ZEN IS JUST ZEN. There is nothing comparable to it. It is unique -- unique in the sense that it is the most ordinary and yet the most extraordinary phenomenon that has happened to human consciousness. It is the most ordinary because it does not believe in knowledge, it does not believe in mind. It is not a philosophy, not a religion either. It is the acceptance of the ordinary existence with a total heart, with one"s total being, not desiring some other world, supra-mundane, supra-mental.

Life is a lot like traveling by train...

Life is like being in a train: you can look out on the left side, the right side, the back, the front... but it won"t change that you are on a train that will arrive to its destination, no matter where you look.

Most of us live this way most of the time.

We do our jobs, we do our relationships, we do our projects, we do our lives this way.

Fulfilling? No. Enjoyable? It depends...

Ultimately we are plagued by a nagging sense that we are out of control, that no matter what we do won"t change anything. Some of us feel doomed. Some of us fight it tooth and nail... with bloody broken teeth and broken nails to prove it.

Another review, this time of Gary Douglas and Access Consciousness...

A few years ago when I first "reviewed" Access Consciousness I didn"t check for attachments... and unfortunately my high evaluation exposed a lot of people to the nasty attachments Access Consciousness puts on people. I apologize. If you are one who got involved, please get in touch.

The Gary Dougless, Dain Heer bunch is as nasty as Scientology, maybe even nastier because of their ability to put an energetic attachment on you and keep you trapped.

"This is something I"ve wanted to do for the kids for a long time," Gary Douglas says to an audience of children in an Austin hotel conference room over the summer. Other kids across the country are watching the seminar online.

Douglas, 70, just got done hearing from a mother professing gratitude to Douglas for bringing consciousness to her kids. He opened their eyes, and they opened hers. And that"s "consciousness" with a little trademark symbol above it, just so you know. This isn"t any pedestrian notion of consciousness. It"s Access Consciousness. It"s so mind-blowingly conscious that you have to be other than human to get it. You have to be what"s called a humanoid. Here"s one way for you to find out if you"re a human or a humanoid: If you like to sit on the couch, drink beer and watch TV, you"re probably a human. If you judge others and not yourself, you"re a human. Humans are middle America. They sleepwalk through life. They"re idiots.

Humanoids are steeped in awareness, not judgment. They get it. They"ve torn down the barriers, the mental implants drilled into their brains an eternity ago by malicious entities. They can change the weather.

Humanoids in this conference room, adults and children alike, understand it when Douglas says, "What stupidity are you using to create the old thinking you are choosing? Everything that is, times a godzillion — will you destroy and uncreate it all? Right and wrong, good and bad, pod and poc, all nine, shorts, boys and beyonds."

That"s part of the Access Consciousness "clearing statement" — a sort of mush-mouthed mantra humanoids recite when they dismantle the implants. It"s what Douglas would like to bring into public schools through something called the Access True Knowledge Foundation. Not many people knew about Access, and there was no real vehicle to get it into schools, until ex-NFL player Ricky Williams fell in love with Access and accepted a $50,000 donation from them for his Ricky Williams Foundation. Some sports writers poked fun at Williams for aligning himself with a "cult," but at least Access got some attention.

Expanded consciousness might seem like a heavy trip for the average teen, but you have to remember that we"re all infinite beings, and children — even infants — are master manipulators. Children picked their parents before they were even conceived, and then they stripped those

If you have a problem keeping your word... Part 2

I am finding out that you"ve been thinking in terms of to-do lists to get things done.

I find to-do lists daunting.

The biggest problem with to-do lists is that it kills the spirit in things.

The second biggest problem with todo lists is that it mixes big things, and small things.

What takes you someplace worth going to are two kinds of things

simple steps repeated regularly, like eating, exercising, going to sleep early, reading a few pages every night, reminding yourself to get present, taking deep breaths when you remember, taking your supplements, observing yourself... The best reminders are questions... have you done that today? What time are you going to walk today? Gentle reminders. If the answer is resistance, the next question is: what purpose does walking for you?For me regular walking is increasing my capacity to walk a lot, and still enjoy what"s around me. I am having recurring dreams of living in different countries six months at a time. Lots of walking: without stamina that would be sheer torture.

Weeping looking back at the path

Here I am this cool Saturday morning, weeping.

I observe. What is there? Pain, definitely. Sense of loss, yes. Sadness, no. Regret, no. Resentment, no.

I have had a hard life. The hardest part is the last 30 years. Maybe 33... Since I left Hungary.

In Hungary I had friends. I had people who would want me around, who would walk with me, who would vouch for me.

Case study: Attachment removal and what YOU can learn from it

I started to offer attachment removal this past week. This is one I did today... and I am sharing it with you because there is a great lesson in it, especially if you read Osho"s words I also included:

She: Do I have any attachments?

Me:
yes. you have about 20
She: I really feel weak even though I take the activators. I have a friend at work who"s always monitoring me (who am I with, comments all the time on my facebook, befriends my new friends even if she don"t know them, ask me where I am, wants to know my life all the time etc etc). It really drains me and wondering if she"s one of the attachment.
Me:
coworkers can"t put attachments on you, I even don"t know how to do it. Only so called healers, witches, sorerers can do it... it is a kind of voodoo

I have been spending the last few days meditating, muscle testing, contemplating why it is that different people from different ethnic cultures are so different in one main aspect: caring.

Caring means that you are willing to consider another as important as yourself. And just the way you would not hurt yourself consciously and intentionally, you would not hurt another.

As it turns out, even after the DNA upgrade, only 19% of the population has the capacity to care. The rest refused to accept the DNA upgrade... remember, the ground rule is free will.

I have muscle tested different ethnic groups, and within the same ethnic group, I found, the DNA changed, and in the other ethnic groups it did not.

Authenticity

I am a foreigner. I learned the English words, one by one, but I started to learn the being associated, the being meant by some words when I was 38 and started the work of transformation.

The first being word I looked into was generosity. I was still a beginner at distinguishing.

Distinguishing is the art of precision, what it is and what it isn"t. What it isn"t distinguishes something a lot better than trying to explain what it is. Interesting, isn"t it?

I had to learn the hard way what generosity isn"t, how "generosity" can and does make enemies of friends, destroys you in the process, while it builds your ego to sky high.

The second being word was authenticity. Not much can be found anywhere about that being, because it is near extinct, because authenticity flies in the face of what society wants of you: society wants you to suppress who you really are, and pretend to be part of the group... to want what "they" want, not what you want.
