Holographic reading: the secret of billionaires...

Holographic learning: the only way to human being level

I am reading a book I don"t like. I was told by Source to read it... and I think I found the one sentence (so far) in the 700 page book that I needed to read. One sentence...

Reading, when it creates a world, a rich world to live in, to accomplish in, is holographic. Each book sharpens some area, fills in the missing or fuzzy details.

This one sentence has been that kind of a sentence. It was like a Flash of lightening.

The sentence was, I am paraphrasing, "I asked Tristan was she happy. and he said, not especially, but he thinks this is due to she is Hungarian and they are not a merry race. And he has a point..." ((The book is Neal Stephenson"s in name... The Rise and fall of DODO, don"t read it.))

Wooohooo

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUCyjDOlnPU

Like a flashlight, my consciousness is now looking for signs/patterns of mood... disposition: merry, gloomy, angry, something I have never considered, never really noticed... as if it didn"t exist.

Suddenly I am noticing. And you know what? It is significant.

Disposition

I binged on a Russian series over the weekend. This guy loves two women. One is a great match for him, the other...

Our guy is a happy person ready for fun... lives like fun. The other woman is gloomy. A perfect match with the gloomy other guy who loves her.

Hm.

I probably lean towards gloomy. But have a capacity for fun. Rowdy fun. Like dancing and joking.

I am going to add vocabulary words to add more color, more shades, more details into my hologram. I am excited. Wow.

Something happened, something opened up for me, because this, mood, disposition is not the only area where I am starting to see more details.

It"s as if someone had raised the level of lighting... opened the shutters...

Exhilarating.

Let"s not jinx it... lol.

Until you have an interconnected, holographic picture of reality that is largely (30%) truthful, all your learning will be unlearning. Correcting. Exchanging myth for truth.

30% is a lot. The best books have 10% truth value or under. The books written by known and renown scientists...

And these books also are fragmented: their authors don"t have that interconnected, holographic picture of reality.

They are like one of my clients who has a tendency to focus in on one thing, and dig. Deep. He is in business, and his mistakes are business mistakes. But the mistakes could be in any area of life.

The skill is to alternate among three modes of looking:

  • looking at the big picture where you can see proportions, contexts. These is seeing the forest.

  • The second way to look is to see the timeline. See the process. To see where things are going. In time.

  • And the third say to look is the shortest amount of time, the thing you are working on. The project.

For example: I was eating New Zealand lamb for a few months. Now my supply has dried up [note]Jet.com won"t deliver fresh groceries to Syracuse NY, darn![/note] and I am forced to eat American Lamb. Since last Wednesday (it is Monday only! Five days![/note] has already killed my gut flora... my probiotics are needed again.

Why? Because American farms, American supermarkets, "generously" feed homegrown lamb with antibiotics, because: guess, they feed them grains which makes them sick... and makes me sick. The label says: organic, grass fed, but it is a lie. Every label in American supermarkets is a lie. Every single one of them.

But without me looking all those three ways at what is happening, without having enough truth and enough details in my holographic picture of food manufacturing in the world and especially in the United States of "let"s make people sick" I would not have checked if I needed probiotics, and would get really sick... fast, and would not know what hit me.

Here is another example: I am watching this TED talk video ((

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stc5MUIloP0

)) on converting desert sand into soil... soil meaning: stuff grows in it. Attempts of turning the deserts of the planet into greed have been around but of all the methods this feels the most effective and most cost-effective.

But the powers that be are not interested.

Scarcity serves their purpose: keeping humanity in victim mode, effect mode, not even thinking of self-determination.

And here is a holographic shift of focus: I go from looking at the planet, that is getting uncomfortably warmer. Now I look at you: your cells are drying out. Your inner "terrain" is getting less and less fertile. You are able to thrive less and less... You live in scarcity, your attention is on yourself, and you have scarcely any attention left to get something done.

Do you see the connection? The same picture, from two different vantage points.

If we add the third, temporality, time, we see that the ones that are not narrowed into their own little limited perspective because they have their cells hydrated, are going to move onto the next century, the next evolutionary phase of humanity.

This is what I am talking about.

If you want to know where you are standing, the 16 different measures of the Starting Point Measurements will set you on the map... where you are and which way you need to go, if you want to become part of the next evolutionary phase of humanity.

And here is an insight from the Russian Netflix series, worth for you to have read this article: when you don"t live like your life is in danger, when you don"t live in scarcity, which is actually an attitude, then you can bring creativity, joy, inventiveness to life.

