How will increasing the accuracy of your vocabulary lead you to a fuller experience of life, joy, purpose?

Yesterday I had a conversation where I had a number of opportunities to see how and what way your unclarity, your vocabulary, shows up, not as a theory, but as a reality.

How it prevents you from seeing reality, or hearing what is being said.

It was somewhat new to me, so if it was new to me, it will be really new to you.

1. You have a  limited relationship to the world that is expressed in word usage

It seems that we have words that we consider bad, or something like that.

Like WORK.

When I ask: what is the opposite of work, a huge big world of leisure, fun, luxury, shows up for you.

The side of work... it is blocked by your world view that says: I should have a life without work.

But life doesn"t agree. Life is empty and impossible to enjoy without work.

There is only one activity in life that you can do almost limitlessly: work. You cannot sleep longer than your body says... You cannot have sex, eat, laugh, speak, watch Netflix longer than your body agrees. But you can work and work and work some more and be well.

This is not specific for humans. Animals work too. Finding their food is their work. Getting their offspring protected and raised is their work.

Animals in captivity are unhappy: they are deprived of their work. Humans in captivity are unhappy: what is bad about jail or prison is that there is nothing to do to fill the time. No work.

One can say: work is your means to become a person. To have a Self. To have a self to express. To say who you are with your actions.

When you are robbed of that by considering work a four-letter word, they robbed you of your self-expression...

If you don"t leave the environment that says "work is bad" or however they say it, or retirement is better, or being rich means no work, you"ll never become a person.

Work is your riches. Not your money, not your stuff. No. It"s your work.

It"s your birthright.

Don"t live a half-life... please. You are wretched... and now you know why.

2. You use words interchangeably, as if they meant the same.

((You even do this while you read or while you listen. You hear one word and then quickly replace it with another you are more familiar with... and you think you got what was said. You didn"t. You got what you have always gotten.

This is the reason I am not afraid to give you 3500 articles for free. You are not able to get the results the articles COULD produce, because of this phenomenon... you cannot get the things Ii say because of this word switcheroo...

Even in one-on-one conversations this is a real challenge to me to keep on hammering away. And with all the hammering, and all the time, and all the checking, I can produce a 10% uptake at best.

Devastating. Especially because you, the "listener" think that you got everything I said... you didn"t.

The Starting Point Measurement (#23) is absolutely indicative of this. I haven"t, thus far, measured a person who measured higher than 10% on that score.

This article and the techniques I give you here can raise your score, your clarity, over time. It"s a process! And like every and any process, it can become a routine, like a dance, enjoyable. I"ll write an article about that next.

1. your soul correction (your machine): https://www.yourvibration.com/sc
2. do you have attachments?
3. the level of your health (1-100):
4. the level of your cell hydration (1-100):
5. your relationship to feedback and instruction:
6. The level of discomfort you are willing to allow w/o trying to fix it. This is your TLB score...
7. The size of your vocabulary: the number of words you can use accurately:
8. To what degree you think of yourself:
9. # of fixed mindset:
10. Ambition:
11. Desire:
12. Degree of inauthenticity overall:
13. Level of integrity 1-100:
14. how enslaved are you to memes? (what percentage of your life is run by memes?)
15. do you have a bridge between your precious "I" and your actual I? What is your level of delusion
16. To what degree you have access to your adult capacities %
17. How teachable/how coachable are you?
18. The level of your awareness?
19. your vibration (1-1000):
20. your overall intelligence, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, body, relationship, etc.:
21. the number of spiritual capacities you have:
22. the percentage of time you spend in the mind,
23. the percentage of input that gets through to you.
24. Recommendations:

))

One example that came up in the conversation was the words: strategy and process. ((Strategy is the what of the accomplishment. What you are going to do... Process is the how. Our goal is to first examine what you are doing, and then what we decide is going to get you there, we keep... and turn into routine. So fine-tuned that it feels effortless and joyous like a dance.

I have turned my life"s "doings" into processes... 90% of my life is processized... made into a routine that doesn"t use any glycogen, so I can use that and creativity where it matters to me.))

They have zero overlap.

