You may know the price of everything and the value of nothing

I had a very interesting conversation, in email, with one of my long time students.

It belies one of the fundamental needs of a human: being paid attention to.

You could say: every child is paid attention to, you work for them, you clean them, to feed them, you put them to bed, but being paid attention to is different. It is a need to be personally noticed, considered, and in some way validated... or something breaks inside.

It is hard to estimate how many children suffer from the lack of fulfillment of this need.

I could start to philosophize why this need is so important, even if Margoczi doesn"t mention it in his historically significant book, Feelings.

I think he may mean this need, the need to be seen as a person, that he confuses with what he calls "the need to meet other people"s expectations". The child wants and needs one thing only: being noticed, paid attention to, and in some way validated.

And even though it sounds so simple, and so easy to fulfill, really takes only seconds at a time, we are very stingy with that.

The invisible dynamic that you dish out what you didn"t get fulfilled yourself to others, is playing out here: you behave in life as if others only existed when they annoy you. When you can frown at them. When they are, somehow, wrong. Otherwise they are ignored.

Ignore is a willful "not paying attention to" action, the stingiest of the stingy. Withholding the energy, the life giving energy from another.

In a world of things, in a world of objects, where things don"t have feelings, don"t have needs, you are ignored and you can safely ignore the things in your world.

But in the world of people ignoring them hurts them, deprives them of the energy that would allow them to feel alive. Worthwhile. Validated.

I have been talking about the inability or unwillingness of people to see value, and therefore to appreciate anything or anyone.

Appreciate is a Latin version of the verb: recognize the full worth of something or someone.

We live in a culture where people know the price of everything and the value of nothing. And I mean that literally.

Oscar Wilde who coined that phrase said that about the cynic. According to the dictionary, a cynic is "a person who believes that people are motivated purely by self-interest rather than acting for honorable or unselfish reasons."

But interestingly, what creates a cynic is that unfulfilled craving of being seen, valued, validated, noticed, and, gasp! appreciated by others, especially the parents.

When I first encountered the idea, the concept of values, I was 51 years old...

I did have some values I had recognized, especially as an employer, secondarily as an architect.

What i didn"t see, couldn"t see is that people had value beyond their usefulness, beyond what they produced in life.

It hit me hard that I was blind to all the kinds of values I could have seen. I saw that what has caused wars, and killings, an murders, and genocide, and the holocaust, was that kind of blindness.

It would be, maybe, politically correct to say "ignorance", but I don"t think so. I think it is blindness. An inability to see beyond the surface, beyond the narrow self-interest.

You cannot ignore what you can"t see... The correct word would be unseeing, or blind. Blind to value.

When I look at the people I teach, I find the same thing Oscar Wilde found: value blindness.

Seeing values and valuing values are still different levels of that relationship.

Let"s see if I can make that clear with an analogy. I live on a hill over the University area of Syracuse, NY. In the early evening one side of the sky is like a painter"s canvas: the sunset where the brilliant colors fight for dominance. Breathtaking.

One person looks at the sky and says: sunset. The other person gasps, and their whole being is filled with wonder, magic, the infinite.

One sees the sunset, the other sees the value. Appreciates the value. Gets enriched by the value. Uplifted. Enriched...

If you look carefully, the secret ingredient is what the child craves from the parent: being noticed for their personhood. Validated as a person. "I am here"

So easy to withhold... after all you didn"t get it either. You dish out what you didn"t get...

Every Tuesday and every Wednesday I get a chance to make the world a little better.

On Tuesdays, it is my exercise class. I make a point of memorizing everyone"s name. To welcome the new people, celebrate the returning ones, and notice the in between... the steady, the ones that are as reliably there as the furniture.

And on Wednesdays, in the community van... same thing.

I notice and appreciate everything about everyone. Their good taste in clothing, their haircut, their smile, their good service (our driver is an exceptional man, brings tears into my eyes when I think of him. A real hero, and so humble, it almost hurts to see beauty of that dimension.)

