Should you become a client? Would I even accept you as a client?

For decades one of my sore spots was that people refused to serve me, even though I paid them.

I remember saying to myself: my money is not good enough for you? and wept.

I had no idea how I "accomplished" that... in 20/20 hindsight it is still a little spotty.

What wasn"t clear to me, never even occurred to me, how my attitude effected the service provider. My "To what degree you think of yourself:" starting point measure was, at the time, 70%. From my behavior I would have guessed it was higher.

Mainly I overrode what they said. I argued, I knew better, I acted with contempt...

What I didn"t know then is that being a service provider needs to be a win, or no service.

A customer who is not happy is a drag on an provider, and not worth the little (or even a lot of) money they pay.

I was that kind of customer...

By 1987 I started to see more of the invisible dynamic that was running my life, that kept me an angry victim, that made me feel entitled, etc.

With that my vibration rose, even without getting fully conscious and aware of how I used to be, my attitude changed, and life got better for me. Because no man is an island, and I did need help.

One of the most important criteria, it seems, is whether the provider is allowed to make a difference or not.

One of my measurements in the Starting Point Measurements [note]1. your vibration (1-1000):
2. your overall intelligence, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, body, relationship, etc.:
3. the number of spiritual capacities you have:
4. your soul correction (your machine): https://www.yourvibration.com/sc
5. do you have attachments?
6. the level of your health (1-100):
7. the level of your cell hydration (1-100):
8. your relationship to feedback and instruction:
9. The level of discomfort you are willing to allow w/o trying to fix it. This is your TLB score...
10. The size of your vocabulary: the number of words you can use accurately:
11. To what degree you think of yourself:
12. # of fixed mindset:
13. Ambition:
14. Desire:
15. Degree of inauthenticity overall:
16. Level of integrity 1-100:
17. how enslaved are you to memes? (what percentage of your life is run by memes?)
18. do you have a bridge between your precious "I" and your actual I? your level of delusion
19. Recommendations:

[/note] is your response, your attitude regarding feedback and instruction. I used to answer that with the category from a book I read: "smart, foolish, evil" but I abandoned that categorization: I didn"t like what I was getting.

I became more interested in what someone does when they don"t like the instruction or the feedback. A lot of people, after the initial emotional state, come back and do what they are asked to do...

If I can tell them: read this book and without justification, without explanation, they go and read it. They may feel reluctant, resistant, angry, but because I asked them they say: OK and do it.

In 1987, green and still with a huge attitude, I signed up a year long training program: Team, Management, Leadership. Why? I didn"t have any reason, I just liked to get trained.

Four of the five weekends of the of the course were in California. I remember sitting at the airports by myself: I was a lone ranger... unaware that my loneliness was a result of my own attitude... [note]That became conscious for me only some 20 years later, when I created a collage to deal with this seeming reality: I am alone. I wrote about it, I think, in another post. The top picture. (the bear on one side, on the top of a tree, and the multitude of penguins, and people, on the other side) is the collage that allowed me to see. And for the first time I managed to take responsibility for my reality. I am alone by choice. Duh.[/note]

One of the assignments from the program was to read the Science Fiction by Colin Wilson: The Mind Parasite.

I bought the book, it was maybe five bucks. And it took me a whole year to read it. I could get through 2-3 pages, and that was that. It was the hardest book I had read thus far. 10-15 new words on every page... It took me 20-30 minutes to get through 2-3 pages. But at some point efforting was replaced by genuine wonder. It was still work, but now it was discovery.

I found out that not many of the people in the program read it. But it counted for 4-5 years of instruction: learning something from fiction, from immersing in fiction, is incredibly effective.