Unless you know that, you won"t amount to much in any area of life... Can"t. Because you need both, but if you collapse the two words then you won"t develop both.

You need it everywhere, regardless of your education, regardless of your profession, regardless of your family status.

It what makes life, work, play, taking care of yourself or your family fun, easy, and a dance.

The distinction is missing, and it is missing that it"s missing. You don"t know why life isn"t working for you, you don"t know why you can"t take on a new project, or change some habits without leaving your life in a sham.

You don"t know why you don"t have time, or energy, or ambition to do new things.

You don"t know that your relationship to life is severely limited by your lack of distinction between words.

And maybe even specifically those two: strategy and process.

Not accidentally, I had two conversations with two people this week who had the same barrier to growth.

3. Living life through judgments...

Judgments are those binary statements you say in your head, that say something, good or bad, about a thing, a person, an idea.

Good/bad, stupid/smart, interesting/boring

One came up really strongly. My client asked himself: What am I excited about?

The question says it all: being excited is good. Not excited: not so good.

Here is the truth, here is what Life has to say:

Looking for excitement is definitely the way to be bipolar, and being a dog wagged by the tail. ((By the way: when you are looking for experiences, you are really looking for excitement. I write about this in this article What you crave is experiences...))

Result: nobody home, no person, no life. Hating life.

Life is best lived by living. Living is not exciting. Excitement is a peak experience that makes you old really fast. And it has its dark side, letdown.

When you consider excitement desirable, your life feels boring. Blah. And we can safely say: you are an addict. And your life is run by that addiction, not you.

No chance for growing, self-evolution, joy, enjoyment... because those need life to be not exciting. In excitement you can"t even look around: you are holding on with your fingertips... risking flying off into oblivion...

So life is passing you by.

You cannot and won"t see the beauty. You cannot and won"t see values in things, activities, people. You won"t have any joy.

Screaming on a roller coaster is not joy. It is fear, really. Terror.

People who are happy avoid excitement. And people who like excitement.

So what can you do? How can you catch that you are living a life of addiction?

I recommended to my client to catch himself when he judges... and add just one thing.

By the way: catching doesn"t mean stop judging. No, catching means, in this real life work, noticing.

So when you notice a judgment, do one thing: add another aspect to the binary statement. Blue, for example.

When the judgment is: stupid... then add blue.

It is a subtle change, but it will start taking you from blocking half of the world out to including a little bit more of it.

Stupid... blue. You cannot avoid but smile... can you?
That"s hard... blue. funny as hell.
I am NEVER... blue.

The jump between systemic judgment, the kind you do, to assessment... where you actually have more than one adjective on the side... is difficult even to understand.

So the mechanical action of adding the quality of blue, an adjective, is our way to create a stairway back to life. A full life. A life where you can see things, not judge them.

You can even do this with the word "work"... add an adjective... blue.

It may make all the difference.

Your vocabulary shows the size of your world

Your vocabulary mirrors your clarity. The opposite of clarity is unclear or foggy. (Brain fog?) ((In terms of consciousness, understanding is the lowest level, while confusion is a higher level... Most people think they understand, they know, while they have no clue... And they speak from their understanding. This is the reason for the low truth value of people"s stuff, including books, teachings, etc. I pretty much keep away from understanding. Understanding is a mind-thing... a Plato"s Cave thing. Nothing can be truly understood for it to remain both real and true. Understanding simplifies the world to the level where it is not the world... it is a mind-construct. If you didn"t understand this, I am happy.))

One of the Starting Point Measurements is your vocabulary/clarity measure. ((Wittgenstein, 20th century philosopher, (personal vibration: 200. Never penetrated the invisible, in fact never gave a fig about it. His concept of language is very limited, but regardless, this first quote has high truth value: 60%, while the second, the way HE meant it, has only 10% truth value. The way I mean it: 70% truth value. Interesting.) famously said: "The limits of my language mean the limits of my world." and "Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent"

Of course he said that because it needed to be said. You cannot tell the size of your knowledge, the size of your world. It is a paradigm... the boundaries are one-way mirrors. you can only see it from the other side.

