How will you reclaim your life from the machine... one great way: handle just one feeling!

anchor to doomI wrote this article back in 2012. It talks about one of the most important invisible dynamics of the human condition... your homepage. I am republishing it to give you a fuller picture of this invisible dynamic... so crucial to your future, to your results, to you becoming an expanding human being.

Here is the original article:

I"ve been trying to teach a new way to connect to Source. It would give you a lot more control over your attention, over your connection, and a lot better results overall.

The difference would be the greatest in the speed with which you would incorporate the activators: instead of having to repeat them 10-20-30 times, just a few repetitions would get you the same amazing results.

I have made, so far, four attempts. Each more disappointing than the next.

This morning I woke up with a familiar feeling I haven"t been stuck with for quite some time: Devastated, hopeless, ready to throw in the towel.

In Transactional Analysis they called it your home address, I think.

Let me tell you a little story about me:

I left Hungary in 1982. Until that point I had read only one book on human beings and how human beings work. The book was called Empathy... the only thing I remember from that book is, that in spite of my upbringing "they" could not kill my empathic ability to see what people are thinking and feeling why pretending to think and feel differently.

I didn"t know it wasn"t just an ability, I didn"t know at the time I was a freaking full blown empath... grrr.

Anyway, when I arrived to Jerusalem, Israel as an immigrant, I spent a lot of time in used book stores. I was insatiable. I read about everything, and I wanted to try everything. I was like a kid in the candy store.

I read a book about expressing anger. I tried it... it wasn"t easy, let me tell you. And then I read the book "What do you say after you say hello?" And I absolutely loved it.

That is the book on TA, Transactional Analysis everyone read at the time, it was a bestseller... And the Games People Play... another by the same author.

Well, the method, Transactional Analysis, doesn"t really work that well, other than keeps you busy so you don"t have to live your life, lol, but it did something really useful: it helps you identify what is your steady, predictable response to everything, what is your default response, what is it that you say after you say Hello. I find it really useful now, 30 years later.

This is how this default response thing works: you do your life, however and whatever you do, and no matter what happens, you always end up feeling the same way. Independent of the situation, independent of what happens, you just feel the same way about yourself.

For me that default feeling is "devastated." All is lost. It is all over. There is no sense in doing anything...

Now, if I really look, I have a lot of creative ways to get to devastated, and I always end up there. Predictable, and quite unavoidable.

I used to think that feeling meant something.

It meant that:

  • I don"t belong

  • I was on borrowed time and will be thrown out/abandoned/discovered/or fail at any time now...

  • I am unlovable

The feeling is identical to one of the Bach feelings, one of the Bach Energies, called Gentian: the discouragement flower.

It tells me to quit while I am ahead. It tells me to stop now, who I am kidding, it is only a matter of seconds before it will be clear for everyone that I can"t...

So, behind the confident demeanor, there is this totally different, certain-to-discarded-person...

Given all the work I have done on myself, I am lucky and I now expect it and recognize it. I asked my Self... the Observer, the Timeless part of me, to manage it. I could not ask it to be eliminated, it is impossible, but no matter what the feeling is, the response or reaction to it can be managed. The meaning can be managed. And your results in life will be strikingly different.

You have a default feeling like that... I mean a default homepage and a matching Bach Energy.

When we talk about climbing the evolutionary scale, (or climbing the Tree of Life,) one of the ways you can tell that you are succeeding, is the frequency with which this horrible feeling of yours visits you, unexpectedly, when things go well, when you need to make a change, take a risk... when it is the least useful.

Feelings and emotions are given to us as a guidance system. On a lower evolutionary level we think that the guidance system is smarter than us, that it can see more than us, and therefore we should always heed what it says.

I used to be a certified quitter. I had a hair-trigger for quitting, in fact. And in certain areas of my life I still struggle to take control: in the area of personal relationships.

Given my history of extreme abuse, I am mortally afraid of people and I have a hard time trusting. That is the core.