So what is it about me that makes me go out of my way to celebrate people"s personness, their intrinsic value?

Honestly, it was a long road to hoe... 21 years thus far.

The first, the hardest part was the grieving that I had never seen my own value. I saw the value of what I did... useful, smart, good work, but not MY value as a person, as an individual, the value that was not the result of doing something, it was just there... unseen, unappreciated.

A diamond doesn"t have to DO anything to have millions of facets... it just IS.

And the same is true about a human, a person...

But unless you can see AND learn to appreciate your own intrinsic value, you"ll be unable to see and appreciate others" uniqueness, others" personness, and you will dish out "the price of everything and the value of nothing."

Landmark Education asks you to take on being a certain value of your choosing, and create your life from that beingness.

But they never teach you that you don"t have to do that to have value. You have value, intrinsic value, that no doing will make bigger, and no ignorance will make smaller.

Mighty confronting, if you ask me. The world is shouting at you that unless you do well, unless you are smart, unless you avoid mistakes, you have no value... that unless you are a good mother, a good breadwinner, a millionaire, a businessman, a world renown author or a rock star, you have no value.

I was born into this world too... and it was incredibly painful to discover that I may have nothing to do with my value: my value just IS... and unless I can see it, unless I can appreciate it, I am not only living in the world, but I am of the world, and I strengthen its evilness, strengthen its inhumanity.

In listening to the audio I shared with you yesterday, I got knocked conscious: you are where I was back in 1998: you have no value for yourself, and you have no value for others. And unless I help you do that work, you"ll be stuck, forever, where you are.

I have no idea how to teach you to value. No one taught me... or maybe the spirit I didn"t deny taught me?

One student, the one in the conversation that triggered this article, was stuck for many years... until a few days ago where he chose, for himself, a higher power. He chose Life. Brilliant and humble. Beautiful, moving, re-arranges your molecules in a way.

And then he suddenly, after many years of butting heads with me, he started to see that in fact I was on his side.

And as he was attempting to answer the question in my previous article: what is your contribution to the world, he got to a depth of appreciation that can, like yeast in the dough, cause him and his life to rise.

To become a conscious person... a value recognizer, a value appreciator... maybe even a human being.

I didn"t do much to facilitate it... and evidently that was all he needed: a little nudge, a little being noticed, a little being valued, validated, and the blossoming began.

That is what i want for you too. The blossoming, that flowering.

It is beautiful.

And here is a gift I recorded almost six years ago: the Soul Correction: Revealing the Dark Side

Where attention goes, energy flows... but can you direct your attention by your thoughts?

How much control do you have over your attention?

Why that is important?

Two reasons:
  • 1. where attention goes, energy flows. But... as you"ll find out, not all attention is equal...

  • 2. While you are "paying" attention to one thing, you are ignoring everything else.

Attention is a single pointed arrow... it is not very wide cone either.

  • Your cone of vision is already narrow... why? Because fear narrows it... automatically.

  • And fear also urges you to fix what seems to be threatening you... by avoiding it, or by doing something drastic to it.

What happens when you see something that seems to be threatening you? Essentially what happens is that you take that "thing" completely out of context... because in your puny cone of vision you cannot see the larger picture, you cannot see the context.

Here are two student-examples:

  • 1. One student did great for a long time. Then something happened, something that seemed to threatened him, offend him, and his cone of vision (and with that his vibration) got small. Now he can only see that threatening thing and nothing else.

Until, for some reason not entirely up to him, his cone of vision relaxes, and becomes wider, he will hide, he will hate, he will try to become invisible. Vibration 100

The threat (case, silver bullet?) covering his whole cone of vision...
  • 2. Another student lived in 100 vibration for a long time. Then in the discussion about the Silver bullet and the "case", he started to look for his, and he saw something about himself, that he hadn"t even confessed to himself: that he was playing small, in a small box, where there wasn"t much to do... hoping that he never had to grow up, move out of his parents" home, and become a man.