Roy Williams says in today"s Monday Morning Memo, quoting
"Fiction is usually seen as escapist entertainment…But it"s hard to reconcile the escapist theory of fiction with the deep patterns we find in the art of storytelling… Our various fictional worlds are– on the whole– horrorscapes. Fiction may temporarily free us from our troubles, but it does so by ensnaring us in new sets of troubles– in imaginary worlds of struggle and stress and mortal woe… Fiction also seems to be more effective at changing beliefs than nonfiction, which is designed to persuade through argument and evidence. Studies show that when we read nonfiction, we read with our shields up. We are critical and skeptical. But when we are absorbed in a story, we drop our intellectual guard."
– Jonathan Gottschall

Today"s whole memo is to illustrate this idea... that story is real, immersive, and instructive.

I have learned a lot more from fiction than from training, from non-fiction, from coaching. And the cost of it was, of course, a lot lower.

On the other hand, I probably would not have learned that much from novels and maybe even movies had I not also learned distinctions from the more expensive, brainy activities of the other.

I have The Mind Parasites in the members area, and according to my statistics, my people haven"t been reading it.

Back in 1987, my accurate vocabulary measure in English was 700. Today it is 3500... With an accurate 700 vocabulary it was a difficult read. It is harder to read than most non-fiction, but because of the story, it is a lot more effective.

I am going to make a new rule: I won"t take on any new client who doesn"t, at least, attempt to read the book.

You don"t have to be a genius to become a client... if you don"t do what I ask you to do... I probably can"t help you.

Remove just one attitude... and your happiness will grow 60%

The only effective method to make something work is to remove, little by little, all the things that make it not work, or not work as well as it could.

This is true in every area of life.

So what can be removed?

Attitudes are the number one, and the highest return on investment kind of things to remove.

Your attitudes are mostly invisible to you, because they feel like the truth, or the right way to be to get what you want.

All attitudes sit on words... world view words, that are invisible to you. They are a "given"... an "of course"... like the air you breathe.

You see other people"s attitudes but not your own.

Here is an attitude, but attitudes is a veritable mountain:

Entitled

Entitled... I should have it, because (and your main world view comes here.) I deserve it. They owe me... It"s only fair...

This attitude is what robs you of earning what you want in life. You consider that your parents, your employers, your spouse, your children, society, the country owes you, and therefore you should have it.

I have never met a person who, on some level, didn"t have this attitude.

60% of all unhappiness would disappear from the world, if this attitude disappeared.

The essence of this attitude is that you don"t interact with reality, for you X is not X...

The unreality you interact is a should-be-reality, and not how it is.

People should treat you in a certain way. You should be in a certain way. You should and they should and it should... and, of course you don"t, and they don"t, and it doesn"t... and so you are disappointed, disgusted, offended, sad, angry, violent, spewing...

You see how this leads to unhappiness.

The unhappiest countries" citizens feel the most entitlement. And the trend is that the unhappiness grows, worldwide.

Entitlement is a delusional aberration... Aberration is a departure from what is normal, usual, or expected, typically one that is unwelcome. Using the Anna Karenina principle we are endeavoring to remove what doesn"t get us what we want, happiness, for example.

I used to call this technique the Michelangelo Method, because we are removing everything that is not the you who can have health, wealth, love and fulfillment. But I think the Anna Karenina Principle method is easier to see.

Of course people do all kinds of stuff to get what they want.

The biggest desire is to have control over your life.

But the overwhelming feeling of people is that they don"t have control over their lives... As if you were entitled to have control of your life.

Everyone whats life to change, circumstances to change, the "other" to change... and no one considers that they can change their attitude, how much control they have over their attitude.

This morning I watched two videos on youtube, one was about men who want to grow taller, and are willing to go through extremely painful treatment. Hm.

The other was a compilation of episodes of a British show, Supernanny.

In that show this Supernanny works with families who have problems with their children. Children who without this intervention, in my humble opinion, will grow up to become criminals. ((
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DO-xS6TACvY
))

Depending on the country, the frequency of such families differs. The correlation between the attitude "entitled" and the parents failure to have a manageable, harmonious upbringing to their children is undeniable.