When you listen to me, you can often hear that I jump the gun, that I give up on people, write them off, call them names really fast, really easily.

But when you watch my behavior you can see that my Real Self is much more in control: I now seldom act consistent with the hair-trigger scared little girl I used to be.

Here is your assignment: start observing yourself. Observe your involuntary responses to any and all challenges. Start taking notes. Challenge yourself if you are willing. Try doing new things. Try taking a different route home. Get lost. Go to stores you don"t know. Ask sales assistants to help you. Watch yourself in these situations. TAKE NOTES!! Don"t rely on your memory!

At the end of the week count the different feelings that got triggered. If they don"t point to anything definitive, continue challenging and observing yourself and continue taking precise notes, until the picture becomes clear.

That Bach Energy, if you guessed right, is your "linchpin" energy. If you start to override that one, diligently, it will be the beginning of a new era for you.

Don"t expect the Heaven on Earth to do all the work. Why? Because my agreement with Source is that the Heaven on Earth will not do the work for you: after all the Original Agreement with Source was that we will earn our Light, or won"t get any. The Heaven on Earth will help you to not get stuck with a horrible feeling, but you will still feel it.

The way you earn your Light and rise in vibration is by using the Will of the Observer to override the lower self, the put together self, that is the MACHINE. It"s been running your life 98% of the time.

Just by taking back this small area, you can increase your dominance to 51% you and only 49% machine.

Make sure you have your remedy. Heaven on Earth. While it is freezing on the Northern Hemisphere, please only order the audio...

What else can you do?

Order your Bach Profile to find out what is your linchpin energy...

In addition to that, or maybe leading up to handling that, you"ll see what habitual ways you handle reality being the way it is... and what habitual ways you kill life, your life, your dreams, your aspirations.

Regularly this profile is $35, but for the readers of this article, I"ll do it for $25.

No analysis, just the profile. Analysis, if you need it, can be done for $250 in a private call. It is best if you do it for yourself.

All the Bach Energies are included in the HOE audio... But unless you really know how to use it, it may not do much for you.

Your life is like a boat on sea... Where it"s going is given by the drift 96%

Every learning is becoming. Every action that is aimed at learning but doesn"t lead to becoming... is not learning, it is just a pretense. Treading water. The drift.

But becoming is not easy, and it takes longer than you would expect. OK, longer than I expect. Longer than I have been expecting... :-(

Why? because some of the learning requires you to be "right there", ready for that particular learning. You first need to become ready. One of these learning/becoming steps, (inside my 67 steps coaching program,) is mentoring. Mentoring means spending time learning from people who are 20-30 years ahead of you in what you want to become trained in, in your chosen area of becoming. [note]Why becoming? In the "how you do anything is how you do everything, the how refers to your consciousness. Unless your consciousness changes, your results won"t change. Some current how"s: meek, inconsistent, powerless, pretentious, forceful, hurried, thoughtless, not complete, not thorough, ungenerous, etc. You see that doing things, even different things with the same consciousness will not produce the kind of results you want... I hope you see that.

Werner points out in one of his videos that his attitude in ANY conversation is, that he already knows. That is the opposite of humility and teachability.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJsSZHfnM6M

[/note]

The way to be with these people, these mentors is based on humility. Unless you are humble, you"ll pick and choose what you accept and what you reject, what you"ll take and what you will not.

It"s like swimming against a strong current... swimming upstream

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZjS3eSNuX_c

Your results will predictably be between null and a little bit. But the whole power of the mentoring process will be wasted on you.

Until you become humble, until you become like a sponge, until you listen closely and then go and implement what you heard, you are not in mentorship... And honestly, no mentor would want to spend time with you.

Now, becoming humble is difficult. Becoming humble feels counter-intuitive. Becoming humble feels dangerous.

And unless you are able to do dangerous things, you won"t do it.