When you can say: it"s all in a day"s work, and don"t even have to say "honest work", and you can bring caring to your work, it is heaven on earth. I mean it.

But as long as you live in scarcity, as long as you have to look at everything through yourself... your life is hell. Hell on earth. Same exact circumstances... nothing else changed. Just your experience and therefore your actions.

In one paradigm you want to make as much as possible with as little work as possible, in the other, where work is part of life and not a negation of life, you are joyfully investing as much as you got... for who wouldn"t?

I have observed that stingy students, stingy clients, all suffer from the effects of stinginess. Because that is how it is.

One way stinginess shows up is in your integrity measure... in your empowering or disempowering context, and also in your actions... But ultimately there is only one loser: you.

Your life is like a boat on sea... Where it"s going is given by the drift 96%

Every learning is becoming. Every action that is aimed at learning but doesn"t lead to becoming... is not learning, it is just a pretense. Treading water. The drift.

But becoming is not easy, and it takes longer than you would expect. OK, longer than I expect. Longer than I have been expecting... :-(

Why? because some of the learning requires you to be "right there", ready for that particular learning. You first need to become ready. One of these learning/becoming steps, (inside my 67 steps coaching program,) is mentoring. Mentoring means spending time learning from people who are 20-30 years ahead of you in what you want to become trained in, in your chosen area of becoming. [note]Why becoming? In the "how you do anything is how you do everything, the how refers to your consciousness. Unless your consciousness changes, your results won"t change. Some current how"s: meek, inconsistent, powerless, pretentious, forceful, hurried, thoughtless, not complete, not thorough, ungenerous, etc. You see that doing things, even different things with the same consciousness will not produce the kind of results you want... I hope you see that.

Werner points out in one of his videos that his attitude in ANY conversation is, that he already knows. That is the opposite of humility and teachability.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJsSZHfnM6M

[/note]

The way to be with these people, these mentors is based on humility. Unless you are humble, you"ll pick and choose what you accept and what you reject, what you"ll take and what you will not.

It"s like swimming against a strong current... swimming upstream

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjS3eSNuX_c

Your results will predictably be between null and a little bit. But the whole power of the mentoring process will be wasted on you.

Until you become humble, until you become like a sponge, until you listen closely and then go and implement what you heard, you are not in mentorship... And honestly, no mentor would want to spend time with you.

Now, becoming humble is difficult. Becoming humble feels counter-intuitive. Becoming humble feels dangerous.

And unless you are able to do dangerous things, you won"t do it.

Of course what is intuitive is not true 90% of the time. Most of what"s intuitive will actually work against your best interest because intuition comes from the selfish gene...

People who are willing to take the risk it takes to become humble are happier for it. Respected for it.

This whole thinking is coming from my own experience.

You see, there are levels to everything. And even though I have been reading 2-3-4 books a week, [note]cover to cover, not like Tai, even though I don"t argue with the books,[/note] I haven"t much had the experience of being with the 33% above me while reading.

I am talking about Tai"s principle of spending 33% of your time with people who are 20-30 years ahead of you.

Today I spent a lot of time with Werner Erhard. Not personally, mind you, through audios and videos. But regardless I"ve come away with something I hadn"t known: how you know you are with someone 20-30 years ahead of you is that you can hardly follow them... they are really ahead of you.

You know you are with someone 20-30 years ahead of you is that you can barely follow them

Is it pleasant? No, not really. But unless you do this, unless you work on understanding what is hard to understand, you cannot be growing.

You definitely need humility to stay with it, to trust that you won"t waste your time and that it is taking you someplace you cannot go on your own.

When you declare yourself incompetent, which is how I learned to be humble, you often discover that indeed you are.

But as Aristotle says: the sign of an educated person is to be able to hold two contrary thoughts, or verbatim: It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

So being incompetent and barely understanding what someone 20-30 years ahead of you says doesn"t mean you are stupid... in some areas maybe you could teach them... But not inside their expertise.

The second part of the challenge is to go out and implement.

Hardly anyone implements anything faithfully... ever.I learned about the drift today from Werner. The drift where you can claim the results, but you are lying.

I learned about the drift today from Werner. The drift where you can claim the results, but you are lying.

I learned about the drift today from Werner. The drift where you often claim the results, but you are lying.