Happy people don"t become criminals. Happy people don"t lie, don"t steal, their entitlement level is low.

Obviously there are levels and there are levels.

To some degree we all feel entitled... You expect life to become better and easier. You expect to increase your fulfillment, your life satisfaction every year. You expect life to become easier.

To the degree you have these expectations, to the same level you are unhappy.

The attitude of entitlement and the attitude of "if it is to be it is up to me" are negatively correlated. The less expectations you have, the more you are willing to do what it takes to get what you want.

To EARN IT.

Physically, financially, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Most people are so alien to "if it is to be it is up to me", they can"t even come up with ways to grow in all those five aspects of life.

And even myself, when I observe myself, I find myself entitled, expecting life, business, to treat me well, because... because why? Because it would be only fair? Because I work for humanity?

The faster I snap out of it and attend to what I need to do, the faster I"ll earn what I want... and drop the attitude of entitlement.

People who visit my site on any given day are MORE entitled than the rest of the population.

Why? Because of all the teachings about spirituality and manifestation, they think they have done the work they needed to do, and now it is the Universe"s turn to give them what they want.

Not useful work, not effective, productive work, not the kind of work that makes you earn what you want... no, not that.

So when they read my articles, or get their Starting Point Measurements from me, they are furious. They are mad at me.

But they are not bad people.

When something isn"t working, it is time to stop and consider that what you know that you based your actions on, your "knowledge" isn"t true. It is time to do time-out and retool, re-design, and do something true and tried.

Something with a lot higher truth value than what you have been doing.
  • You see, my teaching"s truth value is 70%. Filtered through your low vocabulary, filtered through your unexamined beliefs, filtered through your living in the mind behavior, you"ll get 7% truth.

  • While, when you read the 7% truth value stuff you tend to read or listen to, with the same filters, you get "knowledge", answers that have a less than 1% truth value.

Tragic, if you ask me. And a very poor investment of your time and money.

So, if this article woke you up, you are one in every 15 people. Nice.

So if you are the small minority of my readers, what should you do?

Should you buy some activator? Maybe... on condition that you learn first how to actually use it... so you don"t waste your money by feeling entitled that the energy works without your input!
This coming Wednesday I"ll have a free webinar answering questions, and teaching you the attitude and actions that will get you the most out of my Avatar State Activator audios.

They can raise your vibration with a little help from you to the level where you can actually start seeing reality and start taking actions consistent with how reality is, instead of how it should be.

The session starts at 4 pm NY time, and I will stay on the call as long as there are questions.

I will record the call, and then make this an ever-green webinar... So if the time doesn"t work, you won"t miss it completely.

I am planning of offering something special to the people who are on the call live, that won"t be available through the recording.

The webinar is for subscribers only... So when you register, your email will be added, automatically to my mailing list.

Here is the link to register in the webinar or the replay

I"ll do my best to make it fun in addition to being educational.

Make your plane go where you want it to go... or what one thing you want to learn from Babe Ruth

Make your plane go where you want it to go...

This is probably the most shocking sentence in the whole 67 step program.

I literally don"t know anyone who lives that way.

People try to succeed, try a diet, try this and try that... while their plane crashes in every area.

So what is the difference between who are like that, who are on their way to become that kind of person, and others who never ever land their plane on the landing strip?

One is: attitude. You either have the results or the reasons why you don"t have the results... another one is DNA capacities...

((One huge missing capacity: courage is making you not even declare to what end, what result you really want to achieve. Because if you don"t say it, then you cannot fail. But you cannot land your plane on a non-specific air strip.

The hallmark of a of courage deficiency is to spout some generalities. Tai Lopez"s purpose: spreading good ideas through mass media is a generality... showing that he is a cowardly lion...

Because he is afraid to ask and then declare: to what end?

What end would make you feel good about yourself at the end of life?
  • I did all I could do to become the person I could become?