Of course what is intuitive is not true 90% of the time. Most of what"s intuitive will actually work against your best interest because intuition comes from the selfish gene...

People who are willing to take the risk it takes to become humble are happier for it. Respected for it.

This whole thinking is coming from my own experience.

You see, there are levels to everything. And even though I have been reading 2-3-4 books a week, [note]cover to cover, not like Tai, even though I don"t argue with the books,[/note] I haven"t much had the experience of being with the 33% above me while reading.

I am talking about Tai"s principle of spending 33% of your time with people who are 20-30 years ahead of you.

Today I spent a lot of time with Werner Erhard. Not personally, mind you, through audios and videos. But regardless I"ve come away with something I hadn"t known: how you know you are with someone 20-30 years ahead of you is that you can hardly follow them... they are really ahead of you.

You know you are with someone 20-30 years ahead of you is that you can barely follow them

Is it pleasant? No, not really. But unless you do this, unless you work on understanding what is hard to understand, you cannot be growing.

You definitely need humility to stay with it, to trust that you won"t waste your time and that it is taking you someplace you cannot go on your own.

When you declare yourself incompetent, which is how I learned to be humble, you often discover that indeed you are.

But as Aristotle says: the sign of an educated person is to be able to hold two contrary thoughts, or verbatim: It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

So being incompetent and barely understanding what someone 20-30 years ahead of you says doesn"t mean you are stupid... in some areas maybe you could teach them... But not inside their expertise.

The second part of the challenge is to go out and implement.

Hardly anyone implements anything faithfully... ever.I learned about the drift today from Werner. The drift where you can claim the results, but you are lying.

I learned about the drift today from Werner. The drift where you can claim the results, but you are lying.

I learned about the drift today from Werner. The drift where you often claim the results, but you are lying.

I learned about impacting the drift... I learned that only action impacts the drift. And when you impact the drift, that action also opens you up to being yourself different... this is how you are becoming. Through action. Action is first... becoming is second. [note]When you are waiting to become someone eager to learn, or become curious, or to feel like doing something, you are putting the cart in front of the horse[/note]

Knowing more, even recognizing more, makes little difference... only actions that come from knowing more, and recognizing more make a difference. Both in the world and in you. [note]There is an element I am not talking about here, but may be at the root of action: seeing...[/note]

There is a fallacy that you can control the results. Reality doesn"t work that way. You can control your actions, pick actions that may have a chance to impact the results, but that is the best you can do.

What you can control is the drift.

I work on several key areas of my life, health, the social, money, and fulfillment.

And unless I get better and faster and more courageous in all these areas, the actions I take will be insignificant, slow, or impact-less.

Lastly: what is the drift? The drift is what you see happening when life is left to itself...

Life includes other people... society, your family.

Left alone, without drift-altering actions from you, life goes in its predictable way.
  • You"ll just eat what you have always eaten, even after you find out what is good for you, what is bad for you. what nutrients your diet doesn"t supply.

  • You"ll behave like you have always behaved... you"ll be all about you, you"ll be all about your comfort, your survival, your entertainment, your self-righteousness.

  • Your self-expression will be the expression of the lower self...

and so on, and so forth.

The drift is what we could also call the "default".

Most people"s life is 99.99% drift with occasional episodes of coming up for air. You have moments of brilliance...

You impact your life through impacting the drift. And the drift is strong... and you are weak. Weak in every sense of the word.

In the Starting Point Measurements I measure some of the elements that predict to what degree you are willing and able to impact the drift... i.e. change yourself and change your life. Become someone more deserving so you can deserve a life worth living.

The starting point measurements don"t measure whether you are a good person or a bad person. Both are part of the drift... your goodness, your badness. Your honesty. Your whole behavior. Even what you want. And how you go about getting it.

Part of the drift.

Being someone who can impact the drift is simple, but very hard.

Many people design structures inside which, they hope, they can impact the drift.