I learned about impacting the drift... I learned that only action impacts the drift. And when you impact the drift, that action also opens you up to being yourself different... this is how you are becoming. Through action. Action is first... becoming is second. [note]When you are waiting to become someone eager to learn, or become curious, or to feel like doing something, you are putting the cart in front of the horse[/note]

Knowing more, even recognizing more, makes little difference... only actions that come from knowing more, and recognizing more make a difference. Both in the world and in you. [note]There is an element I am not talking about here, but may be at the root of action: seeing...[/note]

There is a fallacy that you can control the results. Reality doesn"t work that way. You can control your actions, pick actions that may have a chance to impact the results, but that is the best you can do.

What you can control is the drift.

I work on several key areas of my life, health, the social, money, and fulfillment.

And unless I get better and faster and more courageous in all these areas, the actions I take will be insignificant, slow, or impact-less.

Lastly: what is the drift? The drift is what you see happening when life is left to itself...

Life includes other people... society, your family.

Left alone, without drift-altering actions from you, life goes in its predictable way.
  • You"ll just eat what you have always eaten, even after you find out what is good for you, what is bad for you. what nutrients your diet doesn"t supply.

  • You"ll behave like you have always behaved... you"ll be all about you, you"ll be all about your comfort, your survival, your entertainment, your self-righteousness.

  • Your self-expression will be the expression of the lower self...

and so on, and so forth.

The drift is what we could also call the "default".

Most people"s life is 99.99% drift with occasional episodes of coming up for air. You have moments of brilliance...

You impact your life through impacting the drift. And the drift is strong... and you are weak. Weak in every sense of the word.

In the Starting Point Measurements I measure some of the elements that predict to what degree you are willing and able to impact the drift... i.e. change yourself and change your life. Become someone more deserving so you can deserve a life worth living.

The starting point measurements don"t measure whether you are a good person or a bad person. Both are part of the drift... your goodness, your badness. Your honesty. Your whole behavior. Even what you want. And how you go about getting it.

Part of the drift.

Being someone who can impact the drift is simple, but very hard.

Many people design structures inside which, they hope, they can impact the drift.

Goalsetting is a drift-impacting move... but even if you combine it with affirmations, it doesn"t impact your drift inside... so it won"t impact the drift.

Taking care of that world inside you, impacting the inside drift is harder than impacting the drift outside.

Everyone can accomplish a goal and not change... remain the same old, same old.

A good coach"s job is to attend to the inside... because changing the outside glitters but is pretty worthless.

The number of rich wretched people should be proof of that.

My "specialty" is that I feel when you return to the drift before you yourself realize it.

I am also observing that same thing on myself.

One element of the drift is your "ground of being", your fundamental attitude.

For the past weeks, I have been observing the drift wanting to take over MY ground of being.

The most frequent ground of being in the world is "something is wrong here... something with me, something with you, something with it"...

That ground of being is what gives you your actions, your feelings, your overall relationship with life. The sense that there is something wrong and it needs to be fixed. In a hurry.

What you"ll call wrong varies. It depends, a lot, on your soul correction.

By the way, your soul correction is your "inner drift"... your inner default relationship to yourself, to others, to life.

Now, what if you have been doing a lot, and yet you are still solidly anchored in the drift? You are not changing, your view of life isn"t changing, you don"t feel better about yourself, your life isn"t moving... or is moving to where it has always moved, and you don"t want it to go there?

I have found that the Bach Profile, me measuring what Bach Energies® dominate your inner drift, is very useful in finding the linchpin Bach Flower Energy that if targeted, you can produce a big result because this energy keeps the others also in place

I need to intuit what is the linchpin behavior... and then muscle test if I feel it right.

bach flower remedy bottlesExample: This is an actual person"s Bach profile: if your need for order, cleanliness, (Crab Apple) things being just so, done just so, everyone behaving as they ought to, but - of course - they don"t, you get forceful and self-righteous and domineering... (Vine)... But there is a profound inauthenticity underneath: you yourself don"t live according to your own rules and standards. (Beech) You become impatient, overwhelmed, and ultimately either dutiful, depressed, or both.

Finding the linchpin in this picture was not easy... it was not obvious what inner behavior, if it were pulled out, would set the rest of the inner behavior back to normal.

In this particular Bach profile, muscle test says, it is the "dutiful, carrying the world on your shoulder attitude" that holds the whole wretched picture together. That is the anchor to the drift.

So I advised the person that changing their attitude to doing things to joyful, or "I get to do this" instead of "I have to do this" will collapse the whole structure of misery, and impact the drift... And doing that consistently... it is not an event... like a moment of brilliance, a flash in the pan... We have too many of those. Fireworks, miserable existence.

But knowing that the drift sets in the moment you stop generating your inner attitude, is priceless.