  • To have made a lot of money?

  • To have had my house clean at all times?

  • Look and see...

If you can"t see anything then come, join the 67 coaching program and I"ll help you see the end of the tunnel...

If you don"t have an end in mind then you"ll never accomplish anything worthwhile, and you"ll be like floating storksh*t... without your own motive power, lifted and lowered by the air. This is a Hungarian saying, by the way.))

But there is a lot more to it that no one seems to talk about:

The more distinctions you have, the more astute you become, the more power you have to land your plane where you want to land it (in health, wealth, love and happiness) and the more fun life becomes

Distinction is a fancy name for a frame. A frame through which you can look at life. In every frame life shows up differently.

I teach distinctions, aka frames. That is the secret sauce of my teaching.

The only thing people resist is looking at the puny number of frames they have... The 2-3-4 frames. That they can only look 2-3-4 ways, and then their life is therefore impoverished.

The more frames you have the better life can work. With 2-3-4 frames you come up short in most situations.

I have more distinctions in some pillars of life than in others.

My weakest pillar is social. I have had the least amount of success there. So it seems that I am doubling my efforts in this area nowadays.

  • Learning distinctions from others is good... maybe.

  • Learning distinctions from movies is good... maybe.

  • But ultimately the way to learn a distinction is to use the frame through with you see what the frame says... and most people are just goddamn lazy... or superior... or can"t see.

Some people can"t learn distinctions, no matter what method you offer to them: they are locked into their 2-3-4 frames.

OK... let me say that different: some people won"t learn any more distinctions. Why? My new favorite expression is the cause: theory induced blindness... we could also say, meme induced blindness. [note]It is always the past that gets into your eyes... as one of the Peanuts said. Being right about your past, that you are a victim, that you were mistreated seems to excuse you from having a great life, from having to put out, earn a living, accomplish, etc.[/note]

These two are essentially the same: a theory is also a meme. If you don"t look at it as a theory... but the truth.

So I am learning new distinctions in social interactions. It is the hardest thing I have ever done. Harder than mathematics... lol. Or figure drawing. Or even finding a diet that works for me.

Why is learning new distinctions hard? Because of all the stuff that is there.

I have been taking certain things personally. Getting out of my own way, getting out of the frame "this is personal" has been hard. But today I managed to turn some corners.

I managed to look at what is happening in the community van, which is my experimental lab for social.

One of the steady companions there is a guy who is a radio jock, music, and we have a few months history of butting heads.

In social interactions, it seems, safety, being appreciated or liked, being heard seem to be important on one hand, self-protection, exerting power over others, punishing, expression immediate language, aka emotional response... on the other.

This dude is a perfect training partner. Not because he wants to learn, but because he can demonstrate stuff... so I can learn... "oh, that is how it works? hm. interesting."

I am getting more skilled, I am getting to look at things through more distinctions than before... as they are happening. I even had 3 moments of joy today!

When someone blows up at me, I don"t take it personally, I look at what need it serves for them.

With what I am learning now, I can also go back to my family dynamics 50-60-nearly 70 years ago, and see what was going on then in a whole new light.

It is clear that I took everything personally. It is also clear that I looked at every moment as if it was going to remain the same forever. So I sulked, I hid, I felt angry, hurt, diminished, invalidated, etc. for a long time at a clip.

From that frame my mother"s behavior looked strange: she was the type of person who would flare up, hit, scream, kick, and then when done, totally forget what she had done. Never even considered that she left dead bodies in the wake of her storm.

My brothers took everything personally, and became permanently offended, and cut communications to protect themselves from being exposed again to whatever seemed harmful at the time. They still behave the exact same way. Offended is their semi-permanent state.

My father was more stoic. He looked at everything through the longer view, and his mood was a lot stabler.