My hunch is, you cannot even get what I am talking about when I say one-way mirror... you have to have a vibration of at least 200. Why do I think that? Because in all my readings, I have only read it in one author"s book: Tim Tigner"s books. In all of three of them that I have read.

And, of course, whatever is outside of your world is something you cannot speak... So what are the things that are outside of your world... Hey, most of the things that you came here for, to my site.

I used to have a saying about coaches, that they are like surgeons who didn"t wash their hands before surgery. They haven"t given respect to the person or people they talk to... and they talk, and suggest, and advise. I have not met a coach who is not like that.

And I also haven"t met a person, for example, who knew deeply the meaning of gratitude and appreciation. Or spirituality. Or beingness. Or any of the things I am talking about.

When you repeat something you learned from someone else, you say things that are Tree of Knowledge. And what you are talking about is "Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent"... But I am yet to meet a person who has respect enough to shut the fig up.

OK, rant over. Keep reading.))

People are stunned by their low numbers. They shouldn"t be. Their results in life, in all four main areas of life are consistent with their clarity. Low. ((As I am looking for illustration, I am encountering something strange. Vocabulary measuring tests do not test clarity.

You may be a writer, a teacher, a lawyer... and have many words. You only use a few, and you have an approximate knowledge of their meaning, on the level of your consciousness.

So even though we seemingly measure the same thing, thus all the upset, we are measuring the size of your world. Everybody seems to know the meaning of appreciation (gushing, saying "I appreciate you!" blah blah blah) but I am yet to find a person who actually appreciates...

Appreciating supposes that you see value... you don"t. Value has been one of the hardest concepts to teach because people cannot see value. Can"t see it. So they cannot appreciate.

Yet I found hundreds of memes saying "expect nothing, appreciate everything"... the truth about you is: you expect everything (inside your world) and appreciate nothing. Can"t. It"s not that you are a bad person. Your vibration is low. Sorry to break it to you...))

When you are not clear, it is like you are bringing a knife to a gun fight. It is like you use tools that are unsuited for the job. It is like you are fighting windmills. It is the state of "for you everything is the same as everything else, except that not always."

Clarity has power. And clarity is lacking everywhere. Imagine being represented by a lawyer whose clarity number is 300. You can bet on losing, unless the clarity of the judge and the other lawyer"s is lower.

You read approximately, you listen approximately. You hear on the level of your vocabulary, you think with what you got: not much. :-(

You need to increase your vocabulary, you need to increase your clarity, you need to increase the size of your world.

I have been working on distinguishing for myself how to do that. I experiment on myself and then teach others to do the same.

I now have two students who are getting brilliant through the practices.

I got up today with some "meh", but then I thought that if I made a difference with just two people, then I didn"t live in vain... And it got brighter, and I got a smile on my lips and a spring in my steps.

Reading (listening is the same as reading! I"ll explain later) for understanding, or reading for any agenda, even in order to learn something, or to dig for gold, will result in approximate reading. A narrow opening into the mind will not let the whole reading to go through, only your in-order-to part.

And this is how you are reading, this is how you are listening. Through an in-order-to. ((You may have many. Here are a few in-order-to"s:
  • I want to be right

  • I want to understand

  • I need to understand

  • I should understand

  • I want to look good

  • this is homework. my job is to get to the other side, to get it done

  • I already know

  • I"ll prove you wrong!

There are more, these are just the most frequent agendas in my practice...))

Yesterday I had a phone call where I had to stop about 10 times because what I was saying didn"t go through. I didn"t know what was going on on the other end, so I asked.

The other person was thinking about what I said, trying it on.

His agenda rendered him a non-listener.

When you read, when you listen, you spend most of your time not reading, not listening, but doing actions in your head that you think serve your agenda: understanding, getting your money"s worth, learning, whatever your agenda.

Result: you never learn. You never understand. You never get clearer: you remain the same. Reading/listening doesn"t make a difference for you.

So how do I listen?

I listen/read the way I shower. I let the water come and enjoy it. When I notice that I am taking my attention to any place other than the listening or the reading, I stop reading, and gently return my attention. Or if I am listening, I turn of the audio. Or if I am in the middle of a conversation, I stop the speaker for a moment or two, so I can return to hearing what they are saying.