Here is a piece of the puzzle I have missed... the trap of introspection

"A man wrapped up in himself makes a very small parcel."
~John Ruskin

When you have a narrow cone of vision, or watch something to close to it... so close that you identify with it, what you see is largely useless.

Try this: try to see your palm clearly while your eyes are only a centimeter from your skin. You can"t. And everything there will fill you will dread... without a larger context nothing makes sense, and everything feels threatening.

When you look at your feelings, your thoughts like you just looked at your palm, we call that introspection.

Some of my students go there, from time to time, instead of keeping distance between the observed and the observer, distance physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually.

The Amish Horse Training Method, the Playground method (the meaning), the Memes (Tree of Knowledge), the Attitudes (Approaches), and, of course the whole science of being able to tell a feeling from an emotion... aka the Marker Feelings... They all need you to keep a healthy distance and a neutral attitude... i.e. observe them from the "Observer or Witness" position. From Outside of yourself. ((1. Tracking the voices and being able to tell them from yourself... The technology taught in the Amish Horse Training

2. Tracking the memes and again... telling them from your own views... your own Tree of Life truth. Memes could be said to the The Tree of Knowledge the Old Testament talks about. The Tree of labeling...

3. Telling apart what happened and the meanings, interpretations, you added or accepted, etc. This technology is taught in the Playground.

4. Recognizing the unproductive attitudes, stuck attitudes, that won"t allow you to have what you want, and create new ones and make them real in your life. I teach this, or at least wake you up to them in the Money Attitudes workshop. I plan to create a course, like a did for the Playground, many weekends long

5. Marker Feelings))

My webinars, my workshops, train you to distinguish for yourself what it feels like to create a distance, what it sounds like, what it looks like... to you.

What it feels like to be in Plato"s Cave... and what it feels like to be outside.

Life, thoughts, emotions, relationships, life"s purpose, liking... all look different in the "light of day"... i.e. outside of Plato"s Cave.

I am still learning to teach creating distance... teaching it with simple words...

It is, in my experience, the hardest thing to teach. You cannot connect to Source unless you can create that distance. You cannot muscle test accurately, unless you can create that distance. You can"t have a life that works, unless you can create that distance.

And I can"t explain to you how to do it... I even had a whole course once on just that... It was called "Detached" and it taught the participants, unsuccessfully, to step back.

So this is a work in progress... to teach it with words.

Participants who took my Playground, the Amish Horse Training, and the Money Attitudes workshops learned it through osmosis...

But how do you translate it to words... Sigh...

One of my students implemented a new practice: becoming an idea machine. He has committed to write 10 new ideas a day. I have tried: wicked hard... but gets you out of the cave. Why? Maybe because reality is a lot bigger than your cave? lol.

I hear the odd teacher or writer mentioning this issue... but they, so far, haven"t written anything that would help me help you.

OK... let"s see what are your options:

If you look at the illustration on the top of this page, you see four quadrants. The "archetypes" are 10% accurate... the truth value is what phd"s can create... low, but maybe we can use it for discussion.

The first category or archetype it talks about is the They spend their entire self-obsessed time in their mind. They want to get better, they are obsessed with self-improvement. This, counter-intuitively, has a positively negative effect on their "self-improvement".

One interpretation of self-improvement is called the introspection mode—where you continually examine your thoughts and feelings—and it can get you stuck... inside Plato"s Cave, where you wanted to get out of... to begin with. Rather than becoming more self-aware, you lose touch with reality, the reality of yourself (and others).

You might be thinking that introspection is the same as self-awareness... but it isn"t. In introspection you honor all the thoughts and all the feelings as real... and then you think about it. Introspection is rehashing thoughts, and it doesn"t generate insights. For insight you need to see something from a distance... or you won"t see it.

90% of the visitors of this site start out as Introspectors. Their "thinking about themselves" score is sky high (above 90%), their delusion/inauthenticity score: ditto.

There is nothing wrong with them: they are looking at things inside Plato"s Cave, and even there they are looking from too close.

Too Much Introspection Can Kill You

Thinking doesn"t lead to knowledge.

Contrary to what you would expect, people who score high on self-reflection are more stressed, anxious, and less satisfied with their work and personal relationships. They are self-absorbed and feel less in control of their lives. No wonder: life is happening outside of Plato"s Cave... and that is not where they are.

Thinking about yourself is not correlated with knowing yourself.

Self-reflection and insights are an inverse phenomenon... they are inversely correlated. The more time you spend doing introspection the less insight you are able to gain.