In both the case and the Silver Bullet conversation we emphasize that owning it, choosing it, embracing it is what neutralizes, in the moment, what has been owning your life, what has been using your life, the case and the Silver Bullet... both are soul-correction related, soul-correction specific... not personal.

And he, the second student, opened his arms and embraced his case... And his vibration, along with his cone of vision grew... his vibration jumped to 170. The first got stuck with the "critter" over his face...

There are a ton more examples, but these two happened exactly at the same time... I could not miss it.

Now, let me direct your attention to another aspect of attention: your ability to direct it.

Your ability to direct your attention has atrophied.

Watch a dog get instructions from his nose, a cat from his ears.

The mongoose, in false security, is not directing any of his attention to anything other than the conversation he is having... but... quoting from The Jungle Book:
Chuchundra sat down and cried till the tears rolled off his whiskers. "I am a very poor man," he sobbed. "I never had spirit enough to run out into the middle of the room. H"sh! I mustn"t tell you anything. Can"t you hear, Rikki-tikki?"

Rikki-tikki listened. The house was as still as still, but he thought he could just catch the faintest scratch-scratch in the world, -- a noise as faint as that of a wasp walking on a window-pane, -- the dry scratch of a snake"s scales on brick-work.

"That"s Nag or Nagaina," he said to himself; "and he is crawling into the bath-room sluice. You"re right Chuchundra; I should have talked to Chua."

The moment he became AWARE that there is something to pay attention to... he could. He tore away his attention from the conversation, and to his hearing so he can hear what he needed to hear: the cobras, Nag and Nagaina sneaking into the house...

You can"t even tear your attention away from where it goes: your misery, what"s wrong, what needs to be fixed.

The unmanaged attention goes to where the noise is... any kind of noise is good... for the unmanaged, undisciplined attention. It behaves like a small child... or maybe even more like the "monkey people" in the Jungle Book.

" Chattering, foolish, vain—vain, foolish, and chattering, are the monkeys."
" “I wish to eat,” said Mowgli. “I am a stranger in this part of the jungle. Bring me food, or give me leave to hunt here.”

Twenty or thirty monkeys bounded away to bring him nuts and wild pawpaws. But they fell to fighting on the road, and it was too much trouble to go back with what was left of the fruit."

It"s not an accident that they call it the Monkey-mind... short attention span, no priorities, no long term memory, no direction, no control over anything, chatter, chatter, chatter. And more chatter... Preferably pontificating, pompous, delusional, self-aggrandizing... even when it talks about misery or faults... they have the biggest of all...

So, as you see, learning to control your attention and keep it in your grasp is mandatory if you want to
  • 1. live on the vertical plane

  • 2. if you want to accomplish anything noteworthy

  • 3. want to grow out of the monkey state where chatter and fear rules your life.

It is not easy, and no energy can work directly on it, only you can. It is like growing your biceps... Only a special way of lifting weights that will be effective.

And if Arnold Schwarzenegger"s example is any guidance: he needed to go where few would go, to where he was afraid to go: increase the difficulty and the effort so it can actually do something. ((According to his book, his calf was his weakest point: he had this big bulky body, and comparatively puny sized calves.

He went to an expert, and the expert said to raise the weights he worked out with first to 500 lb weights, and then graduate to 1000 lb weights to lift.

He was scared he would rip his tendons, but he didn"t. This is how he became The Arnold...

I have been watching my students, staying with the Arnold analogy, practicing with 1~2 lb weights... and they are surprised that they are not Mr. Olympia yet. If it weren"t painful, I would laugh.

My Avatar State Audios depend on your attention.

Attention on what? On the area of life the audio directs you to put your attention on.

The Abundance Activator directs your attention on possibility, on what you have, what you CAN do, of what works, on what is open... while the monkey mind wants to go to where you lack, where you need to fix, to where you see wrong, where you are powerless.

I have made 23 different focused Avatar State activators.

It is one thing to have one activator audio, and finally conquer your attention, your monkey mind, and be able to wrestle back control over it... and direct it to Abundance.