I have been practicing this for 60 years. Stopping the inner chatter and return to the activity at hand.

At some points removing the agenda is difficult, but necessary.

I have a few advanced degrees, so I have had a lot of books to read for exams. And I had only a few days to read them.

It takes more energy, more discipline, to let go of the agenda of learning for the exam, to read in order to be able to pass.

The two subjects where I failed to get rid of the agenda: I failed the exam at both. So the retake: I put more energy into considering it a shower than before, and of course I passed both.

And then there was a third subject where my bs meter was so triggered, I could not pass the test, not even the third time. This is why I have an incomplete MBA: one credit short.

Even if just there is one filter through which you listen through: I agree/I don"t agree, true/false, good writing/poor writing... you"ll get nothing from your reading and listening, and you wasted your time.

Today my training allows me to read as low as 7% truth value books, and not argue with the book... so I can get all the value, all the words, all what it"s trying to say, and maybe even enjoy it.

Lower than 7%? It means misleading, b.s., wrong premises... I can"t. Too low vibration to mix it with my own energies.

The practice of A is A is what I am talking about. But I am learning that what remains A for me when I read, doesn"t remain A for you: you cannot even hear it. The book says A, you hear A means this and this, and then you say: A means this and this... I won"t fight it, I will refrain from fixing it.

You didn"t hear A. And you never noticed that you end up with "not A". And you remain the same. Foggy, ineffective in life, and powerless to make something of yourself. Powerless to become worth a damn. Powerless to deserve the good life.

Bummer, eh?

Here is what Roy H. Williams has to say about it. He uses the words "Christian" and "Samaritan", because these words are the closest to his heart.

I could use spiritual, appreciative, value, because these are closest to my heart.

Let me know what you get... Allow the words shower on you, allow yourself to get wet.
Who is Your "Samaritan"?

A lawyer and a rabbi are arguing about what it means to be kind.

It is an ancient argument.

The lawyer thinks a “kind” person is always polite and considerate.

The rabbi thinks “politeness” is superficial, and “considerate” simply means to consider the consequences before taking any action, but that true kindness comes at a price. The rabbi believes that true kindness will take insult, inconvenience or injury upon itself in order to save another person from the same.

We read of this encounter between the lawyer and the rabbi in the Biblical book of Luke. You may remember the story of a traveler who is robbed, stripped of his clothing, beaten, and left half dead alongside the road.

Jesus, the young rabbi, tells the lawyer that two religious people passed by the wounded traveler, but both of them avoided the man. Then, the member of an ethic minority came upon the injured traveler. The most common name for this ethnic minority was a racial slur in the day of Jesus, so to help make his point, Jesus used the racial slur as the name of the man: “a Samaritan.”

According to Jesus, “the Samaritan,” at his own expense, took the injured traveler to an inn, treated his wounds, and paid the innkeeper to take care of him.

Jesus then asked, Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?

The lawyer, too polite to say “Samaritan,” said, The one who had mercy on him.

Jesus said, “Go and do likewise.”

Rabbi Jesus was clearly demonstrating that kindness costs the giver, and that it is our actions that define us, not our origins.

Disagreements occur when there is a lack of definition of terms. When there is no agreed-upon definition of a word, arguments will revolve around it.
I believe the word that has the largest number of conflicting definitions today is the word “Christian.”

If we were to poll our nation, we would doubtless discover countless definitions for “Christian,” but I believe most of them would fall somewhere in the middle of a three-cornered continuum.

At one extreme of that triangle, a Christian is a believer in Christianity, a religion founded by Jesus, who came to give us a new moral code and teach us a better way to live. This Christian is patriotic and rejects behaviors that he or she believes to be immoral.

At the second extreme of that triangle, a Christian is a believer in Jesus as God Incarnate, who came to earth to purchase eternal life for all who would believe. This Christian does not believe that Jesus came to deliver a new moral code, but to die so that we might live.