Goalsetting is a drift-impacting move... but even if you combine it with affirmations, it doesn"t impact your drift inside... so it won"t impact the drift.

Taking care of that world inside you, impacting the inside drift is harder than impacting the drift outside.

Everyone can accomplish a goal and not change... remain the same old, same old.

A good coach"s job is to attend to the inside... because changing the outside glitters but is pretty worthless.

The number of rich wretched people should be proof of that.

My "specialty" is that I feel when you return to the drift before you yourself realize it.

I am also observing that same thing on myself.

One element of the drift is your "ground of being", your fundamental attitude.

For the past weeks, I have been observing the drift wanting to take over MY ground of being.

The most frequent ground of being in the world is "something is wrong here... something with me, something with you, something with it"...

That ground of being is what gives you your actions, your feelings, your overall relationship with life. The sense that there is something wrong and it needs to be fixed. In a hurry.

What you"ll call wrong varies. It depends, a lot, on your soul correction.

By the way, your soul correction is your "inner drift"... your inner default relationship to yourself, to others, to life.

Now, what if you have been doing a lot, and yet you are still solidly anchored in the drift? You are not changing, your view of life isn"t changing, you don"t feel better about yourself, your life isn"t moving... or is moving to where it has always moved, and you don"t want it to go there?

I have found that the Bach Profile, me measuring what Bach Energies® dominate your inner drift, is very useful in finding the linchpin Bach Flower Energy that if targeted, you can produce a big result because this energy keeps the others also in place

I need to intuit what is the linchpin behavior... and then muscle test if I feel it right.

bach flower remedy bottlesExample: This is an actual person"s Bach profile: if your need for order, cleanliness, (Crab Apple) things being just so, done just so, everyone behaving as they ought to, but - of course - they don"t, you get forceful and self-righteous and domineering... (Vine)... But there is a profound inauthenticity underneath: you yourself don"t live according to your own rules and standards. (Beech) You become impatient, overwhelmed, and ultimately either dutiful, depressed, or both.

Finding the linchpin in this picture was not easy... it was not obvious what inner behavior, if it were pulled out, would set the rest of the inner behavior back to normal.

In this particular Bach profile, muscle test says, it is the "dutiful, carrying the world on your shoulder attitude" that holds the whole wretched picture together. That is the anchor to the drift.

So I advised the person that changing their attitude to doing things to joyful, or "I get to do this" instead of "I have to do this" will collapse the whole structure of misery, and impact the drift... And doing that consistently... it is not an event... like a moment of brilliance, a flash in the pan... We have too many of those. Fireworks, miserable existence.

But knowing that the drift sets in the moment you stop generating your inner attitude, is priceless.

NEW: What is consciousness, really?

http://www.yourvibration.com/wp-content/uploads/self-defense.jpg
I am here, waiting for the cable man to fix my internet. It"s been down since yesterday afternoon.

It is hard to remember what we did with our lives before the internet... for me it"s been 18 years. It is hard to figure out what I can do that does not involve the internet... Finally I settle on writing, editing, and such.

It"s 11:30 am. The repairman was scheduled to be here at 11. I am sitting here, uncharacteristically anxious, contemplating that the man won"t even show up, that he will lie, that I will have to be another day without the ability to work.

It"s excruciatingly painful. I am diligently making room for the bad feelings, including them, breathing normally. Then I have a suspicion: is this mine? I normally don"t get anxious: I take life as it comes.

Turns out I tuned into the repairman: it"s his anxiety. Hm.

NEW: How your soul correction predestines you to certain diseases...

http://www.yourvibration.com/wp-content/uploads/April141.jpg
How being a politician, politics, the attitude is connected to disease, illness, and such?

In very simple terms, the attitude, the context inside which a "politician" lives is that an action isn"t about an action, it is about something else, preferably hidden.

Don"t be surprised if you find that your life is largely the life of a "politician" with a hidden agenda.

