Want to become a nice person? Here is a clue that you aren"t

Every soul correction is about correcting the desire to receive (Light) for the self alone.
If you were born, you have a soul correction.

There is no jumping into "desire for the sake of sharing", which selfless, charitable, do gooders try to do.

Being charitable, giving, do-gooding, selfless is NOT desire for the sake of sharing, it is just more "desire to receive for the self alone."

Bummer, eh?

As I am sitting here pondering one of my favorite students" Reclaim share where she is proudly telling me that her husband walked in during the webinar, evidently hungry, she could courageously ignore him and not be interrupted.

My, my...

You may not hear anything: I hear "nasty piece of work", or simply: "desire to receive for the self alone."

How the abilities activation effects children

I activated the abilities of The Sight and Appreciation a few days ago... This is the email I received this morning... unsolicited, of course.



Good morning Sophie. I finally settled in. I would like to share the change that I see after your activation of the two DNA capacities. The first thing I noticed is in my kids.

My daughter in the past never wanted to help when she was cooking or baking even though she wouldn"t have a clue what needs to be done: She had an "I already know attitude." Now whenever she is baking she accepts little tips like what needs to go in a cookie batter. Or asks me what goes next.

I was making a chicken dish and she helped me make it while in the past she wanted to do all by herself. She is more teachable now.

Another thing: she doesn"t get mad at me when I say something good I shouldn"t have said or if I somehow made her mad, she gets over it right away. Before she would be pouting all day long, moody about nothing. Not any more.

My son has changed too. He stopped wetting the bed!

What you see will give you your mood, your emotions, and your actions... what do you see?

When I find an issue that a student is struggling or not dealing well with, I often write an article.

The issue here, I guess, is universal. It has two parts:

you can"t see the big picture, the forest, for the trees.
you are not good, practiced, skillful at taking advantage of the practices I have taught.

A student of mine has a daughter. The daughter decided to join the swim team. She is 13 years old. The only person who can take her to her swimming is my student.

And although it is great that the daughter wants to do something that she likes, it takes a chunk of time out of the mother"s "me" time.

So a good news is threatening to become a burden. Tell me if you haven"t had to deal with a similar issue... I used to be someone for whom even having a date was a burden... lol. Going out to eat was a burden.
It is human to be hard to please.

What is good for society is not good for the individual!

This was the exact insight I had in 1977, after I read the book, Brave New World.

I lived in communist Hungary at the time. I was an award winning architect, the daughter of a statesman, and suddenly I had the insight: the great system, the great idea of "nobody left out" left everyone left out.

There was no room for individual achievement. For individual growth. For being an individual. That wasn"t part of the deal: if you were, you suddenly weren"t part of the everybody, you were the one left out.

Human evolution happens through individual evolution, but in the most advanced, the most prosperous, the most efficient, productive nations people are dumb as a door knob.

When your child misbehaves... and you find out that...

Having a child is like causing your own immortality. Your genes live on in your child, and your ego really wants that child to be the best... better than you.

You want to live through your child, and you want it to be glorious, even if your actual life is... hm... shitty?

The child, by the way, considers this an unfair binding... and resents it, wiggles out of it... the child wants to be free, make her own mistakes... have a life that is hers alone.

That is the norm.
