Why do I bother dealing with health issues, instead of teaching you how to get enlightened?

Isn"t that a great question? And it makes so much sense... After all there are thousands, hundreds of thousands, who claim to be experts in the health field, your bodily and financial health field... should not I just leave you to them, and do what only I can do?

I got a glimpse at clarity this past few weeks when I myself am dealing with a "health" issue... the mites.

I clearly got that until that aspect of my life will be reasonably well, I am arrested in my own journey, in my own enlightenment.

Being an empath is no picnic...

Being an empath is a bitch... You don"t only feel another"s duplicity when they allow you, you feel it when they are dead and you are reading their stuff. You feel it in a movie, when the whole movie, on the surface is supposed to be a compliment, but underneath it it is a left-handed compliment.

This whole issue always exists, but recently it has been stirred up and made personal by my temporary difficulty of handling some stuff... and it will last for a few more weeks, I can tell. Another aggravating factor was Osho"s Jew-bashing.

When you read all the comments (there are tons of them) you can see how much tree of knowledge there is out there, wishful thinking, hoping that there is no work in becoming enlightened.

What is enlightenment? Are the gurus, sages, mystics of the day enlightened? If their enlightenment were a sex organ, how much would they have to play with?

Enlightenment is a big word. It is a huge accomplishment.

Enlightenment is a way of being that is unburdened by the mind, the concerns society imposes on you. It is a simple way of being whee joy, rejoicing with life is the normal.

Just like with many other things in the domain of being, the nature of reality is such, that you can only see the tip of the iceberg of enlightenment.

We see the peacefulness of the person, the smile.

If is hard to tell if a person is peaceful as an act, carefully rehearsed, or the result of coming to peace.

But when I merge with their body, their feelings, their being, I can tell what the thin veneer is hiding: an unpeacefulness, that is often worse than yours.