Before I continue, before I give you examples, let me explain why it"s important to know.

When I look at people, look at them from the inside of them... as a true empath, I find that they are split. That there is a lot of "space" between their true intention and the intention that they want others to perceive.

That split is what creates illness. The gap between the two realities: hidden agenda and projected persona.

NEW: Your emotional baseline and your chances for success

http://www.yourvibration.com/wp-content/uploads/your-emotional-baseline.jpg
I read a very interesting article ((6 Insane Things Science Can Predict About You at Infancy

We like to think that, for the most part, who we are is based on life experience, hard knocks and good old-fashioned attitude. Sure, genetics plays a part, but ultimately it"s your own choices that matter -- you"re not "destined" to be anything.

But science, as it usually does, has some surprising and kind of scary things to tell us. Apparently, no matter what kind of life you lead, scientists can still figure out who you"ll be at 30 based on who you were as a toddler. Studies show ...

#6. If a 4-Year-Old Is Patient, He or She Will Be a Successful Adult

In the 1960s, a Stanford psychologist basically tortured 653 4- to 6-year-old kids by putting candy in front of them and telling them not to eat it. In the process, he may have unlocked the entire secret to a successful life.

The experiment went like this: The children were placed in front of a plate of treats like marshmallows and Oreos and told that they had a choice -- they could either choose one treat right away, or get two treats later. All they had to do to double their treats was sit alone with the candy for 15 minutes while the researcher left the room. It was testing their ability to delay gratification.

Naturally, most of the kids at least attempted to wait, but when left alone, they began sweating and seizing like heroin addicts. Most of them cracked and went on a sugar-devouring rampage. Only about 30 percent were able to hang in there for the whole 15 minutes. And those kids wound up being more successful in life.

They found this out with a follow-up study on those same kids, and learned that the impatient children were more likely to be stressed, found it harder to maintain friendships and had lower SAT scores. The SAT scores of the kids who delayed gratification for the full 15 minutes were, on average, 210 points higher, and their parents described them as "significantly more competent." Though at this stage, it could still theoretically be chalked up to the brain-destroying power of marshmallow overconsumption.

Then, in their 30s, the patient kids were living Leave It to Beaver-like lives of happiness and success, and the impatient kids were more likely to be fat, unhappy drug addicts. So the researchers decided to scan their subjects" brains to see what was going on up there. Apparently, the patient subjects had a lot of prefrontal cortex activity, meaning they had greater control over social behavior and planning. The scans of the impatient kids showed more activity in the ventral striatum, the portion of the brain commonly linked with addiction.

So, if you want to predict the futures of the 4- to 6-year-old children in your life, tell them to not eat a marshmallow for 15 minutes. If they don"t eat it, continue pumping cash into their college funds. If they do, just go ahead and buy that speedboat you"ve always wanted.

#5. Babies Fed on Demand Are More Likely to Be Smart

So, now that you"re familiar with the above test, you might think that this means good parents will teach their kids to wait for their food, damn it! If they"re not born with the ability to delay gratification, then you"ll delay it for them! That"ll teach the little bastards!

Nope. While conventional wisdom says that giving kids what they want, whenever they want, is the best way to create terrible humans, research says otherwise -- at least when we"re talking about infants. Babies who are fed on their own terms (i.e., "whenever they start crying") have IQs up to five points higher at age 8 than babies who are fed according to a set schedule. They also do better on their SATs -- the effect lasts right through their teens.

And this was a huge study, too -- 10,419 children all together. The Institute for Social and Economic Research found that "schedule-fed babies performed around 17 percent of a standard deviation below demand-fed babies in standardized tests at all ages, and four points lower in IQ tests at age 8 years."

And yes, before you ask, this proved still to be true after the study had corrected for socially disadvantaged kids and mothers who couldn"t afford to feed their kids until they started trying to eat the bars of their cribs. In fact, poor kids scored the same advantage as rich kids who were just as demanding.