The more distinctions I can look through, the more frames are available to me, in practicality, the more enjoyable my social interactions will become. [note]The same is true in business, the same is true in health...[/note]

Not yet. They are more, they are more frequent, but not yet enjoyable. Less traumatic. But I still end up with muscle tension, near unbearable tiredness, and difficulty to breathe after every interaction. Even if it is a webinar...

All my projects are long term. Nothing wrong, nothing to fix...

I am learning to land my plane on the landing strip even in a storm... I make the plane go where I want it to go.

As long as I have said and declared the landing strip precisely...

It"s the hardest thing EVER... but you must go for it, you must summon courage... And you can always change it... as soon as you find out that it"s not what you really wanted.

Three methods of growing yourself over time

I read some new self-growth suggestions, some new methods to grow yourself from the series of books I am reading.

I"ll mention three of those in this article.
  • One: as soon as you wake up, look who you are going to help today. And put the question on your reticular activator, the part of you that once it trusts you, will do almost all the work of finding stuff for you... The rule of this spiritual practice is: you need a new person every day.

  • Two: grow 1% every day in health, wealth, love and fulfillment.

In six months you"ll double yourself in all of those areas. ((Some of my coaching conversations to illustrate how I attempt to cause growth....
Yeah. some people’s world view is that they can do a campaign, and then just hang out. And you can, but it is the style of Sisyphos… starting over again at the bottom of the mountain.

This is why I talk a lot about spinning plates. At least daily energy infusion, energy injection is needed to keep the plates spinning. All the plates. And a Michael Jordan will speed the plates up at least occasionally, but will intend every day.

The dude talks about 1% increase. So I have been observing myself, and I can see that even 1% increase is hard… even in just one area. At least for me… And unless you see how to get better in all four areas, unless you see the things that increase them, you won’t.

Unless you live like Babe Ruth played, pointing over the fence, you cannot create consistent, steady growth...

I see, for myself, a non-slipup in health… but no growth opportunity other than not going backwards. I cannot see, yet, how I could get even healthier...

I see, for myself, a path to increase in business… yaay.

I don’t see emotional or spiritual path to growth… I am looking, but so far haven’t seen.

Michael Jordan saw, a direction in the area of basketball.

What do YOU see?

And another student, another conversation:
I looked at your health. Spring coming, I think we need a retesting... a follow up session.

You ask me what would make you more humble. But humble is not a doing. It is a being. And if someone else tells you what to be, then you don"t change, you don"t grow. There is no skin in the game...

Here is a question: how much better have you gotten in health, wealth, love and fulfillment in the past week? in the past month? in the past 3 months?

And how will you get better at in the next week, next month, next three months? In health, wealth, love and happiness?

When you get better, do you build on it, or do you allow it to go back to how it was before?

These questions will guide you. Or not... ))

Both methods are effective... unless.

A normal person in the normal course of their lives do not grow. Not at all.

But why?

I have been looking what it would look like for me to grow. I started to see a few things, about myself that you"ll recognize.

Growth has a direction. And unless you set a direction, you"ll, at best, will go in a circle, and at worst downwards.

So something needs to be opened up, a sight, that is now closed.

This same author also talks about becoming an idea machine. A machine that can generate good ideas.

You won"t become an idea generating machine overnight. If you take on this path in earnest, most of the time you"ll stare into nothing, and come up with nothing.

But that, staring into nothing, is not wasted time. Eventually your machine will obey. Eventually.

The path to any capacity to open up in your DNA is to need it... or the body won"t release the lock on the capacity. ((Capacities can be expressed or locked in your DNA. I have written about this before...))

The first capacity to open up is awareness.

Awareness means, on this level, seeing. Seeing, outside of the mind, where reality happens.

Awareness is a number between 1 and 100... and most of you have an awareness of 0.

It takes work to open up your awareness, and it takes work to increase your awareness, and asking yourself to come up with ideas, good ideas, every day, is work.