It is a whole other thing to teach it to do it again with a different focus.

I"ve done that, and it made me a lot more powerful in life... because, don"t kid yourself, unless your ability to direct your attention and keep it on where you need to keep it, you are not going to amount to much.

To make this more workable for you, I am offering a deal on the Avatar State activators:

You can get The Abundance activators plus 5 more activators, normally $30 each, for $100. And I"ll still honor the free speaker deal... Go and pick what you want --> https://www.yourvibration.com/avatar-state

If you need to upgrade from the Abundance Activator plus free speaker deal... let me know, and I"ll send you an upgrade link.

If you think that buying an activator will do anything for you, you believe in stuff that is not real.

Floundering? Can"t seem to get from A to B? Don"t know why nothing seems to work?

Maybe you feel clueless? Maybe you feel left behind?

Here is MY clueless story...

I have been asking questions more than normal.

In the past seven years, my site"s readership WAS steadily growing... until a month or two ago when it dropped to approximately half of what it was at that point.

It didn"t, or better English, hasn"t effected my income, but it looked troubling enough to start asking questions.

The pull to ask why questions is tremendous... Why me, why now, why people don"t like me?

Meh... But what other questions can I ask?

Now, that is a really useful question: what other questions can I ask?

I"ll return to my own quandary about the drop-off in my site"s numbers... but let me make a detour into this: what do questions can do... good or bad... topic.

To get good answers, you need to expand your cone of vision... You need to make attempts to seeing the big picture.

Seeing the big picture is actually a skill that most of humanity has not cultivated for a long time.

Seeing the big picture is including the environment of an event, the context, where it make a whole different sense than if you just look at the event.

I won"t go into detail here, but the difference between the narrow view and the wide view can mean the difference between happy and unhappy, rich or poor, healthy or sick, effective or ineffective, fulfilled or listless, bored, aimless... so acquiring the skill of looking at the big picture really can mean the difference between living the good live or living the meh, bad life.

Only 10% of humanity sees the benefit of looking at the big picture. The will to see the big picture is there for them, but unfortunately a skill often requires muscle development... because the muscles required for seeing the big picture have atrophied.

I got bedridden ill earlier this summer, and by the time I got well enough, my leg muscles forgot how to walk... In just a few weeks.

Your eyes have forgotten how to move to see the big picture a lot longer than a few weeks.

I took part in a six month long exercise regimen back in 1996, and then I followed it with computer exercises, exercises that I am still doing to this day. All to keep my eye muscles willing and able to do the work of seeing the big picture.

My hunch is that this simple sounding skill is 40% responsible for humanity becoming humanity.

On one hand the eyes taking in more than just a little slice of reality... the more information needed to be processed by the brain... and that made the brain grow.

Your brain-size is still there, I hope, but the incoming information is, due to the eyes forgetting to look, isn"t.

One good exercise regimen is eyeQ online practice. Another one I teach when I activate the capacity for the wide cone of vision, one of the exercises I started with in 1996.

There is a whole field of Behavioral Optometry... the fact that you have never heard of it doesn"t mean it is not something that is done, or something that is needed to almost every single person on the planet.

So, returning to my original topic: asking different questions to diagnose the drop in the number of my visitors, it has become obvious to me that the questions I have been asking are ineffective, and moreover fingerpointing: either pointing the accusatory finger at myself, or at the search engines, or at the people...

As I was starting to look at questions, I activated my brainstem "organ", my reticular activator, and suddenly seemingly every article, every email, every conversation started to answer my unasked question: What the heck happened?

The capacity or skill to keep your attention on a question is maybe even more atrophied that the ability to see the big picture... Why?

Your attention is what makes money for the people who are only about making money, no matter what. And your attention is the most important element to manipulate for the 3-card monte people and other magician act performers, like politicians, governments: just watch my hand carefully... while I stab you in the back. Or lift your wallet... And you remain clueless, because your attention is so distractible... not under your control.