Author and psychologist Penelope Leach says it has to do with the development of the baby brain, which is in the early stages of learning how to communicate with other humans. At that age, the "Crying for food equals I get food" lesson and bonding with mom are more important than the "Life is a cruel bitch that laughs at my desires" lesson that will inevitably be taught later.

#4. A Baby Who Snores Is More Likely to Be a Problem Child

Aw, your baby"s snoring! So adorable! Now keep that in mind so you can pinpoint the origins of the insatiable thirst for chaos he"ll later develop.

Yes, a baby who snores is 20 to 100 percent more likely to become a hyperactive tyrant. Researchers conducted a sleep habit study that followed 11,000 children from birth to age 7. The parents enrolled in the study filled out questionnaires about their child"s sleep habits and breathing difficulties at six different points in the seven-year span. A second component to the study involved screening the children for emotional and behavioral problems at ages 4 and 7. The researchers then slammed the two halves of the study together until science fell out.

They discovered that babies who snored displayed more behavior problems at ages 4 and 7, including aggressive, combative conduct and depression. By 7, a snoring baby was 1.5 times more likely to be a hyperactive, defiant monster child.

Dr. Karen Bonuck, the study"s lead author, hypothesizes that snoring causes the baby to deliver more carbon dioxide to his or her brain than oxygen. Since the child is still forming neural connections, this could cross some of the wires in the emotional regulation and social conduct centers of the brain. Or maybe what you"re misinterpreting as "snoring" is just the sound of the devils who have possessed your child growling in the night. It could go either way.

#3. Smaller Babies Do Worse on Exams

A study conducted in England found that the smaller the baby at birth, the poorer he or she performs on exams later in life.

The researchers picked out 334 kids from schools that had a pretty homogenous socioeconomic enrollment set (so they could prevent winding up with a bunch of kids who were both small and stupid for some extraneous reason, like, say, they were malnourished due to their parents" crippling meth addiction).

Half of the kids selected were of lower-than-normal birth weight, and the others were normal or larger. At 8 years old, the kids were all given IQ tests. The researchers then examined all of their GCSE (a standardized test) scores when the kids had turned 20. The normal birth weight group not only scored higher on the IQ tests, but also scored an average of a half grade better on their GCSE tests than their less wind resistant classmates. They also completed more of the exam (the GCSE lets you choose which portions you take).

The leader of the research team, Professor Peter Pharoah of the University of Liverpool, stresses that this doesn"t mean that your gigantic freak mammoth baby is going to win a Nobel Prize. But nevertheless, science doesn"t quite know how it works, though it does seem to contradict the cliche of the short, scrawny nerd outsmarting his ogrish jock classmates.

What we"re trying to say is that for accuracy"s sake, Bruce Banner should be bigger than the Hulk.

#2. Moody Toddlers Grow Up to Be Gamblers

Back in the "70s, some researchers in Dunedin, New Zealand, decided to examine a bunch of 3-year-olds to see whether they could predict future temperaments in kids who are still only old enough to drool on themselves and regard mundane objects with confused fascination. Observing the toddlers during independent 90-minute sessions, the researchers classified the kids as best they could as well-adjusted, reserved, confident, inhibited or "undercontrolled" (because you can"t call toddlers "assholes").

Roughly 10 percent of the children were in that last category, which involved "lack of self-control, rapidly shifting emotions, impulsive and willful behavior and relatively high levels of negative feelings."

When they returned to study those kids at ages 21 and 32, the researchers discovered an unexpected side effect of their subjects" infant dickishness -- they didn"t all wind up in jail, as might be expected, but scientists did find that when the "undercontrolled" kids grew up, they were twice as likely to have gambling problems as any other temperament classification.

Lead researcher Wendy Slutske cautions that just because your toddler is a mood-shifting jerk, that doesn"t mean he or she is destined to be a compulsive gambler, but she suspects that some are born vulnerable to addiction. This would explain why some people can hit up a penny slot, win $100 and never gamble ever again, and others play until they"re buried in the desert.

