But by doing things that test what you learn... hell yeah... at least in the area of life where you are testing. So yes, I recommend it.

I myself became a lot more astute by doing it... I am asking a lot more questions, and questions that are taking me to the edge of human knowledge... maybe into the "unfolded" part of the Holographic Universe.))

As I have said before, if you are a midget you see the knees of people, and you will make your judgments from the knees...

If you judge people to feel better about yourself, or to place yourself above them... you are fooling no one except people who are on the same level as you are, intellectually, spiritually, and in emotional maturity.

Life is for living. But what does that mean?

I have come to say: "I don"t see how it can be done"

It"s taken me many years... and diligent practice.

My soul correction is arrogance... Knowing it all. And being rigid about it.

In the olden days I used to say: "There is no way", or "I can"t..." or "It can"t be done"

The difference between the two attitudes is: one is arrogant, the other is not. It has taken me this long, because letting go of what you know, letting go of knowing that you see the truth... is painful.

Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony

If you look, carefully, now you know why you are not happy.

Here is another quote: People get married because they want their lives witnessed. When your life is witnessed you feel alive... I was par phrasing the Susan Sarandon character"s words in "Shall we Dance?"

The best way to make sure you are on the path to happiness... is actually to be in a coaching program.

In my 67 step coaching program I witness your life.

Obviously, if you don"t care what I see: if you don"t care that I see that there is no harmony in what you think, what you say and what you do, then it is not really doing much for you...

If you don"t care...

The crucial difference between being flexible and being floppy, or What is the difference between people who grow and people who don"t?

One of the 67 steps talks about the acquired attitude in life, called by Martin Seligman: Learned Helplessness.

It is a distinction, and it seems that none of my students have even attempted to observe it, identify it, and recognize it... like the color in the color exercise. ((The goal of the color exercise is to get to a point where you can see the color everywhere, even where you could not see it before. Transferred to other distinctions, for example "learned helplessness" you would be able to see learned helplessness in all behaviors where it is a component, or where it is underneath other behaviors... you would suspect it in areas where you never produce results, etc.

The real secret in distinctions and the ferreting them out is this: you cannot be responsible for what you can"t see. So the goal is to see where previously you could not see. But see with your own eyes. Not through someone else"s.

If I point out a behavior, you may correct it, this specific behavior, for this one time. But if you cannot see the pattern, the distinction, then you"ll leave all the other occurrences of the behavior wreak havoc.

In essence I am teaching you to see on this site, to see. Most of you refuse to see... by the way.))

Because nearly everyone has it, and because it is so important to recognize it, recognize it as a learned behavior, not innate, not natural, not coming from the Tree of Life, I am going to do the work here... as a demonstration of what mastering the color exercise can give you.

How The Tree of Knowledge goes against nature... on the level of individual. Case studies

The insights of this article came from participants. The insights could not have come without participants looking at their behavior and attitude from the sensations perspective, which is the Tree of Life, working with what nature intended.

On a sidenote: I don"t think nature intended 99% of humans to be obsolete and be replaced by Artificial Intelligence. I think nature intended evolution on a more human trajectory.

But back to what we have discovered, what we have observed, what we have gleaned.

First off: I will begin calling the feelings that come through the senses: Sensations. I think that the book should be re-christened as well... but it is really not up to me.

I"ll organize the observations by the soul correction... but you may find your limiting behavior in any soul correction.

Feelings and emotions: what is the difference?

One of the big obstacles that is in your way to growth is not being able to tell things apart, things that are different, but the difference is either subtle, or it is below the water level. Or is confusing because the names from the Tree of Knowledge use the same word for both

One of these is going to be important, so I"d like to encourage you to put some energy and effort into telling these two apart: ((tell the difference between (someone and someone else) (or something and something else) to recognize the things that distinguish people or things))
Feelings and emotions.
Why is this important? and why you want to learn what I say and not what others teach... ((I was looking on the internet for pictures to make this post lively... and to my horror, I found that everyone says something different about this topic... So your best bet is to forget everything you have elver learned, everything you have everl read, and just follow this article... and call feelings what i call feelings (sensations) , and emotions what I call emotions. The resulting clarity will snatch you from the chaos of the confusing interpretations of moronic hirelings of the Dark side and put you, potentially, on the only place where you can be happy: the Tree of Life))

The essence of teaching is that someone learns, not the act of teaching. So if I learn, then he taught.

I saw something today that can be important to for you to learn, because I don"t think you know.

It was prompted by an article by James Altucher, a blogger (personal vibration: 170) who I like and feel disgust for at the same time.

Who or what is in power in your life. You or something or someone else?

March is a survival month. I have been observing it for 30 years. If a business can make it past March, then it will make it another year. This is due to people"s (the buyers who keep business in business) spending habits...

For people, the reason they don"t have money to spend in January, February and March, I think, begins by overspending in December. Then they scramble through January, February and March to make up for the Christmas indulgence.

Most people live hand to mouth, YOLO, Epicurian...

If the opportunity to step into the success you crave came along: would you be able to take advantage of it?

I was listening to the step that talks about being prepared for opportunity.

Now, please listen up, I intend to teach you a spiritual practice. So if you listen "about", in a gossipy way, you won"t get anything, and that would be a pity.
The step says: be so good that they can"t ignore you.
But: you can"t just be "so good" from out of the blue. It is a point on a journey of a thousand steps.

The problem for most people is: what should be the first step?