Constantly inspecting your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors doesn"t mean you see the inner dynamic, the causation, the correlation. You are too close to it to see it.

You can gain insight from comparing introspection, where you are busy with your thoughts and feelings and meditation where your job is to simply allow your Witness to see the thoughts and feelings, from a neutral, sober eye perspective. In introspection you are "in it"... In meditation you are outside of it... or at the minimum, you have a distance between the observer and the observed.

Introspection involves thinking, categorizing, labeling, analyzing—you are evaluating your thoughts and emotions. Mostly from the systemic value point of view. Meditation is about being aware of what you are doing and just observe—you witness thoughts, feelings, reactions without judging them.

The Introspection Trap

You may approach self-improvement with a rigid mindset: that there is something wrong with you that needs to be fixed. You expect to find an answer that will fix what is wrong with you.

This does not work, because there is nothing wrong with you. You cannot fix what is not wrong.

It works to trust consciousness and appreciate the journey from where you are, what you can see now, and what is possible to see during the journey. When you allow consciousness to view what there is to view, reality, your behavior will change, inside and outside.

Consciousness, witness, observer are words I use interchangeably  to address that impartial part of "All-of-it" that isn"t concerned with right and wrong, good and bad, living or dying... That part of you is able to see where you deviate from the strait and narrow... and once you saw it, with Consciousness, you cannot unsee it.

Jon Kabat-Zinn said: "Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally." When Jon Kabat-Zinn says "in the present moment" he should say: not jumping into "ever/never" conclusions... right/wrong conclusions... that kind of conclusion comes from the mind... not consciousness.
Mindfulness is the practice of noticing the degree in which we are identified with our thoughts and beliefs. It"s creating space for:

Awareness, not thinking
An attitude of openness and curiosity, not judging
Flexibility of attention, not resisting

I don"t think mindfulness is a good word... but maybe you"ll connect to it... albeit I have never met a man or a woman who practiced mindfulness and WAS "mindful"... meaning: not thinking, not reactive, not resisting.

When you fall into the introspection trap, you spend all your time in Plato"s Cave. ((I am quoting from an article... original here. Obviously, if you know what I teach, what is written in this article is imprecise and ineffective. No distinction, no definition here... But you may be able to enjoy it, so read it

The Introspection Mode Trap

1. You let self-doubt take over

Your mind is fragile. Too much thinking invites self-doubt to take over. When you lose touch with yourself, you stop appreciating what you are worth. What is essential is invisible to reason.

Self-doubt erodes confidence. And you start feeling sorry for yourself. Self-pity is an exaggerated sense of sorrow when you become a victim of your inner-critic. The quest for finding who you are can turn you upside down.

2. You rehash memories over and over

Rumination is an ineffective coping behavior. When we cannot accept reality, we repeatedly chewing sad experiences or conversations, is like getting stuck in the sand.

Rehashing memories is like watching the same movie over and over. You know the storyline by heart, pretending a different ending is useless. Spinning a story will get you stuck without providing any insights.

3. You are obsessed with finding ‘the" truth

Most people do soul searching to find the perfect answer. However, there"s no absolute truth. We all have different challenges—there"s no such a thing as a perfect solution that addresses everyone"s questions.

Trying to find ‘the" truth can blind us. You stop observing; no answer will ever be good enough. It"s better to be kind to yourself than to be right. Be compassionate with yourself. What seems right today might not work for you tomorrow.

Your questions will change, so will your answers.
4. Your thoughts can eat you alive

Having thoughts is normal. But when you fall into the introspection mode trap, you let your thoughts take over. Too much thinking can get you distracted. Or, even worse, they can cloud your mind.

Your thoughts are like wolves that live inside of you, as I wrote here. If you don"t tame them, they can eat you alive. You need to neutralize your thoughts to avoid turning introspection turn into a suffering game.
5. You have a perfectionist mindset

Perfectionism is the enemy of change. When your standard is too high, nothing you think or do will be enough. Instead of helping you uncover insights, introspection feeds your judgmental mind.

Self-reflection without compassion is torture—it"s your judgmental self on steroids. Constantly trying to over-perform triggers the fear of making mistakes and underperform. Reflect to improve, not to become perfect.
Self-Awareness Is Not Just about You))

"Self is a sea boundless and measureless."
~Kahlil Gibran

Self Reflection is judgmental...