The third extreme of our triangle is a definition occasionally embraced by people who do not identify themselves as “Christian,” because they define a Christian as:

a religious person who believes poor people deserve to be poor because “anyone can pull themselves up by their bootstraps through good decisions and hard work.”
a religious person who is in favor of guns, but against gays.
a religious person who believes Americans are exceptional, and that all other nations are inferior.

It is not my purpose today to start an argument, but to defuse one.

Christianity and politics are in turmoil today due to the lack of an agreed-upon definition of the word, “Christian.” I have no intention of offering my own definition of Christian, since it is unimportant to anyone but me. And I do not expect your definition of “Christian” to be any of the three extremes I named. I expect you have a complex, nuanced definition that you feel strongly about. You may even be anxious to share it in the hopes of “clearing the air.”

Please don’t.

My only goal today is to ask you to consider “ for just a moment “

that a good person might hold views and opinions dramatically different from your own without becoming “the enemy.”

This person could even become your trusted friend.

Even if they are “a Samaritan.”

Roy H. Williams

Question: can you get rid of the brain fog through learning to read/listen the way I teach you?

My answer is: yes. Because once you can hear what is being said, once you increase your clarity, you"ll see all the steps you can take to remove what is obviously outside of the "strait and narrow" path to get yourself well.
Would I recommend that you do this before you do your water, and your food, and your supplements, etc?

No, I would not. I would start with your physical well-being. But I would also start getting into the habit of reading. Because just like running a marathon, you cannot start training when you need to run it, you would slowly increase your capacity to run, and run well.

So there you have it. You all have brain fog to one degree or another.

I do... In spite of all the efforts.

There is always more West to go my friend.

Your vocabulary shows the size of your world

Sticky point: Being able to tell the self apart from other things, the not-self.

Being able to tell the self apart from other things, the not-self. ((

Nisargadatta Maharaj: personal vibration: 200. Truth value: 10%

I have encountered and measured many Indian gurus. Although Nisargadatta Maharaj is not flashy, and seemingly nothing special, he has a unique position among all these gurus: he isn"t fake.

You cannot teach much of anything if you haven"t truly distinguished that you are not any of the things you may think you are... you are simply the Self.

Most gurus give diligent lip-service to this... I know Osho best, and he says it all the time. But saying it and being it are two different things. When you say it but you don"t be it, you talk Tree of Knowledge: it is not your experience. So you are a liar, a fake guru: because you cannot teach what you don"t have.

Nisargadatta Maharaj got one thing right... ok, maybe more, I don"t know all he did. But he got the crux of the matter right: he got that he is none of those things...

And that is what makes him a real guru.

Now, can he teach it? OK, he is dead. Could he teach it? No way. Knowing and teaching are two different capacities.

My own trouble is that I have to be able to do both... But it is getting possible... I am getting better at it.

When someone with Tree of Knowledge tries to teach it, no one learns it... because fake invites fake... ugh. Same is true for Landmark and Werner Erhard.

))

You are not your feelings, not your thoughts, not your history. Not even what you do, or what you have, or what you have achieved!

I didn"t realize that this is such a big issue, collapsing all these and calling it "you".

This is the source of unclarity, and ultimately it is the source of the delusional self and misery. Utter misery.

What am I talking about?

One aspect of clarity is to be able to tell the person from their actions. The person from their feelings. The person from their story or history. The person from what they have done. The person from everything else...

It seems that at a low level of clarity (low vibration) this isn"t obvious.

As I am teaching some of my students to become value recognizers, some of them can see that the work they do has extrinsic (monetary) value, independent of them. Others consider that their extrinsic value is the one that fluctuates from day to day, when they feel well, or when they don"t.

Your extrinsic value, what you CAN produce in the world, only changes with learning new skills or getting better at the skills you already have. And yes, they get higher if you can manage your attitude towards work and people... because you can produce more value.

But value is in the product, not in you.

A high vibration person whose clarity in telling things apart can see that. And that gives them freedom to tackle challenges with the self and challenges with the work they do.

A low vibration person feels that they are changing and their value is changing with their output, and cannot have freedom to take care of themselves independently of their output.

No distinction.

You got that from your parents, from your teachers, from your peers... that have low vibration.

