The three levels of value: an amazing process to fall in love with yourself

In this article I"ll teach you something that has the potential to turn you into a happy, joyful person. No kidding.

Also, it can serve as the bridge between human and human being...

From that you can guess: the distinctions in this article are advanced.

At present, if you are a "normal" human, you are judging yourself and others. You are miserable, wretched, prone to get happy, get sad, get depressed at the drop of a hat.

I assert that you are judgmental, because distinctions are missing, and there is nothing wrong with you. Or them...

You are judgmental. You can"t help it. You may try to control yourself, suppress it, but it isn"t going anywhere. It is there. It"s vicious. You judge yourself as much as you judge others. This is how you learned to be by modeling your parents, your teachers, your bosses, your church, your politicians.

On suppression... the cost of positive thinking

Whoever thought that the well-meaning positive thinking will become a prison and a sentence to a "no joy life" for most who become a "practitioner" of it, about 80% of humanity at this time.

Whether you know it or not, your powers of comprehension depend on your powers of distinguishing.

In the old est training, the trainers came to the room on the first day blasting: "for you everything is the same as everything else..." and they were as accurate as accurate they would be today: you can"t tell your ass from your elbow.

This is true for everybody, including yours truly... the difference is only in degrees. No one is exempt from it.

The capacity to see differences clearly is called astuteness. The capacity to tell apart similar things, to name them and claim them.

The distinction between behavior and capacity... doing and being

A new student of mine writes:

I think self trust is a big challenge for me, and building self trust is necessary as a foundation before I can trust others and build authentic relationships. I gain self trust by genuinely provide value and service to others. There is no short cut in gaining self trust and trust from others, and I need to build my skills and deliver my value solidly step by step, like building from the ground up to a skyscraper.

In my current choice in career path between the two opportunities, the important thing to consider is not what job it is, but rather which job allows me to use my skills to provide value to others in a solid way. I want to start afresh on a solid ground by being genuine in what I can contribute, and no more pretending that I like it or I am capable of doing the job while I don’t know what exactly I am doing.

I muscle test if he has the capacity for self-trust active, and the answer is "no".

His entire speech is a true reflection of our culture that ignores capacities.

Why? Because we live in a society that denies DNA differences between people, let they"d call you racist... but accepts and validates fight, killing, war, between religious beliefs, between different political parties... what a world we live in.

Christmas, alone, my empath mother, being the true empath, and getting to no thing

As far as I can see back, Christmas was a painful reminder that I am alone.

I always wanted to go home... home was a place where I longed to be, but I had no idea what that would be like. Surely where I lived wasn"t home. Surely the people I was with left me feeling alone.

Later, relationship made my life busy, but I still felt alone. Not envying others, not something wrong, just alone. Like you are on the top of a mountain, and no one to share the experience with.

This is how you learned to be by modeling your parents, your teachers, your bosses, your church, your politicians.

You learned from your "guardians" that there is something wrong with you, that you are not good enough, and unless you are "good enough" you are not acceptable.

This is your "cultural heritage" and therefore you live in a private hell of trying to be good enough, trying to measure up to people"s expectations of you. And no matter what you do, you end up being wrong, not good enough, not belonging, or whatever you made up about yourself when you were little.

Your dominant emotions are fear, anguish, shame and guilt.

As is always the case, this whole world view is based on a narrow understanding of the world.

It is based on an unintelligent view...

NEW: What is the most important thing in life?

http://www.yourvibration.com/wp-content/uploads/sequioas-3.jpg
The "culture" we live in, the mind-meme that is the dominant influencer of our emotions, our actions, our decisions in life says: the most important thing in life is fitting in, taking care of your loved ones, to be loved, to belong.

Sounds so nice, doesn"t it? Sounds like that is what will cause our species to survive, that is what is going to cause us to be happy.

Let"s examine if it, in fact, contributes to happiness, and to the survival of the species... i.e. if it contributes to personal growth, personal evolution, because any species that its members don"t grow or can"t grow is declining and dying.