To know yourself is to accept yourself. I call that Unconditional Love... where the two selves you have form a relationship of love and acceptance, regardless of what one would expect, mistakes, faults, weaknesses. Like an ideal mother would accept an imperfect child. An impossible ideal... But you can get closer and closer to it.

My two selves, just measured, are 8% from each other, or that Unconditional Love. This is why I can take the abuse of that Psychic witch who has been tormenting me. This is why I can be OK not knowing stuff that I SHOULD know... except you know what you know, and can work on finding answers to what you don"t know... I am OK with that.

The further your two selves are, the less tolerance, the less patience, the less elbow room you have for yourself to be.

When I ask people what they want most, they want to be free to be themselves.

But the jail-keeper, the task master, the slave driver is themselves...

Self-awareness is achieved through observing and accepting who you are, how you are, warts and all—not who you should or shouldn"t be. Acceptance is embracing every part of your self, not just the nice ones.

Thinking about yourself isn"t correlated with knowing yourself. It can sometimes create the opposite effect: the more time you spend in introspective mode, the less self-aware you become.

You can spend a whole weekend doing introspection and, come Monday, you won"t have improved your self-knowledge.

People with higher self-awareness are more confident, more creative, communicate more effectively and build stronger relationships.

I have been reading the books of a guy, I call The Dude. I can track how his self-awareness grows... how he got out of introspection/unconsciousness mode... and what he did to achieve that. I am going to schedule a webinar to teach it... watch out for my emails...

To increase your self-awareness you need to look outside, not just inside.

Focusing too much on yourself is a trap. You put yourself in the center of the Universe... and expect others to see you as you see yourself. They won"t... they will see you the way they see you. ((

People who score high in self-awareness ("Aware) know themselves well and also care to understand how others see them.

Source: Harvard Business Review

"Introspectors" lack external self-awareness. They are unaware of their blindspots—they don"t know what they don"t know. Looking for external feedback is critical to developing external self-awareness. The five questions exercise is a good tool for this... if you do it in a way where people are willing and able to tell you the truth without you getting upset...

"Pleasers" are focused on external perception. They care so much about what others think of them that they are not authentic. They lost touch with themselves and don"t do much about it. Instead of seeking fulfillment, they wear the masks others expect from them. Smart, confident, kind, funny... all fake, all invented, all make you miserable.

"Seekers" are lost souls. They lack clarity on who they are or what they stand for. They are also clueless about how others perceive them. Being a "seeker" can be a temporary or permanent stage. We all lose clarity of who we are from time to time. Some people simply decide not to do anything about it.

This matrix is helpful to assess of where you are and what you need to work on.))

The Path of The Self Aware Person

"Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom."
~Aristotle

Developing self-awareness is not a goal, like an Olympic gold medal... it is nothing until you get it. It is on a scale between 1-100... My self-awareness is 70%. Whatever is lacking in my life is a consequence of not having a full self-awareness, yet I am reasonably happy, reasonably healthy, reasonable able to live comfortably, and am fulfilled.

The four aspects of the self, physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual need to be observed in tandem and grown in tandem

Being obsessed with understanding your inner-self can get you stuck. You probably call your inner self how you feel... while the rest of you is left in the dark.

Self-awareness, the non-judging, not-too close awareness of your different aspects, your behavior, your place in the world, how you affect other people, makes you more confident. Because you can see.

And anything you can see, you can adjust.

one or more actual health questions that concern you, with regards to your health or your loved ones" health
Please let me know if you go to the doctor regularly... it will let me know something about you, that I"d like to know.

It is a holiday weekend and I got surprisingly quite a few answers to my request.

Attachments are like snakes you have hanging from you

I am trying to organize the information I provide people when they ask for their vibration, or whether they have attachments or not.

On a lark I measured if the student in the previous article had attachments. She felt so imprisoned... there must be a reason.

To my surprise she has 10 attachments.

The natural law that prevents you from growing

What is the natural law that prevents you from having human being capacities while preserving the seed of right and wrong.

Just like the seed needs to die, before the plant can grow, a new version of humanity depends on the seed dying.

The seed level characteristics of the new version of humanity that prevent evolution are all behaviors, attitudes that are based in scarcity.

How do you recognize scarcity?

There are many, all fear based, but one behavior I just recently discovered, that in fact the behavior comes from a scarcity way of being.

How could you become ready to grow?

