Starting to see the path, and maybe even the steps needed

I am starting to see that this missing capacity: the capacity to see a process ((noun: process; plural noun: processes
a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end.
"military operations could jeopardize the peace process"
synonyms: procedure, operation, action, activity, exercise, affair, business, job, task, undertaking
"investigation is a long process")) , design a process, to have a strategy, is what"s missing to take me out of the one woman band existence.


You can"t delegate unless you know what someone needs to do and how it fits into your process or overall strategy.


You can"t have a staff... for the same reason. You can"t lead... because you don"t know where you are going.


Not having this capacity means duplicate work, work that wasn"t needed was done, work that was needed wasn"t done...

A few things:

Most discovery comes through mistakes.

I had already known that butter causes the mite population explode, but... you know, sometimes you just have to make the same mistake twice.

So I made my green beans with butter: big mistake. That night I didn"t sleep much from all the itching and biting.
