I woke up this morning with despair in my heart. No reason, just the mood. I stepped on the scale, and I put on half a pound yesterday. It was raining cats and dogs, but the temperature will be normal later today.

I read some emails, answered them, but didn"t feel like working.

I took some Heaven on Earth Remedy.

What did Genghis Khan, the greatest conqueror in history do to raise his people"s IQ?

I have been reading about the Mongols, the nomadic people that occupied lands and people in the 13th century, from the Pacific Ocean to the Mediterranean Sea, in the 13th Century under Genghis Khan.

99% of those Mongols didn"t read, didn"t write. Their average IQ (my measurement) was the same as college educated people"s today. Their available IQ was 90%, as opposed to today"s college educated people, whose available IQ is less than 80%. Which means, those Mongols were more intelligent than you. Ugh, that hurts.

What is the secret difference between them and you, that they were able to conquer and you are not? And what could you borrow from them, even though you are not a steppe warrior?

Weeping looking back at the path

Here I am this cool Saturday morning, weeping.

I observe. What is there? Pain, definitely. Sense of loss, yes. Sadness, no. Regret, no. Resentment, no.

I have had a hard life. The hardest part is the last 30 years. Maybe 33... Since I left Hungary.

In Hungary I had friends. I had people who would want me around, who would walk with me, who would vouch for me.

Case study: Attachment removal and what YOU can learn from it

I started to offer attachment removal this past week. This is one I did today... and I am sharing it with you because there is a great lesson in it, especially if you read Osho"s words I also included:

She: Do I have any attachments?

yes. you have about 20
She: I really feel weak even though I take the activators. I have a friend at work who"s always monitoring me (who am I with, comments all the time on my facebook, befriends my new friends even if she don"t know them, ask me where I am, wants to know my life all the time etc etc). It really drains me and wondering if she"s one of the attachment.
Me:
coworkers can"t put attachments on you, I even don"t know how to do it. Only so called healers, witches, sorerers can do it... it is a kind of voodoo

What gives it away is the implied inevitability. The language. That it"s always, or never.

Like I am never going to be successful. Stings. Hurts. My eyes are watering. I scramble to avoid it, fight mightily, only to give up after a while and resign... burn, and get up from the ashes like a phoenix bird... This has been the story of my life. Horrid.

Now, imagine free falling towards the Earth, accelerating. Your language, I guess: I am going to die. I am going to be pulped by the impact.

Imagined it? Now imagine that I order you to pay attention to the weather, to the shape of the clouds in the sky.

One surprise side effect of fighting the mite epidemic...

There have been a surprise side effect to fighting the mite epidemic: people are able to see if they are conscious or not, if they are awake or not, if they are in their head or not.

Now, that doesn"t seem like much... after all they have to do it, because otherwise the mites kill them, maim them, or just plain make them miserable.

But the truth is a lot simpler and at the same time a lot more complicated: awareness doesn"t care what you are aware of. Awareness, once it there, is aware of a lot more than where it"s directed.

So, people got aware of their attitude, their forcefulness, their moods, their actions, their inner monologue... and, surprise, this sudden awareness, this sudden bringing conscious awareness, consciousness to life, has started to raise people"s vibration.

Do you allow yourself to be sad? On the first spring day?

I was feeling blue today. I opened the windows, and the noise from the outside was deafening... compared to the silence I have enjoyed all winter. I got a headache, I started to think of moving to someplace where it"s quiet... no grass mowers, no road repair, no people.

I felt the sadness. Grieving. My mind was digging up stories of sadness. One of my favorite book characters is sad, and is attracted to sad women... Henry Bosch.

Especially around a character, Cassie Black who later re-appears as Lena, if I remember correctly. Sad. Loss. Aloneness.

Bedwetting... what is in common with schizophrenia... or how to drive someone crazy

All children are empathic. And all children must abandon empathy because of the pretense of their parents and care-givers.

Of course, some people are empaths... and they must learn suppression, avoidance, going unconscious for long periods of times if they want to remain sane.

Let me explain.

I grew up with two Holocaust survivor parents. They met in one of those camps where the Nazis collected the Jews before they transported them to a concentration camp.

Later my father impregnated my mother... and shortly after the boy was born, they got married.

My father was insensitive, and my mother didn"t love him. Then she got pregnant with me, and she put all her dislike of my father onto me.

According to some psychologists, I suffered from double bind: i.e. my mother"s feelings and behavior told two different stories. Impossible to reconcile, I went to the suppression route.