I am using Rob Brezsny"s words here... maybe his English communicates better than mine:
ANTI-INSTRUCTIONS

Exaggerate your flaws till they turn into virtues Pretend your wounds are exotic tattoos Refuse the gifts that infringe on your freedom Shun sacred places that fill you with boredom Keep in mind it"s bad luck to be superstitious The official story"s always fictitious Pump up your karma with idiot laughter The promised land"s here, not in some hereafter

We are searching for the answers so we can destroy them and dream up better questions

Here are two attitudes that will be useful, invaluable, and mandatory if you want to grow through my programs

You can have anything but not at the same time

Life, happiness, well-being, prosperity is achieved and maintained only on a narrow and hemmed-in path (the strait), the opposite of what you wish it were, the opposite you see others have, the opposite you see on television, on ads.

You have been duped. You have swallowed the lie, hook, line and sinker and you have been paying the price.

Your life is empty, purposeless, meaningless, and you have nothing to look forward to.

Last night I was pondering, instead of sleeping, ((which is quickly becoming my new habit, I mean not sleeping,)) what is the behavioral, emotional age of all humans.

I came up with seven. Seven years old.

Is Tai Lopez 67 steps a fraud or have you been defrauded? the bad news...

I have been pondering something that has been really bothering me. I have diagnosed it 90% accurately, but I have no idea how to change it.

And that is the cultural shift towards avoiding work.

I first woke up to it when my favorite teacher, Robert Plank, called it a four letter word, and avoided using it.

The weird and disorienting fact was this: Robert loved getting things done. Actually really loved it. So it was the word, somehow, that appalled him. He lives in California... I thought maybe it had something to do with it.

But since then I realized that it is all over the place.

The media teaches us that work is ugly, or not necessary, or if you are smart you don"t have to work... and today any type of work is included. Even school work...

Are mind movies and vision boards useful? Are they mental representation?

Yes. Mind movies and vision boards are a mental representation of some fancy that you have... creative or not so creative visualization. Low vibration, low consciousness, wishful thinking stuff. ((It is created for people and bought by people who have no business to use it, because it only increases their misery, their sense of inferiority. Why? Because mind movies and vision boards are based on a false theory, that if you really really really want something, then it will move towards you. But as an empath, I can tell you with certainty, that exactly the opposite is true. The really wanting is actually blocking what you want, it is blocking life force, and keeps you unable to act on what you want... mostly because you have no idea what to do, because a mind movie shows you no path to achieve what you want.))

So what is the difference between a blueprint and a vision board/mind movie?
What is the difference between an action plan and a mind movie?

The main difference is how realistic the "dream" is... how much of the groundwork is done and already in place.

If you can"t move from A to B... The Too Direct Approach To Anything

I just finished watching a long (2 and a half hour long!) webinar, and one of the phrases that I want to borrow from there, is this: it"s not you, it"s your approach that makes you get less out of life than you could.

One of these approaches I see often that rob you of success is: The Too Direct Approach To Things

One of the mistakes, one of the false beliefs, one of the erroneous ideas your paradigm gives you is to attempt to get from point A to point B through the straight, direct route.

But... No Problem Can Be Solved From The Same Level Of Consciousness That Created It ((What does No Problem Can Be Solved From The Same Level Of Consciousness That Created It mean... It means that the thinking, the vibration, the consciousness, the attitude that cause the problem in the first place cannot find a solution that is not the next, bigger problem. In a way of a metaphor: if you create i.e. see a problem on the pedestrian level, you cannot solve it on the same level, because you will only see from that level what you saw before. You need to elevate yourself at least to the second floor level of consciousness, so you can see more, more of the picture, not just what you saw before. In my programs, with my activators, many people can move to a higher level of observation, so their problems disappear as a problem, or they can find a solution that will not bite them in the rear end.))

The capacity of seeing patterns...the threshold capacity

I am reading a book, Peak: Secrets from the New Science of Expertise. I am reading it because I want to be able to teach my students better, so they can leave behind the level of ordinary school learning, the pedestrian learning that always produces pedestrian result.

Amateurish performance, amateurish life. ((Your level of fulfillment is exponentially correlated to the amount of effort you invested. Easy: no fulfillment. Hard, lots of effort, hardship: lots of fulfillment.))

The DNA, the blueprint that heralds the evolution of humans, the inactive 160 spiritual capacities, don"t become needed, and therefore won"t turn on, or won"t stay on, in a pedestrian, amateurish life where one doesn"t go consistently beyond their limits, intellectually, spiritually.

The feeling that you are insufficient for the task that is in front of you

This feeling can be colored by fear, dread, can feel like anxiety, but at the root of most fear is a sense that you are insufficient for the task that is in front of you.

Not big enough, not smart enough, not fast enough... Not enough = insufficient.