Your parent called you bad, or a horrible kid, or a lazy bum. Or maybe a great kid. Or beautiful. Or smart.

But either way they collapsed behavior, looks, the effect on them, and perpetuated a level of no distinction that can only lead to an ineffectiveness in life.

It makes you feel invalidated, insulted, humiliated, or valued, appreciated but neither of these is good and neither of these is what is actually happening.
Bringing distinction to life brings happiness, effectiveness, and ultimately a much higher quality of life.

When people get their Starting Point Measurements, they see it as a composite of who they are: worthless, no good, better dead than alive.

Not as a report card on different aspects that can be altered independently, which it really is.

I have been working with people achieving unprecedented shifts by bringing distinction, bringing these different aspects of things into focus.

And teaching the individuals how to increase a "scores" effectively.

When you see yourself collapsed with your actions, your feelings, your story, you can only be ineffective.

It"s like looking at a vehicle that isn"t doing well, and trying to tackle the whole... with a hammer, a screwdriver, or whining... lol.

A vehicle has parts, engine, cooling, brakes, fuel management, electric circuits, starter, etc. I have taken cars apart and I know what I am talking about. And I have "taken people apart" and produce result.

You are trying random things... but without clarity, without distinguishing the parts, without the right tools, your results will be nothing at best, and damage at worst.

No matter what area of life we look at, bringing distinction to it will increase your effectiveness.

But the first hurdle to tackle is being able to see that not everything is about you, not everything is you.

I have students and ex students who are separated from the good life only by this issue.
  • If you think that people buy you, not your product, you will be ineffective.

  • If you think that when people say "no" to buying your product, they reject YOU, you will be ineffective.

The main difference between highly effective people who are consistently delivering results and from people who take anything personally is this unclarity and no distinction about what is you and what is not you.

Billionaires, most of them, don"t think their results are them. They see their results as their results and therefore they can increase their effectiveness with their results.

And some accidental billionaires, like Mark Zuckerberg can"t see that what facebook does, right or wrong, is not him... and therefore suffer.
You need this distinguishing... aka telling apart things that only correlate but not the same, in the area of health, in the area of social interactions, in the area of fulfillment as well.

You are, obviously, not your habits either. You can change any of your habits if you aren"t collapsing them with your self.

You can change your view of things, if you aren"t collapsing them with your self.

You are NOT your religion, not your beliefs, not your upbringing, not your racial origin, not a refugee, not a victim, not an unloved child, not a divorced/married person, not a father, not a mother, not somebody"s child.

Those things are also distinct from your self.

You HAVE them in your card pack, but the whole card pack isn"t them.

To the degree you can grasp this to the degree you can grow. To the degree you"ll invest time and energy to grasp this distinguishing function you need, to the same degree you can use your energy to carve out a good life for yourself.

For most of you, I am asking you to see something that your low vibration doesn"t allow you to see. But you have the capacity, encoded in your DNA, if you are human. The capacity can be activated by the effort to see what you cannot see.

Guaranteed.

And only you can do it for yourself.

I can give you exercises, but I can"t make you see something... but YOU can.

It is hard to conceive the notion that there is something right in front of you that you cannot see. And yet it is true.
When you are willing to take my word for it, and put in the effort, the capacities awaken, one by one.

One such capacity is to be able to read, listen, and speak NOT from the mind.

One exercise doesn"t fit all, one practice doesn"t fit all... that is why some people pay me for personal coaching, in-person coaching.

Often it takes me quite some time before I can get clear enough myself where the inability to distinguish is anchored in a client. It is more an art than a science. I experiment and the client pays.

But eventually I figure it out and then they start growing like a weed.

Nothing I have ever read written for coaches is useful in this... actually most of the methodology anyone suggests is harmful and leads to no fundamental change in a client"s clarity, in a client"s ability to bring distinguishing to life.

Can I produce good results with ANYONE? I have no idea. Even if I can see where the sticky part is, ultimately it is the level of courage and the level of ambition of the client that is the motive power that will get them unstuck. I can"t do it for them.
But no matter what"s the issue, it seems that the first sticky point that needs to be unstuck is this collapsing the self with all the things that it seems to be. And causing the person to see distinction.

