Because saying what you are grateful only includes what you like.

What about the 99% of your life, of people, of things, that you don"t like, or just barely tolerate?

Can you say: I am grateful for that?

When it is a dark day: can you be grateful for that? When your friend is pushing your buttons: can you be grateful for that? When you feel bad, tired, nauseated, can you be grateful for that?

Yeah, I know, you can say you are, but are you?

You are lying.

Because you only see value where you see value, not everywhere.

One of the beingnesses you could take on is curiosity.

I know you think you know what it is, but consider that you have no clue.

You know asking for answers. That is not the curiosity I am talking about, that is a strategy to wrap up life in a neat package, so there are no more questions... Not what I am talking about.

Then there is the curiosity you shower celebrities with...
The curiosity that brought you to this site... checking out my reviews of gurus and such... nay, that is gossipy curiosity... comparing, no real curiosity is in it.

No, curiosity does not make you ask questions, does not make you look up answers on website, curiosity is a deep yearning... but of course, If I tell you what it is, you"ll think you know it...

So I won"t... Just consider that curiosity so much out there that it really serves for a far out point, just like my magnificent.

And you can not tire of it for a whole life, hell, several lifetimes, it"s so high up there...

What does your email address tell about you?

I just sent out a bunch of emails to people that I wasn"t sure wanted to get my emails.I wanted the ones that didn"t, to unsubscribe. Why? Because I don"t like to anger people... and people anger really easily...

The people on this list asked to learn from me. Learn to connect to Source, learn to slip out of the mind, really important stuff.

Many unsubscribed. My hunch: many of them didn"t even open my email.

I removed the ones that unsubscribed, one by one... Time consuming, but it was worth it.

I gleaned an insight that I want to share with you:

90% of those that unsubscribed had an email address that betrayed their affiliation, their self-image, or their aspirations.

The lesson of Doctor Who for those who want to raise their vibration

I published an article on Doctor Who a week or so ago: I did not write that article, no matter what you thought when you read it.

That article was written before the current Doctor came to the scene.

The Doctor, 1000 years old, periodically dies and regenerates into a whole different look and personality "new" Doctor.

It is jarring for everyone involved, especially to the previous companions of The Doctor. The doctor looks dramatically different, and is a dramatically different personality.

As I can tell, one aspect of The Doctor needed to be made obvious: his vulnerability.

There is a great video compilation at the end of this article... worth watching, even if you have never seen the show.

Vibration is like fitness: if what you are doing is not painful, it will not raise your vibration

Everybody is looking for the easy, take a pill type of solution to life"s issues: fitness, relationships, money, raising your vibration.

One of my students has been coming back to the same article, over and over again, several times a day, because to him it seems like an instant, pop a pill type of solution to raising your vibration.

The truth is that pop a pill type of solutions either don"t work, or work counter to your intention.
Fitness is the easiest to see because it is visible... the others: it isn"t quite obvious
If you take a pill... you"ll not get fit. If it works and you lose weight, it probably caused damage, just ask me. I won"t say it publicly, but I did that and it has caused probably irreparable damage... I am still working to repair it.

Are you being used?

Lots of people, women and men, have a feeling that they are just placeholders or commodities for their friends or lovers.

I wrote this article three years ago... even with the rewrite it has notions I no longer consider, it has mentions of stuff I have completely eliminated from my teaching. But it is worth reading: it probably bridges to the general public than my newer articles...

What is higher vibration?
How would you know it? How would you feel it? Why would you want it? What is this thing about?

This question came up in a conversation. As I was talking to Nancy, the nagging feeling, that higher vibration cannot be explained was plaguing me. You know the feeling that you know something that you can"t explain it, because words are insufficient... you feel so powerless... Right?

She guessed, that raising your vibration is getting more intelligent as in a higher I.Q. I said: Maybe. But Scientology can do that, according to Ron Hubbard, too... and Scientology used to manage to raise people"s vibration at a 10% probability, to a maximum of 295.

What would be the cause of the rise in I.Q.? one should ask, because it"s an intelligent question.

There is a very simple phenomenon that explains it: "emotions up --> intelligence down"

There are two categories of gurus:


they actually have something to offer that is valuable... or had at some point.

they never had anything to offer, they are pretenders, fake, marketeers




I will address only the first group throughout this article... why bother writing about the ones that have nothing and had nothing... ever.

Now, if you had something of value to offer: why would you live in hell? Especially if the "product" you sell is how to happy, how to be prosperous, how to be connected, well, blah blah blah.

Knowledge comes when knowledge is ready.

It is said that when the student is ready the teacher shows up, but my experience is more like this: when the knowledge is ready for you... it comes.

Knowledge, real knowledge, is sacred, and it doesn"t just want to go to anyone.

My experience has been that only when you hit bottom, where there are no options, no back doors, no escape, that knowledge is willing to come to you. Maybe it is coming all the time, but I don"t know: I can only tell you that when I hit bottom, knowledge finds me.

I have been at my rope"s end. I am doing the work I was asked to do: using my empath ability to fully experience what you experience, fully feel what you feel, so I can guide you from where you are, instead of where I THINK you are.

It is much like being taught ballet: the teacher puts her hand on your calf, changes the angle of your ankle... hands on. Imagine being taught remotely: the teacher would have to rely on their idea of where you must be, what you must be doing, and give you guidance from that. You would never become a ballet dancer, and you would injure yourself in addition to failure.

The same is true for spiritual teaching: teaching you to find your self, to get out of your mind, to use the energies inherent in your physiology and spiritual body, wield your attention, your will, your witness.

   They really really really want to be enlightened! Really... lol. But they know they aren"t. There is shame and guilt and sadness in their emotions, and often anguish: the fear of being caught.
   
   Ultimately you "do" this spirituality stuff to get away from being human.
   
   You fail. There is no escape... you are human, with all that comes with that territory.
   
   You are doing it all to fix a problem, and all solutions will become the next and bigger problem. You cannot fix being human... and that"s a problem for you.
   
   The mystical experiences are few and far between, and you need to keep up appearances... but your life is boring, it"s miserable, you can"t do what a "normal" human can do: change directions, listen to the soul... you are stuck on a path that is not yours to sit on. You can"t go forward and you can"t go backward... it will look bad, and your followers will question your attainment, so you are stuck.
   
   Accomplishment, fulfillment is not possible on this path, except intermittently. Although you seem to be living inward, what decided, what defines your being is all appearances, other people"s opinion.
   
   In the relationship master/disciple, student, follower, the strings are all in the disciple"s hand. I have studied the Master/submissive relationship where the situation is the same: the submissive will decide what can and should be done and how. The submissive can leave the Master can"t.
   
   The "guru" is now stuck, and can only sweeten his/her pot by adding some drugs, sex, alcohol, your choice...