#1. Fearless Babies Are More Likely to Become Criminals

If you"ve ever screamed at a baby and the baby just stared back with hardcore steely resolve, just go ahead and teach him or her how to turn pacifiers into shanks, because, according to Adrian Raine, a University of Pennsylvania psychologist, a fearless baby is more likely to become a criminal as an adult.

Raine got his hands on a mental illness study from the 1970s that tested the fear responses of about 1,800 3-year-olds. The toddlers were exposed to two sets of sounds -- one was a neutral tone that was followed by nothing, and the other was a neutral tone followed by a shit-your-pants-terrifying wail. The toddlers quickly figured out when to expect the scary noise, and most of them sweated in response -- a normal fear reaction. Then again, there were some kids who showed no signs of fear at all.

In 2009, Raine checked in to see what the original test subjects had been doing with their lives, and found something fascinating. Along with everyone being a little fatter and uglier than they were when they were 3, Raine found that 137 of the test subjects had criminal records -- and not one of them had been among the group who had sweated during the fear study when they were 3.

The discovery was examined for any result-skewing factors such as race, gender and income, but more than anything else, the outstanding variable was that all of the convicted subjects had been fearless toddlers. This leaves us with an unsettling implication -- the possibility that some people are actually born criminals.

Before you use this research to establish a Minority Report-style pre-emptive justice system, Raine notes that many other kids who also didn"t show fear as babies went on to lead perfectly law-abiding lives. We would like to note that this only proves that they were never caught committing any crimes. Or maybe they grew up to be scientists who tormented 3-year-olds by blasting scary noises at them.

Read more: http://www.cracked.com/article_19889_6-insane-things-science-can-predict-about-you-at-infancy.html)) today. It is about being able to predict from how you were as a baby and toddler your chances for success, your chances for being smart, your chances for aberrant, deviant behavior, like crime or addictions.

And although most of you, if you read it, will be resigned to how you turned out, or alternatively argue till you are hoarse with the predictions, there is a more constructive way to read the article: get guidance.

Of course, if you are already having trouble in life, you are habitually relating to everything as a good reason to get depressed, turn to the bottle, get angry, or eat more m&m"s, but if you are not quite there, there is the guidance I recommend that you get:

All of those signs you demonstrated as a toddler are correctable by the Bach Flower Energies.

If you have a propensity for being impatient, wanting immediate gratification, not being able to hang in there and do what you need to do even if it is tedious, or unsuccessful at the moment, the Bach Flower Energy Impatience will increase your capacity for more patience, so you can actually get something done, learn something, hang in there.

Summary: Emotions... without emotions you feel deadened. But you only want good emotions... unfortunately, for you, you can"t have the good without the bad, life is a roller coaster, and you would hate to be stranded on the top of the peak anyway...

I listened to the audiobook, Molecules of Emotions some 10 years ago in the car. It"s a book written by a scientist, Candace Pert.

I did not set out to be a scientist of emotions... but I was eminently suited: instead of just talking about it, instead of writing about, I can actually verify the "findings", verify or un-verify the theories by feeling.

map-of-emotionsAll Decisions Are Emotional. Later You Justify Them With Your Mind. Want to know what emotion blocks your breathing?

There is nothing new in that for many of you, but for those of you that didn"t know about it: let me explain.

Emotions is a guidance system that is much more ancient than the mind. You feel stuff way before the mind gets alert that something is going on. The mind is always late to every party. The mind asks the question: "What happened?" because it doesn"t know.

There is a saying: some people make things happen, others watch things happen, and yet more people ask: what the heck happened?

Now, up till here, this is pretty commonplace for a lot of people.

What I am going to say now is new, even I didn"t know until this past Saturday. It is so new, and it is so shocking, to me, that I have been telling it to everyone who is willing to listen.
