Yesterday and especially today I had plenty of reasons to not want to face what there was to face: that we are the problem. Especially if and when we think it"s others.

I haven"t done MY soul searching, but I will, I promise.

For now, just to document it, I"d like to address what I have seen.

One client paid me to remove her children"s attachments.

I am still working on the second child, and this is what I have seen:

If you live inside a strong judgmental world of your own, where everyone, maybe including yourself, is wrong, then you are the Dark Side in your and your children"s life.

Soul Correction: Finish What You Start

Update 7/10/2016:

The archetype is the flatterer scam artist. If you are their victim: They will hook you with their compliments, flattery, while suck you dry, take you for your last dime, without ever caring about you, and without ever delivering on what they said they would do.

If you are the person with this soul correction: You find yourself with projects half started, never finished. You find yourself getting enough satisfaction out of buying a self-improvement program, but you don"t actually listen to it or use it.

Your self-image is "insignificant." Maybe even weak, inconsequential, not important. Or you suffer from delusions of grandeur: you are or should be the best the best looking, the smartest, a hero... except that you are literally unwilling to do the work to make it happen... What"s in the way is that pesky "should already" be that. Or "it should be easy for me, even if it is hard for others"

You instinctively know who is a sucker, and you latch onto them. I must be a sucker: you are attracted to me... Why? How? I am sensitive to your flattery... that is MY weakness, and you know it.

It"s all a game.

More Money Course: Part 5 change, growth need to start below the surface

As you see, every project for change, for growth needs to start below the surface. With the roots.

Why? Because unless you attend to the invisible, the visible can only change temporarily, and then, by law, it will go back to how it was.

It"s a worldwide epidemic to expect results inconsistent with the quality of the roots. A rotted root system cannot bear a healthy tree, whether it is a body, a relationship, a society, a business... it just can"t, but more important than that: it won"t. It is true everywhere. It is nature"s law.

Example: if you want your apple tree bear cherries in May, you can pin cherries up the branches, but regardless, in late August, the apple tree will have apples on it... It is an apple tree after all.

If your root level is "I need..." or "I want..." or "I deserve..." or "I hope, I wish for a miracle..." then your fruits will be consistent with the roots: will produce more of the same.