The path to it can be many.

Some clients think that if they can fake me out, it is as good as having done the job... It must be innate to some soul corrections.

One famous exercise is the color exercise.

In the color exercise one learns, or more precisely, one CAN learn to tell apart different shades of the same base color.

Distinguishing is a skill, it is also a spiritual capacity. It can only happen outside of the mind. In the mind, Plato"s Cave, everything is collapsed. There are no shades, there are not aspects. You are the same as your actions, your looks, your history, your everything.

Only outside of the cave are there distinctions.

If you can see "YOUR" color in the color exercise as distinct and separate from the base color, you must be outside of the mind... But if secretly you consider it a shade of "red", or whatever the base color would be, you are in the mind, pretending to do the exercise.

It"s grueling because your tendency to collapse everything to become the same as everything else is very forceful.
You need to grow "balls" to be in the game with the powerful forces you are up against.

You can. The question is: will you?

I have asked hundreds of people to do this exercise, and thus far NONE of them that I know of has done it truly outside of the mind.

So, you see, some exercises are wicked difficult. Is it worth it? You tell me! It all depends on the size of your ambition.
  • Ambition is the energy you are willing to invest into getting what you want.

  • Desire is the energy you invest in imagining what you want.

The job is to reduce the desire to less than 10%, and raise the ambition to more than 10%.

Desire is from the mind. Ambition is from the Self.

For the Self to get anything done, it needs more or equal energy to even be in the "fight" or the game.

Another exercise is the process of becoming an idea machine...

One of the hardest exercises is to read/listen not for understanding.
Understanding is from the mind. Acts as a filter, a limitation to what you can consider as reality, what you can consider as knowledge.

Wicked difficult, but glorious when becomes operational behavior.

Distinguishing what you don"t like, what you don"t want, what you stand against is yet another practice... the challenge is again: do you take everything personally? Is everything about you?

There are many ways to skin a cat, and my job as your guide is to invent new ways. That is 90% of my work.

I am working as fast as I can.

One path to Self you may want to take

One of the capacities you want to cultivate is the capacity of being in awe. Awestruck, awe-inspired.

Why? Because unless you can be moved on the inside, you are dead and I can"t help you... nobody can.

Unless you can attain to a certain level of awe, you are not going to be able to have a purpose to your life, or love, or rise above the pedestrian existence of the current humanity.

And no, I am not going to turn it on for you, please don"t ask.

This is a project you need to invent for yourself, and try to get in the state of awe. Inspiring stories, inspiring books, inspiring people, inspiring movies.

Awe is being present to the beyond... the beyond of the level where you are, the beyond of the knowable universe... from where all power comes.

I am changing... Why aren"t you?

I have been changing. Subtly.

The biggest problem with subtle changes is that they go unnoticed. And if you are like most people, you want encouragement, you want people to see that you are becoming something better.

But your environment is about as aware and as present as you are, which means: not very. And besides they are busy having their head up their ass... so until you are very very very different, they don"t notice it.

A good example is your weight: if you drop two dress sizes... then they notice it. But if you are doing it right, in a sustainable fashion, it"s taken you months... And for those months you had gotten no feedback.

The magic wand of instant change... aka manifestation

Context is one of those words that unless you have enough capacities, especially the big picture capacity, is impossible to explain... at least it"s been impossible for me to explain to you.

And yet, if you want to improve the quality of your life, the magic wand to do that is context.

You change the context and everything changes with it.

Your default context is, the context that is invisible to you, but obvious to everyone around you is not pretty. That is where you live... in that context.

But, you see, context is not something that if you understand then it becomes available to you...

In fact it is much like playing the violin: you can understand playing the violin... but that will not make you play the violin.

You need to DISTINGUISH for yourself, playing the violin, through playing the violin.

Maddening, isn"t it?

What holds you back?

I have been wondering what is the real reason behind many of you

1. coming back and reading the articles for years, yet never actually buying anything
2. buying stuff but not using them

I watched a video today, aimed at hypnotherapists.

The similarity between hypnotherapy and what I do is that most of what happens happens in the invisible realm. And what comes up is fear... doesn"t it?