Eventually you"ll become aware that you are trying to get water from a stone, meaning you are trying to get ideas from your mind. The mind has no ideas to give you... and it will run out of recycled ideas pretty soon.

No water. The mind is like a cave: it cannot give you what it doesn"t have.

If you keep at it, you"ll eventually go where ideas are: outside. In reality. Billions...

Any of these three paths is effective... over time.

The secret is to never let up.

Unless it"s a daily practice, unless your eventual gains are turning into more gains, you"ll be a "normal" human who never grows...

In observing myself, I do see that no matter what level you are at, growth is hard work. Especially if you fancy it will happen.
  • Fantasy: You have a delusional view about reality. Zombies chasing mirages. This is how you imagine it will happen: You"ll hear something new, you"ll attend a workshop, or read an article, or have a health session, and next day, next week you"ll be all grown, all done.

  • Reality: Most days I experience no growth. Moreover, many days there is negative growth. Then some actions do cause a cumulative effect, and I notice that I can do something I could not do before.

The secret is consistency. And intentionality. And humility.

Day in/day out.

When you bring this day in/day out attitude to growth, then your reticular activator, your DNA, your life start obeying, eventually.

If you are sporadic, or bring a campaign/homework attitude to life, your reticular activator shuns you, your DNA, your life will not obey.

In my strategy sessions I am looking at people, and I am looking if there is a spark.

A spark that would indicate to me that investing you could start a "forest fire"...

A person, the other day, said, several times: "If I want to be honest with myself..." and then said what she saw: that she wasn"t all she fancied herself to be.

Most people are never honest with themselves.

Badgering yourself, putting yourself down, saying bad things about yourself is not honesty... it is a strategy to avoid doing anything that would make you better.

And most people are like that.

I call the attitude this woman has: looking with sober eyes. Exceptional, and rare.

Money Workshop

In today"s money workshop you"ll have the opportunity to bring sober eyes to your attitudes about money.

Your attitudes about money are the exact same attitudes as your attitudes about life: health, wealth, love and happiness. Or said differently: your physical body, your emotional body, your mental body, and your spiritual body are warped by the same attitudes...

So looking at your attitude about money is simply looking where it"s the easiest to see.

The workshop attempts to take you to see what attitude, what spiritual capacity you lack. Any spiritual capacity can be opened up with any of these three methods, over time.

A capacity that is opened even just 5% is now a working capacity... and you can start growing yourself in earnest.

But, if you go back to the beginning of this article, you cannot get water from a rock... you have to get out of your mind and into reality, where all the good things live.

And that is your challenge.

Everyone wants to improve their financial situation without humility, consistency and intentionality. And without work.

But unless you say "If I want to be honest with myself..." and start to nudge and nudge and nudge the missing capacity, YOU WILL NEVER CHANGE.

Doesn"t that sound very negative? But reality is a cause and effect phenomenon.

Unless you grow, you don"t.

The next Money workshop is this afternoon at 2 pm NY time.

https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/rt/478944355868846851

Just want to listen? Not in my workshops, sorry. As soon as I notice you are not participating, I"ll remove you from the workshop.

All growth is active. All my energies are interactive. You don"t want to do? I don"t want you because I cannot make a difference with you.

Just want to listen? Not in my workshops, sorry. As soon as I notice you are not participating, I"ll remove you from the workshop.

All growth is active. All my energies are interactive. You don"t want to do? I don"t want you because I cannot make a difference with you.

It"s amazing how much you can get if you quietly, clearly, and authoritatively demand it...

Everybody dreams of a stress free life... even though stress wakes you up. Stress as in challenge. I am not talking about the anxiety where you are fighting what if scenarios... that will never happen.

My countryman, who worked in Canada, Selye Janos (aka Hans Selye), was an endocrinologist, who was the first to demonstrate the existence of biological stress.

Stress response, what stress can do to your body.

But in his groundbreaking book, "Stress without Distress" he showed that stress also keeps us alive.