Here is the good news, and here is the bad news:

You have two missing skills/capacities that you can learn and practice so you can return your brain to its former glory.

The bad news is: only 10% of humanity are even interested. And even that 10% is probably too jaded, too lost, too lazy, too hopeless, to be able to say: I will "sacrifice" a year or so of my time to be able to see more of reality, so I can become all I can become.

You need to know that the collective sentiment of humanity, at this stage, is: "It"s hopeless... therefore it is not worth it."

It"s hard to know what to do. It"s hard to know what will make a difference and what won"t.

Even the eyeQ creators don"t know what their software is doing.

They don"t know that the exercises, done in the right context can create miracles, done in the wrong context can make your problem worse.

They don"t know that keeping your eyes on the prize instead of the process will debilitate you further. Will keep you in the desire trap, and entrench you even further, without you knowing what is killing your desires.

Or keep you in Plato"s Cave... while you think you are out there in reality, playing.

It"s tricky, and I personally don"t know anyone who can diagnose you minutely as you are doing what you think you are doing.

My ongoing low intensity coaching program, The Reclaim... is a long term program.

Best to buy a lifetime agreement, except I want both of us to know if it is going to work of not before we get married... so don"t rush. Pay week by week, and see in the process who you are: it is very educational.

How you do anything is how you do everything... so many of your questions will be answered by your behavior in The Reclaim, so you"ll understand what you are doing that causes you grief, so you can correct it.

Anyway, the Reclaim program includes a copy of the 67 steps ($67) and $15 a week for the coaching.

Your 67 steps program is yours to keep, even if you cancel your coaching.

For a limited time I"ll include your Starting Point Measurements, regularly $15, to see where you should start working right away.

Refund policy: full refund within the first seven days.

PS: I know, I know... I started my story and then left it like it didn"t matter... OK... here you go. I found an article, "Survival of the Richest" and a podcast (audio) that clued me in into the "end of the world" sentiments of the people I"d most like to talk to.

It opened my eyes, and reminded me that my "job" is to take humanity to the next level of evolution, human being. All of humanity. And to know that the powers that work against hope, the powers that work against us joining forces are tremendous... and evil. And that, maybe, I could start talking the language hope... finally.

It"s amazing how much you can get if you quietly, clearly, and authoritatively demand it...

Everybody dreams of a stress free life... even though stress wakes you up. Stress as in challenge. I am not talking about the anxiety where you are fighting what if scenarios... that will never happen.

My countryman, who worked in Canada, Selye Janos (aka Hans Selye), was an endocrinologist, who was the first to demonstrate the existence of biological stress.

Stress response, what stress can do to your body.

But in his groundbreaking book, "Stress without Distress" he showed that stress also keeps us alive.

Updated: The secret of being able to change, and be reborn with a higher frequency

The original of this article was published a year ago... I have added new insights today

The secret of my being able to change, and be reborn with a higher frequency, a higher vibration, is that I have been able to keep in check the societal imperative to care about other people more than I care about myself. And in addition to that, I have been able to admit to myself all the errors of my ways that I can see. So I don"t even want to look good to myself. I am willing to accept myself, warts and all... for all I am and for all I am lacking.

This comes with giving up the emotional impact of others view of me, of others opinion of me, of others praise or hate of me, and my opinion of me... especially when I make a mistake, a false step, or when I make a fool of myself.

This attachment to opinions needs to be actively given up: no epigenetic shift, no transformation, no energy remedy will make these opinions neutral: we do live in a society, and others opinion of you and your products determines your money: and your money determines whether you eat, be sheltered, have leisure time, and a lot more. And your own opinion about yourself will determine whether you are going to play fully... or shrink.

So opinions are important, but they are not important emotionally.

Fear is emotional. Careful, thoughtful pro-action is not.