What if she blah blah blah, fill in the blank with your fear.

In this article I want to honor the people who can"t even get themselves into the position of actually try... try and succeed, try and fail, but at least give it a shot.

High vibration - low vibration: what does it really signify? What does it really mean?

I woke up late today. I could recall my dream. It was nightmarish, but it was a guidance dream. A first in a long long time.

I was in a mental hospital, in Hungary, talking to my psychiatrist; young, innocent, pregnant, terrified.

I was explaining that we all have a dark side, as long as the light source is outside of ourselves. She said: even a sheet of paper has a dark side? It was a thin paper, and yet it had a dark side.

No matter how thinly you slice the paper, it will still have a dark side and a light side.

That was the dream... the rest of the guidance happened while I was sitting in the cold room on the edge of my bed... the only way to have no dark side is to be the Light.

Which means...

Most things are only visible in hindsight.

Good or bad, it is immaterial.

My chiropractor has been unavailable Tuesday mornings for almost a month. By now I hurt. I spent two hours last night trying to get comfortable before I could fall asleep.I would have never know how much I need regular adjustments without taking a long break. Going there every week, kind of poo-pooing the individual experiences is what it"s taken me to be virtually pain free.I shared it with the chiropractor, because I thought that it is a good idea for his marketing: after all most people do not go to chiropractors, because they can"t even imagine that it can help... or they go when they are really broken.

What did Genghis Khan, the greatest conqueror in history do to raise his people"s IQ?

I have been reading about the Mongols, the nomadic people that occupied lands and people in the 13th century, from the Pacific Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea, in the 13th Century under Genghis Khan.

99% of those Mongols didn"t read, didn"t write. Their average IQ (my measurement) was the same as college educated people"s today. Their available IQ was 90%, as opposed to today"s college educated people, whose available IQ is less than 80%. Which means, those Mongols were more intelligent than you. Ugh, that hurts.

What is the secret difference between them and you, that they were able to conquer and you are not? And what could you borrow from them, even though you are not a steppe warrior?

Here are my insights that I hope will be useful for you today:

What keeps you stuckI am starting see that what keeps you stuck is that you identify yourself with your thoughts or your feelings, or both.

Bad news: Thoughts and feelings are reactionary: Without a circumstance changing, neither of them will change, and life will continue to go downhill.

Your thoughts and feelings can only change when something else changes. Why? Because thoughts and feelings are like a thermometer. They are a reaction to something else... Thermomenter reacts to the temperature. Feelings and thoughts react to some other circumstance.

Unless somne circumstance changes, nothing will change.

Is the Quantum Jumping, Paradigm Jumping technique for you?

Why do I bother dealing with health issues, instead of teaching you how to get enlightened?

Isn"t that a great question? And it makes so much sense... After all there are thousands, hundreds of thousands, who claim to be experts in the health field, your bodily and financial health field... should not I just leave you to them, and do what only I can do?

I got a glimpse at clarity this past few weeks when I myself am dealing with a "health" issue... the mites.

I clearly got that until that aspect of my life will be reasonably well, I am arrested in my own journey, in my own enlightenment.

Visualization and other booby prizes

Consolation culture: The Culture of Booby Prize
Society, your world, specializes in consolation. ((Sex is a consolation prize. Eating, cuisine, movies, money, politics... all are there because what really matters, personal price, self-esteem, self-respect, self-realization, self-love, takes work. So, we, as a culture, settle for less... for the consolation prize. Your pets are a consolation prize. You are unable or unwilling to love, so you get animals that depend on you to provide you with what you consider love... but inside: you are dying. Yourself: you hate. Your fellow human: despise? sleep is a consolation prize. and so is alcohol... anything that alters consciousness, makes you unconscious, dream that you have attained.)) There is no progress, no, advancement, no better life, no more freedom, no anything... but a lot of consolation.

The language is this: You didn"t get X, you wanted, but at least you have your Y, health, husband that hates you, children that nag you, job that you don"t enjoy.

What we do, what other people say, our results... everything. So our "self" is always in danger of falling off its pedestal, and we feel that with it we die.