What can YOU expect from any program? Self-improvement, spiritual growth, making money, etc.

The most popular page on this site, www.yourvibration.com, is my Mind Movies review page.

So I decided to add a few words to it... I added this today:
Bad news: no matter what program you buy, if you remain the same inside, small, arrogant, and fearful, no program will do anything for you... For most people there is a schasm, a big divide between what they want and what they do... And that big divide needs to be bridged by small purposeful actions. But the problem I see with any results based goal setting program: most people are incapable of designing the small actions, let alone doing them. So the success rate of a program like Mind Movies is way less than 1%...

When the guru is wrong...

Today I learned a lesson so cruelly cutting, my stomach hurt from it.

Now, being on the other side of it, it has opened my eyes to so many things, I am surprised.

I found out that some of my carefully crafted assumptions based in decades of education might be wrong.

I have been fighting it for more than a week now... and finally, today, I had to face the piper.

The polar pitcher, the equipment I use for energizing water, has changed: the pitcher you get on Amazon today are slightly smaller than what I own and have based my water energizing system on.

5 Characteristics Of Grit -- How Many Do You Have?

Reprinted from Forbes... ((by Margaret M. Perlis I write about Excellence in practice, people, places & product.))

Recently some close friends visited, both of whom have worked in education with adolescents for over 40 years. We were talking about students in general and when I asked what has changed with regards to the character of kids, in unison they said “grit” – or more specifically, lack thereof. There seems to be growing concern among teachers that kids these days are growing soft.

When I took a deeper dive, I found that what my friends have been observing in-the-field, researchers have been measuring in the lab. The role grit plays in success has become a topic du jour, spearheaded by Angela Duckworth, who was catapulted to the forefront of the field after delivering a TED talk which has since been viewed well over a  million times.

Abilities that are not available until your health number is above 50%

When you are not well, you are in survival mode. Everything is an is, and the questions you ask are from that "is".

When you are well, you can start to ask different questions, that widen your cone of vision, that deepen your field of depth perception.

Questions like:

What am I missing here? What else could I/should I be asking?
What am I not looking at? What is outside of my survival, business as usual narrow cone of vision?

But there is a caveat: Even after people getting healthy or healthier (above 50%), changing habits, even though you can, doesn"t come naturally.

Survival mode is most recognized by the narrow cone of vision.

Arrogance.

I have been dealing with arrogance in my students.

Arrogance is unearned boastful superiority.
Most people don"t know, don"t care because they themselves are not achievers... but you can have confidence that is justified by your accomplishments, your superior knowledge.

To the uninitiated, they look and sound the same. But they aren"t. You only need to scratch the surface.

I have detected a certain ancestral commonality in that behavior.

And have been pondering why and how and for what purpose are certain nationalities arrogant.

Back into light... The counter cultural way to become your higher self, no matter where you are.

Living in the three levels of value, the systemic, the extrinsic, and the intrinsic, lived fully, and balanced, is the secret to the good life.

The Indian sages, including the Buddha, skipped the extrinsic. They taught people not to live there. They had a disdain for it.

But work is on the extrinsic level, making money is on that level, so skipping it means living a life of charity. Living a life where you cannot value another person on all levels... because you don"t value the values of that level.

Religion, smart Jews, and being a good person... what do spiritual capacities have to do with it?

This article is politically incorrect, and somewhat philosophical...

Not up for it? Spare yourself frustration, and don"t read it.

OK... now that only the eleven or so readers that are up for it remain reading, I can be blunt, and use some six letter words... lol.

Of course, this is, at least partially tongue in cheek...

OK, I am going to, first talk about a new insight I have on religion, then about Jews, capacities, genetically smarter... and other politically incorrect subjects that are keeping me busy pondering today.

Why should you believe me? Why should you learn from me?