Now, for most people, feeling this is all they need to run for the hills.

For some people, they can hang in there, waiting for the feeling to subside.

For some people, unless they feel up to the task, they won"t even start.

For me: I know that unless I feel that and go beyond it, doing what I don"t feel I can, several times a day, I am not growing.

Is there no rhyme or reason in your life?

Bringing rhyme and reason to your life, to your activities is an important topic, maybe the most important for you, so please makes sure you read it until it makes sense. The article is a stream of consciousness one... I apologize for that. It makes wild turns... but where it leads is important. So please read it, and come to the workshop, if you can.Planning is practice

If you live from the mind, you know little, and you recognize even less. Especially things you need... because you don"t know them. Don"t already know them.

Why is awareness the predictor of future success, why not skills or knowledge?

The first few steps in the 67 steps are long, rich, convoluted audios. Why? Because no matter how long the audio, you"ll only get one little thing, if that, because the cone of vision of your awareness is as wide as a pencil.

Did I notice, did I take in all he spoke about my first time around doing the 67 steps? No. I didn"t.

It is like traveling in a car. If you look out the window, you miss the conversation in the car. If you take part in the conversation in the car, you miss the whole trip. If you read, if you are hungry...

The goal is to expand the cone of awareness so it"s wide. So you can see the view, partake in the conversation, and maybe even be hungry...
Now, that is, increasing your awareness is the goal... but how does it effect success?

Why you have been unable to change: The Savanna Principle

I am reading a book... 18% truth value, on evolutionary psychology.

What bothers me most is the air of authority these people that write books project... But, of course, real science doesn"t sell books...

Anyway, one of the things this book says that in the past 10,000 years we didn"t learn anything, because our brain was unable to...

And we haven"t been able to change our basic behavior... or our minds.

But recently I saw something that contradicts what the book says.

If you want the good life, you"ll need to "do" life differently

If you want the good life, you"ll need to learn some stuff, and unlearn some stuff... but most importantly you"ll have to learn how to and how not to... Remember the how? How you do anything is how you do everything... it is the approach, the attitude, the beingness.

There are a great many ways you can remain unaccomplished, and left behind in life.

Almost as many ways as many people. This is the Anna Karenina Principle.

As with everything, the strait and narrow works.

Most people don"t know that what keeps them off the strait and narrow is ideas they invented, made up, and now consider the truth.

One such idea is that unless you can jump tall buildings in one leap, you should just think about it, grieve about it, and do nothing.

Lack of opportunities... giving opportunities... all myth... Dark Side suggestion

Most people that complain about lack of opportunities would fumble the ball if they got it... Fumble means: drop the ball.

The illusion is that what is missing is an opportunity, the funding, the money to start something... is an illusion, and it is a very harmful illusion. It makes you look at blame... not yourself.

Similar to this: support is missing. If your parents, spouse, the society supported you... blah blah blah.

It"s all illusion... as in a lie. Bull crap.

There was an incident in my life that I go back to often.

You never know where any step takes you... The Sight does...

When you have The Sight activated, like a lot of my students and clients, you can ask and you are, in the minimum, shown or given a signal for yes or no... proceed or not to proceed.

You don"t know why you got yes, and you don"t know why you got no... you can ask, but it is really important to trust what you are given.

This is exactly what happened yesterday.

There are all kinds of money making investment schemes, and I don"t participate in them, as a rule.

Yesterday I followed a link in an email I got, and it wasn"t clear that what it was promoting was one of these, or I would have just left... but it was shrouded in mystery.

I used The Sight to penetrate the mystery...

One of the things I love about The Sight capacity is that it can take the game over at any point.

Of course if the game can"t be saved, then the game can"t be saved.

But even if I, with my physical eyes, and my "brilliant intellect" can"t see that the game can be saved, taken to winning, be turned around, be saved... if it can be, consciousness will see it.

I am very grateful that consciousness is not judgmental, consciousness doesn"t badger me when I mess games up. Games, like my health, games like my diet, games like my marketing, games like my income, games like my relationships.

To the limited perspective of the human mind, I take those games, often, to dead end-looking places, where I surely don"t think the game can be saved, turned around, and become a winning game again.

I am originally very emotional, very jumpy, very willing to burn bridges, very keen on keeping things neat, and note of those behaviors are good for any of the games a person can play... they all lead to disasters... unless you can turn them over to consciousness, and watch the wrinkles smooth out, watch the bridges can be rebuilt, watch as out of mess and chaos flowers can be had.
