Yesterday we had a session on the Carrot and Stick webinar workshop, and it went differently than the way I planned. We could say that I encountered a blockage in or with people... because they didn"t want to do what I wanted them to do... Instead of forcing my plan on them, I started to listen and started to hear that I was forcing to build a skyscraper on insufficient foundation... We spent the whole 210 minute long session building foundation, and tearing up foundation that was fear-based. We are not done, but we started the work that needs to be done... foundation building. Foundation that will allow a healthy human being to be built upon, instead of trying to fix the plumbing on the 3rd floor... which is like hocus pocus.

You can do a lot of hocus pocus, but you can only work with what"s there, and you can only have flow if you find out exactly what keeps some old stuff stuck there.

Since I first published this article, a lot happened, so let me update you: I got tired of preparing individual Bach Remedies for people. Especially because the muscle test showed that each person needed way more of the individual flowers than the eight Dr. Bach limits a mix.

And I also got emotionally tired of having to feel all those negative emotions of people for sometimes as long as 20 minutes... So I asked Source is the remedies can be duplicated energetically.

The answer was yes. So I infused the individual energies into water, and now everyone could get the same remedy, regardless of what ailed them. It worked, but some persistent feelings did not respond to the remedy, so I started to search, empathically.

I found two emotional pains, the pain of extreme self-serving behavior and the feeling one feels when the soul is bugging them to do the right thing... I created the 39th and 40the "Bach" remedy, the Yew and the Peacock.

I am still in search of one flower that its energy would weaken greed... the creeping hand towards your throat... so far no success, but the combination of the 40 energies has been doing a great job.

It might have also been the UNClove taking its effect, but after the Path coaching session two weeks ago I thought to myself: "okay - you can"t run from work forever; just do it, don"t make a big deal about it, it"s a natural part of life, and it"s ugly to talk yourself out of it".

And it felt good, solid.

I figured that while I"m already at the university it would be a good thing to commit to being good at it, which means doing the homework, learning for the exam sessions... and I started to be more diligent about it. I spent most of my time (and a whole weekend) doing exactly that and for the first time (maybe in my whole life) I managed to more or less stick to the learning schedules I made for myself, and started to actually have fun doing it, some of the time.

I also found myself enjoying the classes more, being more into them and overall okay for more then a week.

All of these make you a wretch. And not just you, anyone. Why? Because context is decisive.

Nature, trees, animals, do not willingly give what they have, unless they have a selfish reason for it. Not a feeling, but a direct benefit. And nature is fine, thank you, and no one suffers. No morality, no shoulds, just good old selfishness. Surprised? Good.

What"s the difference between psychotherapy and coaching?

I have a client who is in the middle of his divorce. He lives two states away from me, and he is a client for hands-on massage, so he only rarely sees me.

We had a conversation today. He feels somewhat happier than he felt the last time. He"s been seeing a psychotherapist. When I asked him how his divorce was going, he said that it was tough because she was getting nasty.

What is wholistic? What does it mean?
You may have noticed, that I am now calling the Effortless Abundance Activator, at least some of the time, the Wholistic (( the theory that whole entities have an existence other than as the mere sum of their parts. That changing one part changes the whole... that you can"t do anything to a human being that won"t effect the rest of them... the opposite of wholistic is the narrow approach of coaches, gurus, doctors, education, parents... and the results we are suffering from mightily. In this article I focus on abundance, but the same approach is valid for my other favorite topic: sleepless nights: the inability to sleep.

All the remedies I see for sleeplessness are the opposite of wholistic: the seller decides what is the problem, and the buyer experiments, one remedy after the other, and none of them work, because the problem is wholistic, mostly around this same tension that keeps wanting abundance as well... attending to that tension, insistence, resistance, more often than not, resolves all issues around not being able to sleep... because even though the method is wholistic, everything has a root cause, and once you cause a shift there, the whole construct, the whole structure shifts as well.

Wholistic is like picking a lock: unless all the pins in the tumbler align, the lock won"t turn.)) Abundance Activator.

Why am I doing that? Why am I suddenly calling the activator wholistic?

Let me give you a little background and history: Of all the complaints people have, the biggest is money. Somehow it seems to people that if they had money, all the other problems could or would disappear.

Abundance, the word, is abused in this day and age. It"s been twisted to mean stuff, it"s been twisted to mean plenty. It is twisted as something to come from the outside. It is made to mean something that you can"t have unless you "attract" it.. But the word abundance means fulfilling completely its purpose, its real purpose.

The same dastardly thing was done to the word "good" as well. In the case of good, morality was added, in the case of abundance, stuff was added. Now you are totally screwed, no place to go, and I haven"t even mentioned beautiful...

There are two categories of gurus:


they actually have something to offer that is valuable... or had at some point.

they never had anything to offer, they are pretenders, fake, marketeers




I will address only the first group throughout this article... why bother writing about the ones that have nothing and had nothing... ever.

Now, if you had something of value to offer: why would you live in hell? Especially if the "product" you sell is how to happy, how to be prosperous, how to be connected, well, blah blah blah.

The first time I encountered in another myopia and narrow mindedness was about 10 years ago. I am neither Christian, nor a religious person, and I am afraid that if and when you read it, you"ll hear faith in some higher entity, some outside force... not it yourself. If you could read, when he says faith, and "faith I have in myself because I know myself being willing to do the work" I would be happy. But I doubt any of you relates to the word "faith" that way. So I have changed it...

I woke up this morning. I said the date, out loud, in Hungarian (my last dream before waking up was in Hungarian) and the sound of the words took me to a soul-searching.

I said (in Hungarian), Happy New Year Miss Benshitta... and it hit me, that I would be an old maid, a spinster in Hungary... ugh... would it have forced me to get married and become swallowed up by another"s life?

Had I stayed in Hungary... I probably would have continued working as an architect. I probably would have never done the steps that would have taken me through all the steps one has to take to reach and walk a different path.

I would be unfulfilled, and probably dead.