When your life is looked at through a different filter, you see something you have never seen

Photographer Removes Phones From Photos To Highlight Our Terrible Addiction
earth porm

How addicted are you to your cell phone? The real answer may surprise you. “Removed” is an awesome photo project by American photographer Eric Pickergill that highlights our horrible addiction to smartphones in a whole new way. Pickergill removes phones and other digital devices from his photos and as a result presents an entirely new photo—one that shows how much we are missing out on everyday moments all because of technology.

Pickergill admits he’s not above smartphone addiction; he spends far too much time on his mobile devices too. It wasn’t his own addiction that inspired the project, but instead a family he encountered while out taking notes at a New York café.

One path to Self you may want to take

One of the capacities you want to cultivate is the capacity of being in awe. Awestruck, awe-inspired.

Why? Because unless you can be moved on the inside, you are dead and I can"t help you... nobody can.

Unless you can attain to a certain level of awe, you are not going to be able to have a purpose to your life, or love, or rise above the pedestrian existence of the current humanity.

And no, I am not going to turn it on for you, please don"t ask.

This is a project you need to invent for yourself, and try to get in the state of awe. Inspiring stories, inspiring books, inspiring people, inspiring movies.

Awe is being present to the beyond... the beyond of the level where you are, the beyond of the knowable universe... from where all power comes.

The sad guru... Paramahansa Yogananda

Yogananda... I have measured his vibration at different times, in different contexts, always having a different number come up. So today I spent some time in his space... to see what"s up.

Paramahansa Yogananda was a sad person. For two reasons, the two sides of the same coin: he had something that he wanted to share, and it wasn"t shareable.

His words are simply his idea what made him the way he was, and the words did not communicate. Did not do for others what they, he thought, did for him.

So, slowly but surely, his words became a lie. Now, he himself wasn"t the way he said people should be: he had sadness, grieving, devastation move into his heart.

And greed... wanting. Wanting it to be different. Wanting that burning go away from his throat and his upper chest.

And then it all fell apart... and what remained is pretense.

You live in a world of your own design... You don"t like the design?

You live in a world of your own design

But how do you build a world of your own design?

Everyone hopes that this sentence "you live in a world of your own design" means that you can change your life.

But the sentence means: you have the world that you have designed. You built it. brick by brick. Anxiety by anxiety. By self-limitation or self-indulgence. By lack of self-worth, self-esteem, lack of any knowledge, lack of any values... or by delusion... yeah, YOU built it. Not ever considering the consequences of your actions.

You built it to be a tiny cage: secure enough so you can feel safer, that you can feel not too much for you to deal with it, tight enough to feel trapped.

Jane Roberts, Seth, other channelers... Vibrational Review

All channelers are fakes, frauds, impostors.

There are no entities that can be channeled.

Reality is a lot simpler than that.

You CAN tune into the Zero Point Field, I have been, but it is much less colorful, much less like the channelers and the entities and the b.s. that is floating out there.

But you are stupid... and you can be told anything, you"ll be fascinated, and blown away.

Here are a few examples:

Jane Roberts: personal vibration: 100. Truth value of what she says: less than 1%. Bullshit artist.

Esther Hicks: personal vibration: 150. Truth value of what she says: 1%

A course in miracles and its author Helen Schucman: personal vibration: 70, 1%

The problem with being a channeling "psychic" is that it is a pretense. If you look at my article from today, when you have any pretense, when you have a public and a private persona, your vibration is low, and you are fragmented, and miserable.

Even if you invented your persona to get attention, to be heard, to be different, as a marketing ploy. Who you are attracting is the dregs of society, the bottom feeders... is that who you want to swim with?

You are exploitative, like the Christian Church... or pretty much any church for that matter, but the Christian Church is probably the worst of them.

Here is a clip of Jane Roberts... disgusting.

The only spiritual practice that raises your vibration, and can take you all the way

If you live a fragmented life... your life is full of wanting to, having to, needing to and should.

The common thread that can unify your life, the different areas, is who you are.

But if you don"t know who you are, then you consider yourself the different roles you play in different circumstances, with different people... and there is no YOU to unify your life.