I have been a spiritual, raise-your-vibration teacher for a while... and when someone asked what qualified me to teach, I could say that the fact that I did it myself, and went from a vibration of 185 to 930, consciously and with my eyes open.

Now, having done that is fine and dandy... but can I teach it? Good question.

But let"s look at another area: health.

At some point I got really clear that unless you have energy to do the work, unless you have coherence to do the work, unless you are well enough... I can"t help you much.

But I had a problem, an integrity issue: I myself wasn"t well enough to prove to you that I know what I am talking about when it comes to becoming healthy.

Your health number... thoughts from the starting point tests I"ve done

Hippocrates said: food will be your medicine.

Let"s look at that statement from my experience with myself, and with my clients.

Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.

– attributed to Hippocrates

Lay people (you) jump into conclusions... and jump from one superfood to the next, from one fad to the next, from one magic bullet to the next.

Modern (ineffective) medicine attacks this statement.
Energy medicine attacks this statement.

Get well first. I can"t take people to spiritual growth unless they are well

Source says: You can"t take people to spiritual growth, people who are not well... This is the signal I have been waiting for.

To be able to do Source"s work, I have surrendered to giving you what you want.

You want to grow? Then you want to be well? Not my favorite topic, not as high minded as I hoped I will work... but Source says: I can"t take people to spiritual growth, people who are not well.

Maslow has said it, and it should be self evident: unless your basics are covered, money, health, you won"t have any interest and any energy to give to spiritual growth.

So I have surrendered... OK. I"ll get you well. If that is what I need to do so I can take you to the level of human being... which requires serious spiritual growth, new capacities, new way of being.

You are in trouble... And you don"t know that you don"t know that you are in trouble

One of the most educational experiences is to listen in to Dr Wallach"s radio show.

It"s on youtube. But before you rush, let me tell you what to listen for.

People ask about a disease. A problem. Although Dr. Wallach"s approach is not disease+fixing directed, he needed to learn how to ask questions that drive up the actual nutritional deficiency issues, so he can address the underlying deficiency, instead of providing a fix that makes no difference.
One question he repeatedly asks and a question that seems totally irrelevant, is this: Was there childhood rash? ((
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RmWTLmCqpHI&list=PLhEsUt1QY8ndXofeeUevvN4GFL0GbWsyg&index=12))He also asks, repeatedly about childhood asthma.

I have been pondering these two questions, and I finally cracked the mystery with regards to one of them: the rash, and I am starting to see the relevance of asthma.

Against self criticism and the 4-day weekend

One of the rarest and most functional capacities is the capacity to allow... without resistance.

Resistance uses a lot of energy, mostly the energy that you need to become successful, to do the right thing, to be well, and to treat people, including yourself, right.

Resistance is normal, but harmful. Just like self-criticism: normal but harmful, with no upside.

Upside is the benefit you gain from a harmful or painful action or experience.

Neither resistance, nor self-criticism, self-judgment have any upside, only downside.

What determines how you and your life turn out?

What is the mechanism of the machine that you are, that is used to define your actions, your moods, your attitude?

As I said in a few previous articles, your actions, your thoughts, your moods, your attitudes will be correlated with what you see.

The two sides:

what you see, or the way the world occurs to you

your actions, your thoughts, your moods, your attitudes: your world

the two sides are like the front of the hand and the back of the hand, connected, inseparable, but yet distinct.

How could you become ready to grow?

I am using Rob Brezsny"s words here... maybe his English communicates better than mine:
ANTI-INSTRUCTIONS

Exaggerate your flaws till they turn into virtues Pretend your wounds are exotic tattoos Refuse the gifts that infringe on your freedom Shun sacred places that fill you with boredom Keep in mind it"s bad luck to be superstitious The official story"s always fictitious Pump up your karma with idiot laughter The promised land"s here, not in some hereafter

We are searching for the answers so we can destroy them and dream up better questions

Here are two attitudes that will be useful, invaluable, and mandatory if you want to grow through my programs