Life is horrible for a person like that. Disease settles in the space between what is real and what is pretended. The inner tension uses up all the energy that could be used for life, for the immune system to kill the nasties, invaders, viruses, cancer cells, toxins.

It takes tweaking to get things right... including your diet

I find that most people want to be mindless... Get a solution and never look again, never think again.

Tai calls this: an experiment run too long.

But for most people experiments are non-existent. They want to live their lives as puppies or kitties... not as humans.

Why is that? you ask... whether you are one of "most people" or one of the few who are individuals.

To answer that why question,

You may look at how you were brought up.
You may look at how you were educated to be sheep.
You may look at that as character defect.
You may blame this or that...

The truth is simpler and more sinister than any of those you have already thought of.

Want to be high vibration? Leave the basement of your being... get well.

I woke up this morning. For the second day in a row, I am bursting of energy, more energy than I know what to do with.

I have been sorting my laundry. I have been cleaning the stove top, the sinks... doing things the I turned away from before, because I didn"t have anything to give it.

I went for a quick walk yesterday.

I am getting a lot more done even in my business.

I am starting to get some realizations that I did not expect.

For one: humanity is not ready to raise their vibration.

You are trying to put the cart in front of the horses.

You are worrying about the wrong thing. About the trip to the penthouse... but you are in the basement, and the elevator doesn"t go down there.

Netflix addiction

Netflix is great. The shows are what the shows are.

And Netflix, or actually the shows can become addictive.

I watch Netflix almost every day. A number of shows start out OK, but turn addictive around season 4.

You notice that you became addicted if you are craving it, thinking about it, wishing it were already that time of the say when you can watch it.

The shows became addictive, according to what I"ve seen, when there is plot change that turns the show into more of a soap opera than independent episodes.

Soap operas were always addictive. But starting a show as a soap opera is counter productive: intelligent people aren"t attracted, off the cuff, to inane twists and turns of the plot.

Is your body stuck in survival mode? Framework for health

This article starts out very philosophical. If you can"t stand that, jump to here...

What is health?

No one has defined it yet, because just like "good" was until Dr Robert Hartman came along to define it, existed only in a context of good this or good that.

Why getting well is so difficult for us, people without a Self

There is never a better time to experience what you experience, than right when you experience it.

This morning I was hit with a strong feeling of despair, loneliness.

I didn"t have time to hang out with it, I was in the middle of something. I wanted to shoo it away, and I also wanted to indulge in it.

But then I decided to just feel it, acknowledge it, and let it go. I paid attention to what it said... nodded, wept a little, and let it go.

Is this familiar to you? I didn"t think so. You don"t know who you are, and you don"t want to find out.
There are many reasons you don"t know yourself.
One of these reasons is that you resist your emotions.

Being judgmental is a result of your health number being low

One of my ex-students got offended when I suggested that she does her homework instead of having excuses. She left and she stopped visiting my site... I felt the "F... you" from her... When I asked yesterday if she was angry, she said... "No, I just need to grow thicker skin..." Her health number is 7%.
One of my students took two years to finally get a job, because in her last job she felt judged... for being different. She is Chinese in a predominantly White country. Once I adjusted her diet... she is flying. She went from 10% to 50% in her health number.
Another student is judgmental and doesn"t listen. She lives in systemic... even in the areas of food, marriage, children, smart... not a single step outside of it. Her health number is 7%.

If you are well, you can be in any state at any time

How do you use the three levels of value in your "real" life to fall in love with yourself?

How do you use the three levels of value in your "real" life to fall in love with yourself?

The article asking: where do you look to define your value got a lot of "hits" and comments.

Reading the answers I saw that some fundamental distinctions are missing, in spite of the fact that I have written about all of those before, on this blog.

So after reading the article about the three levels of value, you probably start to see a little bit the difference how the different levels of value change what assessment you make, how your appraisal, evaluation, estimation, measurement, judgment will be, looking from that level.

So let"s look a little deeper and see with examples how that looks.

Where you are speaking from is as important as what kind of value you are judging.
